Welcome to the ChrisTon Exotic Suite, a beautiful and homey guest suite with a private entrance. It is located on the first floor of a private home on a quiet cul-de-sac. The property is a residential home, and the upstairs is occupied by the owners of the building. This unique 1-bedroom suite is tastefully furnished with brand-new appliances for relaxation, enjoyment, & comfort. ChrisTon Exotic Suite is close to all amenities (groceries, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, etc.). The space ChrisTon Exotic Suite is a stylish and spotless apartment. The cozy living room boasts of a 55" HD smart TV, a comfortable couch, a dining room, and an office space for work/study. The bedroom contains: 1 queen-size bed with four pillows and bedding, an extra duvet, bedside tables and lamps, a wardrobe, a pressing iron, and a board for your clothes. The kitchenette features a microwave, refrigerator, 1 Brita water filter, slice bread toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, plates and cutleries, fire extinguisher, etc. Laundry: You will have access to your washer and dryer. You will enjoy a private bathroom, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, and towels. The Wi-Fi is high-speed Internet (unlimited usage). Guest access Guests have full access to the suite and can access it with a keypad through the side door/entrance. This exotic suite is located in Halifax. It is near numerous lakes and trails. Some of these include Long Lake, Kidston Lake, McIntosh Trail, etc. Other things to note Dear Guest, We want to inform you that there is complimentary street parking available for your convenience. Please avoid parking on the property or blocking driveways to ensure smooth access for everyone. Smoking is not allowed inside the premises; however, you may smoke outdoors, ensuring that doors remain closed at all times. Please remember that only the guests listed in the reservation are permitted. You may have a guest escort you in, but they must leave within the designated time. Additional guests are not allowed to stay beyond this time without prior notification. We're open to some flexibility if we are informed before guest check-in. Also, please note that a 3% NS Government Marketing Levy is included in the total charges. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding regarding these guidelines. Best regards. Registration details STR2425A0363 Be courteous with the property and all the amenities.  Guests will do their dishes. There is no dishwasher in the suite.  Guests must follow garbage separation rules or be charged a $40 fine per default. Videos of the default will be reserved as proof.  Guests will be expected to place full bags of compost, garbage, or recyclables, which are full, in the plastic provided for such outside and not store them in the suite, sustaining a stench.  Guests are expected to dispose of sanitary towels in the garbage bin in the washroom. Please, Do Not flush.  Guests are encouraged not to play loud music. Please use headphones if you must.  Guests are expected to communicate any allergies or medical conditions if they wish the host to do anything to help them prevent an episode. The host will not be responsible for any episodes but will provide support as best as possible.  No smoking or use of drugs is allowed.  No parties are allowed.  Guests Must inform the host of any extra guests not on the booking before their arrival. ****please note that there is an outdoor camera on the property. *** Please note that our space is exclusively for two guests (adults), as our concern is your comfort. Bringing in another guest is Not Allowed. If this happens, the extra guest will be charged a penalty fee of $65 every night. Any friend who visits Must leave by 8 p.m. the same day. However, we strongly discourage our primary guests from bringing in an additional guest to stay overnight. Thank you for being so cooperative.
