It's hard to give a fully fair review as the hotel is currently under significant renovations. So some amenities my not be great at the moment, but will be fine in time. For instance, the fitness room is currently out of service. But the staff was all very friendly and helpful, and it's a perfect location if you're going to an event at the Intuit Dome. The pool area was very comfortable gather in, and a lot to do within walking distance. I would be willing to return another time.

I was bummed that the fitness facility still wasnt open. Also the restaurant was better when it was Cork and Batter. Might stay again however the prices have increased way too much since Hilton took over.

First off….The hotel started remodeling construction and closed the facilities (pool and gym) were closed down. They made no offer to have day passes available to use other facilities. A gym was located across the street and they said we could go buy day passes if we wanted. Also the construction noise started at 7 am and was very loud and disruptive. The rooms were incredibly small, no closet, very short shower. The ceilings are 7ft tall in the bathroom, and some idiot designer thought it would be a good idea to put a rain shower head in the shower. The shower-head hung down 8 plus inches from the ceiling and made it very difficult to take a shower as I could not stand under the shower head. The room furnishing looked like it was straight out of Ikea.

The pool is under construction. Elevators are hardly working; some members of the staff were rude. But, nice and convenient location. Quite modern furniture. Overall, it looks like a good motel.

Stay was for one night for a concert at the Intuit Dome. The hotel is in the middle of updates so we didn't get all the amenities - so pricing was a tad high... But literally a 5 minute walk, if that. Only negative was the elevator size to get to our room. Probably the smallest elevator I've ever seen. Would definitely like to come back once all the amenitiee are accessible.

I booked this hotel 3 months ago and I wasn’t told until 2 days before our checkin that the property is under renovation and the pool and fitness center wouldn’t be available as well as the rooftop bar. It was super load with construction when we arrived and just chaotic. We booked 2 rooms and one had mold in the shower and cracks around the room. No hand soap or trash cans either. It was like they gave us an unfinished room that was under renovation next. I asked for a discount but they wouldn’t consider it. Only pros would be it’s very close to Sofi and Kia Forum. Staff was nice when we checked in and the restaurant onsite has a great menu and happy hour.

There was one person at the desk checking people in and we stood in line for 40 minutes just to get checked in. The walls in the room are filthy and there were bugs in the corners of the room. They did not say anything about renovation going on until after we had booked and the renovations limited any kind of lounging or relaxing. There wasn't any kind of a credit or cost reduction because of the renovations and the rooms were very over priced for what the hotel is. I'm really surprised Hilton has their name on this hotel. Other than a great location close to Intuit stadium and SoFi Stadium this hotel doesn't have anything going for it.

The hotel needs a good cleaning. When we arrived, the room looked clean but there was a pubic hair clinging onto the inside of the toilet rim; the baseboards in the bathroom needed paint touch up as there were worn, bare spots in several places; a long piece of hair on one of the towels; no extra roll of toilet paper. The valets were all excellent!

Perfect location for our stay before our flight. Room was clean and bed comfy! Could hear a lot of noise from outside of room though, people moving through corridors, knocking on doors and a weird alarm that kept going off in the evening! Other than the noise would recommend hotel.

The room was ok. Not too big but comfortable. The restroom is where I have the problems. The bathroom door is a barn door that doesn’t lock so no privacy. There was no door on the shower either which makes a mess outside the shower. They’re in the middle of a remodel but the execution is not very good. And the worst thing is you’re forced to valet your vehicle. At least $60 to $110. When you’re paying fairly premium prices I’d expect at least free parking. This isn’t Vegas after all. The staff is fantastic and super helpful. I would stay here again but they need to fix what’s wrong. Don’t nickel and dime your guests to death.

Right next to the Clippers arena? Beautiful. The bar was great and has a rooftop part. The actual hotel was under construction the whole time which that happens but the pool was awkward and I didn’t want to go because everyone can see you from their rooms. The room itself they said they “upgraded me” but it was an extremely basic room. Lots of dust on the bathroom fan and a weird shower with no door (just an open thing where water gets out into the bathroom). The bed was quite uncomfortable and my back hurts a little now but I’ll survive. Not the worst, not the best.

Great location for both basketball and football! The restaurant next/attached to the hotel had good foods and great vibes plus a rooftop. The early check in for $40 was useful. The rooms a little small but they are nice.

The walls between rooms are a bit thin so you can clearly hear the neighbors if they speak loud enough or if they are making a lot of noise in general. Other than that, my stay was very pleasant.

This hotel is going under a huge refurb and it looks amazing. Our room was new, clean and well equipped. The bar next door has great food and drink options and you can walk to sofi. Perfect for an out of town rams fan

The property was fine and the staff was attentive also. My major complaint was the automatic bathroom light. It would turn on every time you got close to the bathroom. Being said... the wall between the bathroom and the bedroom was a distorted glass, so in the middle of the night the light would turn on and blind anyone in the bedroom! The next thing was there was no maid service. We stayed for four nights, so the used towels stacked up. We had to take pool towels to use. The valet service was very good, but very expensive! This being said it was an easy walk to SoFi Stadium.

The actual stay was nice, my wife and I stayed for 2 nights to attend at funeral near the hotel. However, after we checked out, the next day they charged my CC an additional $800 that I gave them for my check in deposit. When I called to ask why they were running my card as I thought it must have been an error. I was informed that I was responsible to pay for hidden room damages that my wife and I did not do. I have reached out to the hotel multiple times to get this resolved and asked for photos multiple times. They are unresponsive and refuse to send me the photos. When I do speak with the manager Alberto, he keeps telling me that a structural engineer needs to be involved and that basically I'm responsible for the damage. Stay away from this place. They are obviously thieves. But again, it is California!They will rip you off if you give them your CC

Check in was poor, i understand sometimes the system goes down but could of done better. I stayed 3 days and put out the sign on the door for made service and never went. They force you to pay valet parking because they dont offer self park. Overall bad service. I do not recommend this place at all. Will NOT go again

The staff was very rude and unpleasant. I called and requested early check in and they put me on a waiting list and then called me when it was ready. But of course, when I arrived to the hotel, all of sudden my room was no longer ready. Funny because the person in front of me got a room immediately, no issues whatsoever. When we went to use the restroom after, the staff then rudely remarked asking us if we still wanted to stay there and needed a room, which obviously we did as I payed for a damn room. They also failed to disclose the mandatory valet parking, and, get this: minimum of $55 for a sedan, if you have an suv or truck, they are going to go ahead and classify that as an “oversized vehicle” and you’ll have to pay minimum $110. And don’t worry, that is an additional fee to your room fee, parking is not included. For taking so long to “clean” and have the room ready, the bathroom was dirty, floors weren’t swept, and the tv console had not been wiped down. They also have a singular trash can in the entire room and it’s only in the bathroom. Don’t worry as well, they will start knocking on your door at 10:50am asking if you’re leaving. Check out isn’t until 11. Which is crazy because it took you so long for my room to be ready, considering you are essentially attempting to urge your residents out 10 minutes before check out. I recommend hiring staff that doesn’t hate their job and residents, fix your parking situation, and clean the mold out of the bathroom. Thanks.

When we got to the room, there was a musty smell that we enjoyed for two nights. The soundproofing is not existent. I wanted to ask how they got the water buffaloes in the room above us. The “restaurant “ is strictly bar food. My niece requested a grilled cheese sandwich, but could not get. How hard is a grilled cheese sandwich? I suggested they make her a cheeseburger and hold the cheese -duh. Lucky me, I paid full price for the meatless cheese burger.

This property is right next to Intuit Dome and about a 5 minute walk to SoFi Stadium. We had an event at SoFi which is why I booked this hotel because of the proximity. The room was a little small, but not a big deal. The bed was comfortable. I would stay here again if I had an event to go to at either Intuit or SoFi. Please note that they are remodeling the lobby and outside of the hotel. I am not sure when plan to complete construction.

The place is undergoing renovations, but it is still decently nice. I booked it for its convenient proximity to LAX, and it served exactly what I was expecting. The room was comfortable and modern. The balcony I had overlooked a parking lot and the Intuit Dome, where the Clippers Play. There was an event going on, but it wasn't too loud considering the proximity. If I needed a place close to the airport or near the arena, I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Book the room for a show at the Intuit Dome. Walkable to the arena because it's right next door. Staff was nice. There was renovations during my stay but did nothing to affect the stay. Plus it's not that far from LAX as well. Highly recommend.

Love the hotel rooms are great and Love that it’s walkable to sofi stadium. Food and drinks are great. Only thing on game days Restaurant is really crowded you definitely have to make reservations if you want to get a seat. Stayed here 3 times and I will definitely be back.

Loud sirens, airplanes landing. Breakfast staff not good. had to wave down to ask for sugar, coffee, needed extra plate and they brought a coffee saucer to share a large breakfast. Didn't have a carafe to bring coffee to refill. instead took cup and brought back. The food was good and the bartender was good. she remembered us and brought coffee over when we sat down. the severer was not attentive

I liked the location with a Starbucks a couple min away & Costco as well for gas & there was a target & plenty of places to get something to eat nearby. The restaurant attached to hotel was good as well. The only negative thing I have to say is the tv remote didn’t work & I remember reading a review about that same thing before I booked, other than that, the room was clean & check in was easy
