The hotel looks good from outside but inside although busy it looks tired but was clean enough, up to your rooms the floors and landings could do with a lick of paint, bar was ok and outside terrace garden was nice

The room was awful, dirty and old marks and mould on walls, windows looking over a wall and just generally grimy, didn’t feel comfortable taking shoes off and the bathroom had mould on the tiles broken shower curtain and just generally run down

Clean but dated and in need of a refurb, (currently 2 years overdue - according to the locals). The spy hole was missing so was possible to see into the room from the outside. Room had 2 rooms which was very welcome with kids. Unfortunately only the window in the main room opened although a fan was provided, just a shame it was a particularly hot summer night. The bathroom was spacious and had everything you needed but the soap dispenser required 2 hands so could be improved for accessibility. Skipped the breakfast as we were up and out at 0730. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.
