The staff were amazing, and Elena at the front desk was super sweet and kind. She was informative and made sure any questions I may have had were answered.

Just had a lovely staycation at Hotel Indigo Jacksonville and it did not disappoint! As a local, it’s such a treat to find a spot right here in town that feels like a real getaway. The vibe is stylish and relaxing, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff made me feel genuinely welcome from check-in to check-out. Whether you’re visiting Jax or, like me, just need a break from your usual routine, this is a great choice. I’ll absolutely be back!

friendly staff per usual , didnt fill up toilet paper and I found an eyelash/s as soon as I walked into the bathroom , other than , same hotel, great price, great location, great service

Wonderful staff. Great bathroom for handicapped access. Bar and restaurant were excellent. We'll be staying tjere again.

The view from the room was beautiful! The staff was friendly, service was excellent and we were very close to a lot of shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again!
