We enjoyed our stay .the property was clean.room was clean. Could use new towels.also a micowave would be good in the room. Better lighting around mirror in bathroom. The employees were very friendly and tried to help as much as they could.it seemed they were short staffed. We had payed extra for breakfast everyday the restaurant ended up being closed due to unforseen circumstances. We spoke to someone at the desk.we were assured we would be reimbursed for the two days we didn't have breakfast. We prepaided for our stay so I will have to wait and see.

Loved the location! Cleaning of the room was ok dirty pillow cases 3 out of 4, hairs in shower in the walls, and floor was sticky walking on it. Only tea options in the room were both decaffeinated. Told bar was open till midnight but it wasn’t no adult drinks available to purchase in case and the front desk employee didn’t even acknowledge us and ask us if we needed help finding anything or engage in anyway! Our ice machine was broken on our floor so we went to every other floor trying to get enough ice to fill our ice bucket even 1/2 way full but floor 2 and 5 didn’t work at all and 3&4 were barely spitting out any! Loved having a fridge in room and the reading lights on the headboard are very nice! As we exited upon check out again the front desk person didn’t even look up or at us to acknowledge our presence. Just not the warm welcoming staff we are used to in hospitality quite sad. Even upon leaving we said hi and wished the house keeper on our floor a good day and she looked very unhappy to be there and no response.

I do not recommend. Had a 3 night stay but left immediately due to stains and bodily fluids on toliet, beds, floor and walls. Before I left, staff moved me to 3 different rooms, as a resolution, but all had large issues with cleanlines. No communication from higher management. Not going back.

The location of the hotel is amazing with tons of dining options within walking distance of a short 3 minute drive. The staff was great. The room itself was beautiful, but the fridge did not work (had a bad smell in it) and the toilet did not flush properly. Also wish there was a room option with queen size beds.

Really loved the property!!! It was very reserved and next to a beautiful body of water with the cutest turtles. I really loved coming out in the morning to sit by the water with coffee. The rooms were nothing amazing BUT not bad at all!!! It was a cute little room! My favorite part was the shower! The water pressure and temp was soooo good!!! The Staff were really nice and pleasant. Location was AMAZING we were 8-10 minutes from gas stations, restaurants, shopping centers and etc!

I requested a lake view room and was not disappointed by the view. The room itself was well maintained though some of the repair work was visible to anyone looking. For example, the door frame had been recently painted and as such, made a horrid noise whenever it opened up until the last day we stayed, because the paint had peeled away. In the bathroom, there was a tiny pinhole in the ceiling where either a nail/screw or god forbid a small camera, over the sink. The custodial staff also didn't clean the room our 2nd day. I know that cleaning processes have changed since the pandemic but the expectation I had is that rooms would be cleaned every day, but it is what it is. My only gripe about a hotel amenity is that the pool was overrun with adults playing music, smoking and drinking as if it was their own personal resort. And while that is their right, it was not a welcoming place for my small child which made me change our plans for the day. We ended up at the beach and honestly was a better experience overall considering what a short drive it was from the hotel. The majority of the front desk staff were friendly. They answered any questions qith confidence and were very engaging with my small child. Lastly, the ac unit was annoyingly loud. We kept it at a certain temperature but because the room stayed so humid, it would turn on and off multiple times throughout the day and night causing us to adjust the tv volume every single time.

My daughter and I had reservations. We we're very excited to stay at this hotel because we were going to shop and stay in the area the next day. We were greeted and treated so horribly by a front desk clerk named Lashun. We weren't sure where to park because along the building was full and we didn't want to get towed from the wrong spot, especially in the middle of the night. He argued with us instead of telling us where we could park. He kept saying over there. The places I pointed out he said I could probably get towed. This guy should not be working at the front desk representing any company! He had a bad attitude. He made sure he told us he had a sales degree. Think he needs to go back to school and take a class on how to treat people.

Loved the hotel and property. We were there two nights and enjoyed eating outside by the water. Wonderful atmosphere and exceptionally clean. Only Con was the lady at desk both days. A little rude as if my son and I weren’t meeting her expectations when checking in. Assumed she was having a bad weekend. Bartender was very nice. Will stay again.

The evening check-in person, Betty was very snippet and rude during my check-in. I would think that as a hotel employee, she would be polite and accommodating to the customer. She could have at least pretended to value my business! Because of this treatment, it put a negative opinion on the entire experience. The hotel and the room itself was very nice, but I would not stay here again because of the check-in experience.

My wife had personal items stolen out of our room. She addressed the issue with hotel staff, but staff was dismissive towards her. They said they would come back her on the issue, but never did. Very poor service. Be wary of protecting your belongings if you stay at this hotel. Going forward, we will be traveling with a video camera in our room everywhere we stay.

Husband and I came here for our anniversary! It was so close to ST.Johns we were able to shop and have dinner. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was so clean and nice! Staff were pleasant. We stayed at Hotel Indigo and I honestly didn’t want to go home! The breakfast was great and the wings were really good. The bed was super comfy and the shower was huge! My only issue was there was no microwave in the room! However, there is one in the lobby for guests but every room does have a keurig machine so a microwave in the room wasn’t a big deal at all! I will definitely come back and refer this location to others.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The linens smelled cleaned (which is huge plus). The layout of the room was great and just what we need. We really loved the Riverwalk and all of the ducks/geese. The only thing that I would suggest is a better menu for dinner and the pricing is a little high for the food.

I almost consider this hotel to be an all inclusive. They have a nice bar scene. They serve good breakfast. They have a fairly good luncheon dinner menu. It’s quite strategically placed near the movie theater near St. John’s Plaza. Excellent place to stay always stay at this hotel when I come in to Jacksonville for the past two years.
