poor service by reception staff and house keeping the lift wasn't working and at my age to climb 5 floor was not easy as i suffer from Asma also the house keeping dint clean the coffee cups and dint leave fresh milk and coffee when i complained to the reception they brought it up with no apology reception was hardly covered so we could get any details on the lift breakfast was poor with orange watered down overall poor

Otel konum olarak şehir merkezinden uzak olmasına rağmen kiralık araçla gezdiğimiz için bize bir sorun yaratmadı. Otopark ücreti günlük 20 euro ödeniyor. Temizlik ve konfor bakımından otel tatminkardı ancak kahvaltı salonu oldukça küçüktü, belki de noel döneminde misafir sayısı fazla olduğu için çoğu kişi ayakta kahvaltı yapıyordu. Otel yönetiminin bu durumu çözmesi gerekir.

Service var god, men vi var nødt til dagligt at bede om håndklæder til alle. Sovesofaen var dårlig, hovedpuderne meget hårde. Morgenmaden var fin. Fin parkerings mulighed, men mod betaling. Lidt uden for centrum.

Little tricky to use the Google map to get the location. It is right next to a 24-hour McDonald which is nice since I checked in pretty late, i was able to get dinner. At check-in, no information was provided about breakfast. The elevator was broken and we had to carry our luggage upstairs. I saw a person with disabilities struggling to climb the stairs.

Accomodatie was prima verzorgd. Alleen jammer dat je 15 euro parkeergeld kon betalen, omdat er geen plek voor het hotel was. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en heerlijk. Genoeg ruimte om te ontbijten op zaterdagochten(normaal gesproken druk) Personeel erg vriendelijk.

Fint og rummeligt værelse til 4 personer. Vi sov alle fint i både den almindelige seng og i sovesofaen. Lyde udefra var meget tydelige trods lukkede døre og vinduer. Heldigvis var det en rolig gade. Den daglige rengøring går lidt stærkt. Vi fik ikke skiftet brugte glas og lagenerne måtte vi selv lægge på igen efter at have sovet.

Ich könnte nicht wie geplant im Hotel bezahlen, es wurde vorher schon abgebucht, OK Dann bekamen wir zwei Einzelbetten obwohl ich ein Doppelbett wollte, dies würde uns verwehrt mit der Begründung wir hätten ein Standardzimmer gebucht und ein Doppelbett würde mehr kosten, sorry das geht gar nicht. Hotel war sauber, Zimmer in Ordnung, Frühstück lieblos

Check in verlief reibungslos. Im Zimmer meines Sohnes mussten wir die Betten etwas schräg stellen, da er sonst (Rollstuhlfahrer) kaum Platz gehabt hätte. Leider war es darunter nicht wirklich sauber. Betten waren super. Frühstück top, nur alles etwas beengt bezüglich des Büffets. Auschecken reibungslos. Generell super freundliche und engagierte Mitarbeiter.

Für 150€ im Doppelzimmer mit Schlafsofa voll OK. Smart TV wäre nett gewesen. Die Toilette ist sehr beengt besonders für große Leute mit breitem Kreuz. Das Schlafsofa ist auch Recht klapprig gewesen. Super fanden wir das im Zimmer ein Wasserkocher war.

Ce sont les lits les plus confortables de notre séjour en Allemagne, même le divan lit etait confortable. Le personnel était très agréable, le dejeuner offrait beaucoup de choix. Le seul petit point un peu plus négatif c était que nous n avions pas beaucoup de place pour circuler étant donne que le divan lit était ouvert

Room was clean and small, but sufficient. Breakfast is excellent and has all the things that can help fuel you through the morning. Every US chain should take notes on how to serve a proper breakfast. This is the 3rd time I've stayed at this property and i wil do so again when in the Koln area.

Comfortable,clean room. Helpful efficient staff. Excellent breakfast.Surprisingly quiet in view of the hotel’s position (and the time of year-Carnival). Our only complaint would be re position. This hotel is a little out of the way.

Hotel in a great location by car and also a short (10/15 minute) walk to the nearest metro station to then then explore the more central area of Cologne. The hotel breakfast was excellent and for further food/goods there is a McDonalds next door and a petrol station with a well stocked shop.

Hotel and staff where great, Plenty of choice for breakfast which was included in our stay for free. If you're coming for the Christmas Markets be aware hotel is a 20min cab ride from them and city centre.

Better room size than the same hotel in Munich the previous week. Other than that, pretty similar. Neighbourhood possibly not the best but not too far to walk for a tram (10 mins).

poor service by reception staff and house keeping the lift wasn't working and at my age to climb 5 floor was not easy as i suffer from Asma also the house keeping dint clean the coffee cups and dint leave fresh milk and coffee when i complained to the reception they brought it up with no apology reception was hardly covered so we could get any details on the lift breakfast was poor with orange watered down overall poor

Nice, clean and modern hotel. Although the bed is nice and comfy, the sofa bed isn't. You can feel every bit of metal underneath the thin mattress. Breakfast spread could be better - perhaps more halal options. About 15-20 minutes drive to center of Cologne.

Im großen und ganzen ein tolles, modernes Hotel. Die Ausstattung ist toll. Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Beim Frühstück hat mir lediglich laktosefrei Milch gefehlt. Da haben andere Hotels mittlerweile mehr Auswahl.

Sizin birçok otelinizde kaldık. Özellikle kahvaltı çeşitliliğiniz bizim için hep önemli oldu. Ancak Köln şubenizdeki kahvaltınız çok eksik ve yetersizdi.

Frühstück war gut von der Auswahl und der Qualität. Vielleicht fehlt zum Rührei etwas Speck oder Bratwurst oder Schnittlauch. Ansonsten super. Verschiedene Joghurts ,Marmeladen, Obstsalat, Aufschnittauswahl,Käse ,Pancakes,Croissants,verschiedene Brötchen usw. waren gut. Die Zimmer waren gut und die Betten bequem

The room was a standard one. It was clean and the breakfast was also good, had options for vegetarians too. The bus stop was at walking distance from the hotel. Experienced one weird, we rented an umbrella for 2 euros from the hotel as it was raining and I lost it on our way back and they charged us 18euros more for not returning the umbrella. Also they were charging 3euros for storing the luggage after checkout. Most hotels do it free if charge.
