Todo muy limpio, el servicio de todos los empleados estupendo. Aunque no es muy grande la alberca, es de buen tamaño, el jardín esta muy bonito y cuidado. Tiene una farmacia abierta 24 hrs justo a un lado del hotel.

Very far from anything except a hospital. I suppose it’s fine if you are going for outpatient surgery but there is nothing to see in the area. The pool only has 4 chairs and the food and drink prices are absurd even for Merida

Located in the north, near malls, shops and other points of interest. Clean and calm neighborhood, friendly staff and affordable. We didnt spend much time in the hotel but found it worth the price. Their parking is shared with local shops but we never had an issue finding a spot. I would stay there again.

Tienen que poner bastante atención en la limpieza, de bienvenida una enorme cucaracha y de despedida una araña en el baño. Por el precio que cobran por las habitaciones deja mucho a desear. En general descuidado el hotel, la terraza de la habitación sucia, y no dan factura.

La ubicación es lo que me gusto ya que tenía cita en un lugar muy cercano y además a un lado está un centro comercial. En general estaba limpio solo había un detalle de mantenimiento en el baño y se arreglo. La habitación se ve que así como el hotel no son muy nuevos pero si creo que en el baño se podría quitar un poco el hongo negro del área de la regadera. Bien para la relación calidad precio.

Además al final tuvimos un mal sabor de boca ya que el recepcionista no nos cobró IVA en el check-in y a l salida nos dijo que simplemente se le olvidó y teníamos que pagar la diferencia. Así que fue un mal check-out. También escuché que ya se había ido otros huéspedes y no les cobró unas fundas de almohadas. Entonces, es una recepción muy despistada.

All was well with room, but unfortunately the music from the restaurant/bar kept me up at night. I’ve stayed here many times, this was the first time this occurred. I’m sure it was due to location of room which was directly above restaurant. Will never stay in that section again.

Después de un año de ser huésped mes con mes de este hotel, a pesar de algunos detalles de limpieza y mantenimiento bastante notorios, en mi última estancia en este hotel, en el mes de octubre, sentir una falta de respeto y abuso importante hacia mi persona. Al momento de realizar mi check out me llevaron al mostrador una toalla de mi cuarto porque estaba manchada de maquillaje, la tuve que pagar en 400 pesos !!! Al parecer hay que lavar las toallas que uno ocupa y hacer la limpieza del cuarto antes de salir, una completa grosería, sin lógica alguna Es la última vez que me hospedé en ese hotel. Considero una falta de cultura de parte del hotel en cuanto atención al cliente y por supuesto una actitud grosera y violenta.

Al instalarnos, dieron habitación con 2 camas matrimoniales en lugar de la king. Después de quejarnos, al día siguiente nos cambiaron. El hotel luce descuidado, sucio. La atención en recepción tampoco es la mejor. Parece que cuando se reserva por plataforma, recibe la habitación más fea. Lo digo porque conozco el hotel de hace años , Lo único bueno es la carta de alimentos, corta, pero sabrosa.

When we booked this hotel it was to include breakfast. After having breakfast and getting up to leave, they ran after us with a bill. Had breakfast not been included we would not have eaten at this hotel. In a city that has incredible food, their food is just mediocre at best.

Al instalarnos, dieron habitación con 2 camas matrimoniales en lugar de la king. Después de quejarnos, al día siguiente nos cambiaron. El hotel luce descuidado, sucio. La atención en recepción tampoco es la mejor. Parece que cuando se reserva por plataforma, recibe la habitación más fea. Lo digo porque conozco el hotel de hace años , Lo único bueno es la carta de alimentos, corta, pero sabrosa.

The hotel is conveniently located across from the Star Medica Hospital where I had an appointment. It is in a good area with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The room we stayed was clean however the amenities were lacking. The bathroom leaked whenever we showered and wet the entire bathroom floor. The towels were worn and faded. We got a balcony but had no tables and chairs on it and our room (we paid for the upgraded room btw) had no couch and table as advertised and one single chair. Luckily we did not spend a lot of time in the room.
