Ibis Budget - Casula Liverpool

Everything was perfect! The staff were very welcoming and we had no issues with the room at all. Check in and out was easy, very clean, good local location & the vending machines in the lobby was a great addition. Definitely a place we’d be staying at again!!!

The accommodation is good for the price. The rooms are quiet and the beds are comfortable. Only down side is that they have started charging $10 to park in the car park. Totally unnecessary in my opinion.

The property is located along the Hume highway. It has ample of parking. The room was small, good for solo or couple. I did not like the approach of the staff when my car was side doored overnight by another guest's car. The staff responded they do not have a CCTV in front car park which is kind of absurd and not good security wise. They asked me to lodge a police complaint.

Didn’t fulfil my stay here as I was put off my the state of the room and property. Room very dusty and noted a cockroach as soon as I entered. Advertised “air con” - just a very old heater on the wall that didn’t work. Staff at check in were friendly. No lifts- needed to drag luggage up 3 flights of stairs.

Free parking and option for late check in .

Only thing staff were charging for car park charges which was not informed when I booked hotel, rest everything was good

Surprised that I couldnt hear any traffic from my room. But I have mobility issues and wasnt aware there was no lift. Only for that reason I wouldnt stay here again

The downstairs and entry were very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has no lift which I don't belive is advertised? The carpet in the halls is quite old and not free of odours. The room was ok for the price, however I was a bit dubious about the A/C which was an old window rattler. The parking is an extra $10, and of course they take no liability for break ins, also not advertised. There were not blankets and limited services in the room. It did however serve its purpose for a short stay and was reasonably priced and clean. I would stay again if I needed to make a quick trip to Sydney and needed a place quicly to stay.

Clean budget accommodation. (Formerly F1). We stayed 2 nights. (Room not serviced). No lifts here. AC needed attention. Cannot complain too much for the price. The staff were young and helpful.

I’m not one to usually leave reviews however I felt it necessary after staying here on Thursday. After driving 10 hours yesterday my partner & I were looking for somewhere to stay. First of all; This place was convenient, well priced, the room size is fine you’re looking for somewhere to rest. Walking distance to food & the receptionist was also nice. However, the noise and uncleanliness of the facility was not it. The motel is right off the Hume highway which is fine however the windows didn’t provide any soundproofing whatsoever so unless you are a deep sleeper, you are listening to the loud traffic all night. You can also hear everything coming from the rooms next to you. We didn’t ask reception to change rooms as by the time we realised this, it was past staffed hours & we had also been notified earlier when checking in that we took one of the last rooms. Secondly, the uncleanliness. I’m not sure if we got a room that had been missed? Both the beds were made however there was still rubbish sitting just under the bed. The bathroom was not clean, even with some brown substance on the walls next to the bin near the toilet. The door handle to the bathroom was broken as well as the toilet roll holder just holding onto the wall. I understand not to expect much for $84 a night, however basic cleanliness would have been nice.

For a budget hotel, i still expect certain things, like cleanliness. The room smelt, the shower was dirty, there were spider webs everywhere, and the aircon was covered in thick layers of dust

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I'm well-travelled and think reviews can come from unrealistic expectations, but I implore you to steer well clear! Dated/older decor is ok, but I expect amenities are available as described and cleanliness is a given. Comfy bed, fridge in room, breakfast basic but fine if you like pancakes, cereal, toast. End of positive review. Unhappy worker at reception. Room stuffy, air-con broken. Indifferent response at reception, had to push for room change. 2nd one faulty. Finally an apology for the stuff around by the 3rd faulty room. 4th room worked. Unpleasant smell in room, but the struggle getting air-con meant I put up with it (30c days forecast). Air-con worked well, albeit noisily, but was good as walls are paper thin and I had noisy neighbours one side, so it allowed me to dull their noise. Threadbare dirty carpet; my colleague's room had sticky carpet. I didn't walk on mine without footwear. Bathroom had cockroaches crawling. My colleague joked I should take the bug spray from my car to the room to feel more comfortable. I needed to use constantly! Most run down hotel bathroom I've ever seen. Sewer smell when shower starts. Barely half a toilet roll in room, no servicing. My colleague noticed water coming out the back of his toilet. It was lifted off the ground & pipes did not align, so sewage water was coming out into the bathroom. Absolutely disgusting. This property needs bathroom renovations, air-con updating and new carpet. Accor should be ashamed.

Didn't feel that the bathroom was cleaned, blood on pillow case, hair on towel, smoking from others seeped into our room all during the stay... Lovely lady on the front desk though. Very helpful.

I travel intestate often and this was one of the most cleanest properties I have ever stayed.

The welcome and check-in was very nice and easy. Unfortunately there is no elevator in the hotel and the room was extremely dirty and dusty. There was dirt on the floor and the room was generally in a bad condition. The bathroom was also very old and in a bad condition. I felt very uncomfortable.

Our stay was very comfortable!! The BEAUTIFUL Angel who was nothing short of incredible. We chose the Queen room with bed bunk. The room 327 definitely needs its lock fixed as it was difficult trying to get into our room. As does the window cause it had tape keeping it fully closed. Aside from the repairs our stay was really good and will definitely recommend!

Very clean and good place to stay. Pretty noisy with the window closed, as it is on the corner of The Hume H'way. Would stay again.

It is budget for a reason. The rooms are very tiny, although it has al essentials. The cleanliness factor could be improved a bit, but it was okay for one night.

There were only 2 quite flat pillows on my king sized bed. Nowhere near big enough or enough of them. If there were 2 people sharing that bed it would have been worse. No spare pillows or blankets in the room. I used the only 2 pillows available plus a folded towel and woke with a sore neck.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Th table had crumbs from the guests before. They provide only two bath towels. No hand towels and not face towels and not Kleenex tissues. One fixed bottle of soap for everything. One good thing I that McDonalds is next to it.

So old and noisy AC, couldn’t sleep because of it.

The room was incredibly noisy with non-stop traffic. Even with the windiw shut, the noise came in through the a/c vent the to outside, and unfortunately the traffic on this particular road did not stop, it was busy all throughout the night.

Was at the end of the hallway. Hoped to get sleep. But it was extremely noisy. It’s like a frat house of full time live ins. Music playing. Doors opening and closing. Don’t expect to rest or have quiet if you stay here. The rooms have seen better days, they’ve been used and abused and it shows. It’s cheap for a very very good reason.

The duty manager was rude and abrupt when asked for tea bags and milk. My wife and I had travelled 700 k's to get here for a good nights sleep prior to attending my daughters wedding.My wife asked if she could have a drinks glass for me when purchased soft drink on the premises, she was told no we don't supply glasses for guests, not a good rapport from the manager on duty. We will never book at IBIS again in future, As a paying guest its unfortunate that staff at IBIS lack customer relations skills to represent the motel chain.

The common area was really great. The manager was so lovely, and went above and beyond to help us when we needed it.

The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful, made the stay much more enjoyable

Overnight stay for trip from Brisbane to Canberra. Got exactly what we wanted. Somewhere to sleep and a couple of places to eat in walking distance.

Good value for money and convenient position.

Great location with many buses to the city and a short drive from 3 train stations.

NO ELEVATOR!!! , continental breakfast was terrible - i should be able to make my own cup of tea or coffee- condiments should be individually packaged - communal condiments are not hygienic

The staff were welcoming and communication easy; very refreshing. Facility was clean and generally convenient. The inconvenience... no kettle in my room, so an evening and early morning cuppa not possible.

Dining room did not even have tissue or napkins during breakfast. Room did not have tissue box or rubbish bin. No soaps in bathroom.

This hotel was fine to stay in. No frills as expected but comfortable bed. No plug for the sink though and they don't supply them! Continental breakfast with a coffee for $10 was good value. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.

Had to walk up stairs . No lift , breakfast run out of food , although only continental breakfast, run out of tinned fruit and yoghurt. No staff in breakfast area, Receptionist was doing her nails, on could not care less , and on her mobile.

They rang to ensure my booking and ETA. Free on site parking which can be outside your room if you look around after getting your room. They take $1 credit card deposit that may take a month to return sure only $1 but for commercial travelling it all adds up and paperwork to see it's released Got a ground floor room which is always good as no lifts. Easy walk to takeaway shops. Has a small dining area for paid breakfasts. Also at reception is toasties and egg bacon rolls. The motel needs maintenance money spent as showing its age. Easy to find on the Hume Highway
