Breakfast was good as a continental buffet. Kids loved the pancake machine. Blind was stiff and taped down the bottom and the fridge froze my food. However it was a safe and comfortable place to sleep for the price

The staff were great. The room was clean, including bed linen and bed was comfortable; airconditioner worked well. Could provide an extra blanket. Limited hanging space. Breakfast very basic with no choice of milk types or gluten free options. There were pancakes though. The shower cubicle may not be suitable for everybody as there is a step. However the water was hot. Can’t complain considering it was a budget hotel. Quite sufficient for a short stay or overnight. Walking distance to train, restaurants and fast food outlets.

The shower/toilet cubicle was so old,-cracks in the floor, water didnt flow out the drain so you stand in water to use the WC later. The TV did not respond to control for programmes-- " See Manual" was its advice - What manual? The hand Basin was cracked. Ive stayed in much better hotels for half the price. No lift -hard for elderly or handicapped. Receptionist gabbing on phone when we came to check in.

Good for a cheap overnighter. Nearby restaurants within walking distance. No elevators but still good for the traveler.

Check in staff very friendly and helpful. There is a $5 fee for using a car space which was not advertised on the website.

Good value budget hotel. Very basic but near to restaurants and car parking was 5 dollars a night. Staff friendly, small fridge, tea/coffee facilities and a hot shower so all you need for one night at a great price.

we booked ahead for disability room. Arrived, room waiting, all we needed with bed, disability shower access, coffee etc, bar fridge, vending machines with cold drinks, microwave, laundry all available. Most important - parking right at door. Very friendly and helpful reception staff and booking online person replied helpfully within short time. Look forward to staying again.

Don’t take luggage if you want to stay no lift you have to carry all your luggage upstairs with no help from the staff they will watch you drag your luggage up the stairs from their reception desk . And all accommodation is upstairs lol , no bathroom sink or amenities not even a shower cap! Room sooo small couldn’t swing a cat in it if you tried Budget doesn’t mean , no Fs given , at least provide the standard necessities and basic services that we as paying customers staying in a basic hotel would expect. I don’t recommend at all , the local pub motel provides a lot better service, better rates, better rooms and a far lot cleaner and way better customer service

This motel is pretty average. We stayed at peak time and unfortunately were very limited with choice. Pros: - staff very friendly and helpful - plenty of food options nearby - good wifi Cons: - small room, very basic - very small cruise ship style bathroom, very basic - not even a cake of soap provided - nowhere to hang towels Not terrible, but wouldn’t stay again.

First things first, 5 stars for the Hotels.com support team, 3 stars for the hotel facilities, 0 stars for their reception team. The check-in process was horrendous. I requested a late check-in after seeing such an option being advertised on its Hotels.com page. Sent them a message 2 weeks in advance via Hotels.com, got a reply the following day asking for my contact details, which were already included in my reservation, so that they could send me the late check-in instructions. Anyways, I replied to them with my mobile phone number and email address. On the day of check-in, I messaged the hotel on Hotels.com and called their number listed on Google Maps multiple times, asking for the late check-in instructions. No response was given, and no one answered the phone. Eventually, I contacted Hotels.com support and requested help because the hotel was about to close its reception, according to their Hotels.com listing information, so I was worried that I might have no place to stay for the night. Thankfully, 20 minutes later, I got the late check-in instructions via text message from the hotel. The hotel facilities are just what you can expect of an Ibis Budget: nothing fancy, but it's alright. Parking is conveniently available in front of the hotel. However, the price is ridiculous. How can it be way more expensive than other Ibid Budget hotels that are even closer to the Sydney city centre? I only stayed here for an experience, and I've learnt the lesson not to do it again

Stayed for 6 nights room was never cleaned sheets never cleaned or changed I have never seen such a poor service in my whole life

Your shampoos was empty. Washroom was dirty and insects in the washroom. Cups all dirty and smelly. Horrible stay!!!

Room feeling a little old, not particularly clean with dust in the air conditioning vent. However for about $100 it’s good value.

Cheap, clean stay.

The Ibis budget hotel is exactly that. Great place to put your head down. Room was clean & comfortable, bathroom is a bit plastic but all in all great. Staff extremely friendly & helpful. Room amenities were good, a/c worked well, tv, fridge & coffee & tea provided.

Windows couldn’t open fully,no screen on window so mozzies coming in,the shower and toilet really need to be upgraded,we had cobwebs on the wall,quilt was only a single and we had double bed which was very uncomfortable,but for the price it was ok

It was dirty, the bed was not ready and did not have enough ved sheet to cover us. The floor was sticky and undernead the bed was dirty like never being clean. No control remote to use the tv.

Room and bathroom is too small

Room is clean, a little bit smaller, but the price range is good, also it’s close train station, it take about 1.5 hour direct train to CBD.

Location is good but rooms were very basic and dated. the bathroom was to small to swing a cat.

The convenience and price was great, but a small in room shower toilet cubicle with a step up to get into is ridiculous. It's not suited for older people or anyone bigger than a child.

Bathroom very small and unable to use shower without clothes getting wet and floor flooding. Sink in random corner of room rather than in bathroom. Beds old and sagging and pillows flat.

It was all I needed for the night and fine for the price. There isn’t a lift so make sure you can carry your bags up stairs. It was quite a noisy location at times but a very comfortable bed!

The room was quite clean, the bed was comfortable but there is no sound proofing & it is very noisy. The area of Campbelltown is beyond terrible, we tried to walk to a restaurant & there were cars doing burn outs & skidding. We were approached by 2 skaters wanting to know personal information & telling us we needed to buy them some maccas. We were very nervous & shocked by such intimidation by 2 young boys & the danger of the morons raging around in cars. NOT SAFE OUTSIDE!

I’ve stayed here a few times now. The beds are comfy and the price is good. The only thing I don’t like is the fibreglass bathroom. It’s like showering in a caravan.

The room we got was a cut version with the sink next to the bed and the shower sucked. They should warn people when booking that it’s a compressed room.

I booked for a single night stay to see a show at The Cube in Campbelltown. The Receptionist called me around 4pm to see what time I was checking in and if I had any questions. When I arrived, the Receptionist was so nice, she explained everything and gave exact directions to my room and how to use the key card, and how to get in and out of the front door after hours. She even found me some icecubes for my drinks. Brilliant customer service - thank you

The staff was so rude, we only stayed there for one night and they charged us for 3 nights! Would not recommend staying here as the area is so bad as well!

Why was I quoted $90 and $150 was charged to my credit card ? I have already disputed the amount with my bank and provided evidence to them of the wrong amount.

Room felt like a prison cell. Unhelpful staff.

Great place to stop and relax after travelling nice and quiet. Plenty of options for a meal and a cool ale. Staff are very helpful particularly when you are from the bush and need help organising transport and how to get there takes the stress levels down alot.

We booked to go to the rugby league - so close.. The close restaurant and the leagues club made our night. The office guy was a breathe of fresh air - very people person and seemed to have genuine interest in the customers! It's not a 5 star - we slept from midnight til 3am to catch our next train - but if I go back to tigertown this is my place

Typical Ibis! Bed was ok and room was clean. A few work colleagues had there vehicles broken into while staying there. Probably not the safest location.

The Ibis is well placed- it's proximity to the Freeway (yet quiet), the shopping & not far,for me, to friends and family

Tricky one to rate, it’s clearly a budget hotel so that is the expectation. I wasn’t expecting 5 star and it’s not. But the room was reasonably clean and the staff were all lovely. Parking onsite, breakfast option and plenty of fast food nearby. Close to the highway. Room is super basic, bed, TV, AC and toilet. So overall it was, fine?
