Great location for walking to eat and shop. Access to beach within walking distance. Upon arrival, we had two maintenance issues with our room, but both were corrected quickly. Staff was very nice and prompt. Our only problems were beach/pool towels were only given out once per week. We were there 2 weeks and swam every day. Towels did not dry in the room or on the balcony in time to use them the next day. Also, there is only one small elevator for a very large hotel making wait times long. Overall, a great experience!

The pictures do a job of making it look as if it’s going to be somewhat expansive and surrounded by greenery. In reality, it's on an urban side street, like a block of flats, and the green space visible to one side of the building is private scrubland off the premises. The main inner foyer is concrete and gloomy like a London airport or business motel. One small pool tight up against the building within what could be the garden of a 3-bedroom house (and everyone in the restaurant looking at you). No gym. Good rooms and the staff are very good. Good breakfast but 0730 (perhaps in low season only?) is a late start. We realised we’d been much better off self-catering at the 5-star hotel up the road - for approx the same rate per night, but a real resort with proper facilities and grounds. This one is close to all the pubs on the strip, if that's what you're after. Finally, one of my pet hates: the “airport shuttle” described on the hotel listing and on their website is really just reception calling a taxi for you - at a higher expense than simply getting an Uber.

This hotel was in a great location close to the beach, strip and good restaurants. The rooftop bar offers the most stunning views of the ocean and beaches. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice enough, and clean but kinda dark. We had like a half patio door. Even though it was half board we didn’t eat there. You have to pay for everything in the mini fridge which was the first hotel in my Portugal visit where you had to do that. Ouro Beach is a 5 min walk. You can rent sub loungers for around €20 for two beds and an umbrella. Worth it. You pay at the restaurant for those. Generally a decent stay. Only thing I really didn’t like is the burst of odor as you first walk in. It’s an overpowering scent.

The hotel was very nice with good-sized rooms and comfortable beds. The staff were friendly. The complimentary buffet breakfast was delicious. It would have been nice to have a gym. Also as many others have mentioned, the pool are is far too small for the size of the hotel. Extremely crowded.

The look of the hotel was stunning, design and room decor very nice. Breakfast options were excellent. However, very disappointed with the size if the pool (not large enough for the amount of guests being hosted, therefore, if like me you chose a hotel with a pool, expecting to have a morning swim, you too will end up looking lije a goldfish in a bowl. Biggest NEGATIVE the rooms have air pumped in. It blows too cold and too hot and drys you out. Not at all comfortable to sleep in.

Incredible hotel!! Staff all fantastic and so helpful. Luiz at reception and zahakar at the pool bar, amazing! Beds were huge, eco friendly hotel, so clean! Amazing rooftop bar and entertainment every night! Perfect location too!! Cannot recommend enough. Great views from the balcony too! Gorgeous private beach 3 min walk from the hotel.

Overall, a pleasant stay. Some publicity is misleading. There is only street parking, which is free, but not part of the grounds. Don't be expecting the large pool as shown in pictures. Though lovely, much smaller. Poolside area was crowded and there are not sufficient lounge chairs or sun shades. We also did not enjoy being obliged to 'consume' loud live sax music poolside and from the restaurant one of the evenings until 10pm. We had chosen an adults only hotel for quieter surroundings. Make sure you get a room facing south toward the sea!

Très belle pioche ! Cet hôtel était parfait. Emplacement à olhos da agua, proche plage. Chambre supérieure top, vue mer avec petit balcon. Petit déjeuner extra et de qualité. Piscine sympa. Personnel très accueillant. Je conseille. Le soir il y avait une ambiance musicale avec des chanteuses avec de très belles voix.

Wir hatten eine Suite im obersten Stock mit direktem Meerblick. Das Zimmer war hervorragend: Geräumig uns sauber, extrem großes und bequemes Bett. Kleine Abzüge gibt's für das einfache Ambiente im etwas eng gestellten Restaurantbereich. Die Qualität des Essens ist jedoch 1A. Frühstück kann auch im Garten genossen werden, hier gab es eine überzeugende Auswahl. Etwas genauer könnten im Hotel Scheiben geputzt werden, mehrere Glaselemente hatten starke Schlieren.

Geweldig hotel.Mooie ruime kamer die zeer schoon was.We hadden een heerlijk groot bed en een bad in de badkamer.Het ontbijt is keurig verzorgd en er is ruime keuze.Het dinner was ook goed te doen.Je kan kiezen voor een buffet vorm of losse menu's.Voor het geld hoef je het in ieder geval niet te laten.Met vragen of wensen kan je altijd bij het vriendelijke personeel terrecht en zijn naar wens geholpen.Het hotel ligt ook in een prachtige omgeving 6 minuten loopafstand naar het strand toe.Bij vertrek kregen we nog een lunch pakket mee.Wij zijn dik tevreden over ons verblijf en komen hier zeker nog een keer terug!

Das Servicepersonal beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich und hat ständig das Buffet aufgefüllt und das benutzte Geschirr abgeräumt. Die Kaffeeautomaten waren etwas langsam - ein dritter Automat oder ein separater für Teewasser würde das Anstehen etwas minimieren. Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Nur beim Obst/Gemüse wäre etwas mehr Auswahl, Qualität angebracht. Dafür war der frisch gepresste Organgensaft sehr löblich. Die Lage des Hotels und die kostenlosen Parkplätze davor waren top. Man kommt fußläufig zum Strand und zu einer riesigen Auswahl an Shopping und Gastro-Angeboten. Das Personal an der Rezeption war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da wir schon sehr früh auschecken mussten, gab es dort auch ein bestelltes Lanchepaket. Das war top.

Very clean hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Because I am here off-season, my room was upgraded. They have some issues right now with water intruding theough the entry doors, but that's due to unseen amounts if rain and heavy storms

Schöne geräumige Zimmer mit täglicher gründlicher Reinigung, das ganze Hotel ist gepflegt und sauber. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet, sehr freundliches Personal. Nahe gelegener Strand, dafür etwas weg vom Zentrum Albufeiras. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Duschabtrennung in der Badewanne ist etwas kurz, ebenso wie der Schlauch von der Armatur zum Duschkopf, so dass große Menschen (über 1,90m) nicht wirklich im Stehen duschen können. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel, würde jederzeit wieder hingehen.

Comfortable room, although I would have preferred the room a little larger, with more drawer space. Excellent breakfast, both in quality and number of choices. Proximal to plenty of restaurant choices. Only a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. Moreover, one could go to a crowded beach or walk a little to find one with more solitude. Overall, a nice choice for visiting New Town Albufeira.

10min walk from the beach (may be hard for older folks). Great room, very modern! Had usb plugs, clean room, and great service. Only down side is that the shower is really out dated. Everything from the lobby to the room and downstairs restaurant is great but the shower is an eye sore.

The hotel itself is a lovely, modern facility. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The pillows, however are the worst I’ve ever encountered in a hotel. They were all thin and extremely lumpy, making for an uncomfortable sleep. The photo on the website for the hotel is very misleading and gives the impression of a very large pool area. The pool in reality is quite small for the size of the hotel, although very clean and well maintained. The beach is about a 7 min walk from the hotel. The beach is lovely but it was disappointing to see the massive amount of discarded cans, bottles and garbage along the wooden stairs leading to the beach. The hotel is also located right near the strip which is very noisy so we were unable to open the patio door at night. Bit with the A/C fan running, you really couldn’t hear the noise from outside.

María Jose from the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She did our upgraded and give us the tickets for the welcome drinks. I lost my sunglasses and she found it for me: she was awesome!!!! It really makes a difference when you find someone willing to help and made recommendations. We enjoyed our stay very much. The service was excellent. Huge thank you to the Ukrainian team who provided excellent service in the restaurant and pool bar. The view from our balcony was amazing so it is worth paying a bit extra for see view room. We would also recommend the half-board option because it was well worth the money. Special thank you for the stake dinner which we won. One of the best stakes we have ever had. Highly recommended!

I made this booking as part of a birthday suprise for my Partner, the staff did not stop but go above and beyond at every turn to make her birthday a great suprise for when we arrived to the hotel. They were able to arrange a platter, and pastries suprise with happy birthday and Balloons in the room with a card from their team!! It was an unforgettable experience for both of us I would highly recommend it! Also a a huge thank you to Liliana who helped organise the suprise and helped make the trip so memorable.

This was a great hotel. Located close to the beach and has a nice (crisp) pool. The only downside has more to do with the location and city. It’s really geared toward 19-23 year olds on bachelor/ette parties, and mid-life crises. If you are looking for a - albeit still touristy - lower key experience, best to go further west to Lagos.

Stayed with my niece lovely hotel, excellent breakfast. Found room to be a bit small for 2. I also found buffet dining to be expensive. Our first night there was A Tuesday and they have live music on Tuesday until 10 pm. It was very loud and made sleeping impossible until music ended. Not my favorite aspect of a hotel.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette hôtel un hôtel très propre très bien situé le personnel à l’accueil très aimable cependant nous avons été déçu par plusieurs. Tout d’abord on nous prête gentiment des serviettes de plages cependant si on veut les changer c’est trois euros la serviette ensuite nous avons pris la formule demi-pension qui est pour moi est surcoté par rapport au prix on mange des plats froids qui sont censés être chaud le renouvellement ne se fait pas à chaque fois l’hôtel il n’y a aucune animation c’est un hôtel adultes mais cela ne veut pas dire tristesse donc déçu de cette hôtel
