good communication via e-mail re. arrival info at fra. went to hotelbus pick-up location and waited for 1 hour. were advised by an adsl driver/employee that the nh bus had left while we were waiting at the designated stop, bus was not identified with any nh signage, because of service check. why did the driver not bother to check with the waiting parties; just standing around at the exit doesn't help, especially when the bus is not identified.

War alles gut und bestens für 1 Nacht. Einzige Kritik am Shuttle-Bus, der am Morgen nur für 8 Personen reichte. Ich hatte einen dringenden Termin und keinen Platz im Shuttle Bus zum Flughafen. Das darf nicht sein! Musste dann den öffentlichen Linienbus Bus nehmen, der zum Glück fast gleichzeitig vor dem Haus Abfuhr.

It’s a nice enough airport hotel. But beware when you count on the airport shuttle. The shuttle is too small. You may not make it in, coming or going. Returning to the airport they called us a taxi. Going to the hotel a lot of people didn’t fit in and had to wait or pay for taxi. It’s really not good. And another problem: there are several nh hotels with different shuttles. Make sure you take the correct one! They don’t mention that in their messages. In the onslaught on the bus this is a problem. Our a/c in the room didn’t work.

Excellent room and comfy bed. Restaurant was closed for some strange computer problem. Breakfast was limited because they only had one person in the kitchen. Nice gym but the sauna was out of order.

Very basic accommodations (cheap too) Parking garage is TERRIBLE. So narrow that my big SUV got stuck! Tires/rims scratched. No warning that the entrance is very tight. High cement curb. Upon departure I asked for help and explained the problem last night with the garage. three less than friendly (I was the only client at the counter) refused to help and were not friendly. NH. Never again!

There were lots of blood spots on the linen and it was far too hot in the rooms, aircon only provided warm air in April, that is crazy! So, in fact the aircon couldn’t be used. Definetely not a four star hotel.

After First night (room 167) I indicated in the morning a leak under the window door of the shower for a maintenance action to be done. When I came back nothing has been done and my room even not clean up.

Advertised as a 4 star hotel which it definitely was not. Please see below: (1) Lobby, restaurant and bar was nice. (2) Room was okay. (3) Shower was nice but the tile on the floor of the bathroom was from the 90’s. Piecemeal renovations look cheap. (4) Hallways and elevator - Horrible, dirty carpet, old elevator with half the lights not working. Easy fix with new carpet and lightbulbs. (5) Booked b/c of sauna which had no water and was a little below average. At least it worked. (6) Price - $185 - expensive for what you get. Shop around and find a newer hotel.

The shower had black mold on the ceiling. I didn't show my wife. She would have made a scene, and I don't like that. But someone should be looking for that. Frankfurt airport. Moerfelder strasse 113, room # 267.

Nice and close to the airport, shuttle service was great. The room was very clean and simple nice. My key card didn't work on the first two trys, but the front office did well on the matter. The room never really warm up, even set on the high level. But i was only there for one night and after the key card, i didn't want to complain. The restaurant was simple nice. There is no view of anything......nothing.

The room is tiny, but that is not my complaint. The room has a mini fridge and it constantly runs and puts off heat. We ran the air but the room never cooled off - we could not sleep for the heat. I mentioned it when checking out and the desk replied “oh ywah, we know the air doesnt work there” so after traveling for 14 hours and before our next day of travel we had no sleep. Its an ok space, but the lack of air and lack lf regard from staff who were already aware is why ive rates this place lowly

The airport shuttle showed up right on time, picking up and dropping off from the airport. The hotel's directions to the shuttle location were spot on. Note that the shuttle stop is in terminal 1 and it takes an airport shuttle to get to terminal 2, allow yourself plenty of time. The room was quiet & spacious, the breakfast plentiful with a wide variety of choices. The area is industrial with only a few alternatives for dinner if you don't want to eat at the hotel restaurant. The hotel is an excellent choice for an overnight stay between flights.

Für eine Übernachtung vor oder nach langen Flügen absolut zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind klein aber es fehlt einem an nichts - sogar Kaffee und Tee werden einem zur Verfügung gestellt! Wer die Flugzeuge beim Landen beobachten will, dem empfehle ich den rechten Hotelflügel als Wunsch anzugeben. Wir haben sie leider nur hören aber nicht sehen können ;) Der Transfer ist hervorragend! Pünktlich und freundlich!

I liked the cleanliness of hotel and the free shuttle service which runs every 30 minutes, and the last one at 22:45pm. You have to be waiting downstairs, terminal 1, Hall B, arrival area, next to number 6. The bus is blue and white and has number 1 on it. The one thing I didn't like about hotel that the door had to be slammed really hard to shut and no one warned me that the room key has to be inserted and left in the box to activate the lights in the room. I had to figure it out myself. Hotel staff could not warn American tourists at check in? We don't have this system in USA. And front desk staff is not very friendly when approached, I had a feeling that I bother them with questions.

The room was very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and it looked tastefully furnished. The bathroom was spacious and modern. The room had a mini fridge a coffee maker with some coffee and a bottle of free water. So overall a nice stay in the room but unfortunately our dining experience was not as pleasant as hoped. They seemed to be understaffed, the bartender was also the waiter. When I asked for a table he told me where we could sit, I didn't see the table so asked again and he rudely answered over there. When it came to paying he quickly snatched the card from me and proceeded to the next table. Food overall tasted good but we didn’t want to eat or have a drink there the second night because of how fairly we were treated.

this hotel is close to the airport. there is a shuttle bus to and from the hotel. the driver is very good and help to load the baggage. however it has no restarant around and only one bus stop. it is not convenient if you want to go around in frankfurt.

Went down for dinner at 7pm. Got sat in the waiting seats and told wont be long. Approx 1.5hr later we get seated at a table and we are ready to order but waiting again for someone to serve. In total it took 3 hours to get a cheeseburger and a pint. Not ideal since I had been travelling all day and had an early flight home on Friday morning. Utterly disappointed with the service from the hotel. felt sorry for the 2 staff who were clearly ran off their feet. Many more staff needed for such a busy hotel. I travel to Germany often and I have now been looking elsewhere for a hotel near the airport. The hotel itself is extremely clean and handy to the airport. But if you're travelling and need food, never go to the restaurant in the hotel.

I had a simple but clean room with useful complementary service of water and Nespresso coffee machine and capsules. I used the gym and that was very clean, with nice equipment and ample space for stretching. One morning I used the breakfast buffet and thought it was on the pricy side. However, the helpful staff and great food selection compensated somewhat for the price. Of course a positive stay wouldn't be possible without the great and helpful staff. The cleanliness was good. We had a pleasant dinner in the restaurant, and the breakfast was very good. The easy access for flights from Frankfurt is, of course, the real criterion. The shuttle worked both from the terminal to the hotel and vice versa.
