My third stay. It’s worth it. Great hotel if you have an early morning flight. It’s a short drive to FRA. It’s affordable, clean, comfortable, and somewhat quiet until you get into the lobby. Just a bit overwhelming. Very safe area but parking fees are insane.

Everything with the room and the restaurant was excellent. What we didn’t appreciate was that they show that they have an airport shuttle for a fee, but it does not show that it only runs limited hours in the morning and the evening, which we did not know until much later when they sent us that info. Please be clear on that in your posting

The room and bed were good. Check in, check out, bar tabs and food sales all handled by one cashier and the credit card system was having problems. The only food available in the hotel is bar food and they were short on menu items and there are very few food options in the area. The airport shuttle has no place to put baggage , was over crowded. The shuttle dropped everyone at one spot at the airport.

The room was standard, serviceable, no problem. Check in took a long time, and the advertised shuttle from the airport was quick and frequent, but to head TO the airport the shuttles ran infrequently and they were late- not an ideal start to a trip!

I booked this particular hotel because of the shuttle availability, but apparently the shuttle has a limited timeline. I wish the time line would be posted so travelers make an informed decision. I only use it on my way back as I arrived at 4 pm and the next shuttle was at 6-45 pm.

5박을 지냈고, 단점부터 말하자면 객실에 휴지통, 냉장고, 전화기도 없습니다. 프론트에 전화로 문제점을 말할수 없어 계속 내려가야 했어요. 제가 처음 받은 방은 샤워부스 물이 막혔구요. 첫날 지나서 방을 바꿨습니다. 두번째로 받은 방도 샤워부스가 막혀 물이 내려갈동안 기다려야만 했구요. 이 문제점을 말하러 또 내려가야했어요. 거기다 샴푸와 컨디셔너가 비치되어있는데, 컨디셔너 케이스에도 샴푸를 넣어놔서 매일 샴푸를 두번씩하며 고생했습니다. 이 문제점을 프론트에 두번 말했으나 개선되지 않았어요. 객실에 휴지통이 없으니 너무 불편하구요. 냉장고도 없으니 음식을 사다 먹으며 보관하기 힘들었어요. 반면에 장점을 말하자면, 호텔에서 도보로 5분거리에 EDEKA라는 마트가 있어 편리해요. 호텔 로비층에 피트니스룸과 대형테이블 등이 잘 갖춰져 있어, 휴일에는 로비층 테이블에서 랩탑으로 작업을 하며 지낼수 있었어요 그리고 공항에서 호텔까지 셔틀을 운행하는데, 기사님이 엄청 친절하셔서 독일에 대한 좋은 인상을 갖게 되었어요. 호텔에서 지하철역까지는 1.1km정도 떨어져 있어, 도보로 15분정도 걸리구요. 시내까지 한번에 갈수 있어 편해요

The rooms are VERY small, not cleaned. Although they mark they change the towels, these are not even if dirty and on the floor. Everything you need to pay - a water 7.50 Euro. the breakfast is very poor and even old ham... One of the worst hotel!

Zimmer sind in Ordnung aber sehr hellhörig. Meine Zimmernachbarn unterhielten sich in normaler Zimmerlautstärke und man hat alles gehört. Selbst den TV aus dem Nachbarzimmer. Im Bad könnte das Licht heller sein, gerade wenn man sich morgens schminken möchte.

Lo único rescatable es el buen servicio y la amabilidad de todo el personal, pero los cuartos son muy, muy incómodos. No es un tema de tamaño, sino que no hay donde poner las cosas. En vez de escritorio hay una repisa pequeña y en vez de buros hay dos tablas como de 30x30 cm. No hay closet, hay una reja (literal, una reja) con 4 ganchos y nada más. Hay únicamente un solo bote de basura en el baño, y el diseño de la regadera es malísimo porque se moja todo el piso del baño ya que el cancel es muy corto. Los protectores de colchón parecen ser como de lona y al moverse siente uno que estuviera acostado sobre plástico. La puerta del cuarto pesa demasiado. Definitivamente no volveré a hospedarme en un hotel de esta cadena.

Nice room, small TV with only CNN in English and no way to connect laptop Bath shower has no door so water goes all over the room, there is carpet on the floor which is not ideal if you’re sensitive to dust AC cannot be completely switched of so if you’re like me and like it cold opening the small window in the room doesn’t help Overall it’s a good hotel to stay near the airport as you don’t hear a lot of air traffic noise

I had to pay local taxes if though I already paid that. Place is OK. Rooms are hot and airco doesn't work. there are no basic things available in your room such as a water bolier, glasses and not even a closet.

I cannot believe how much I paid for such a disappointing experience at Moxy Frankfurt Airport Kelsterbach. The room was unbelievably crude – no table, only one chair. The furnishings were so basic they bordered on uncomfortable, making the room feel more like a dormitory than a hotel. For the exorbitant price of $254.27 per night, this was utterly unacceptable. There was absolutely no effort to make the space functional or comfortable; it honestly felt like the room wasn’t even finished. How can a hotel think this level of minimalism is acceptable? The only positive I can mention is that the room was okay clean. However, cleanliness alone does not justify such an outrageous price for what is essentially an empty shell of a room. I deeply regret staying here and would not recommend it to anyone. Save your money and choose a place that provides even the basics – this one doesn’t even come close.

Im ersten Zimmer gingvder TV nicht, eine halbe Stunde versucht beinder Rezeption anzurufen ohne Erfolg. Dann in die Schlange gestellt. Im zweiten Zimmer ging die Beleuchtung im Bad nicht. Wieder zur unfreundlichen Rezeption. Das dritte Zimmer war bis auf eine quitschende Türe ok und sauber. Kein Mitarbeiter hat es geschafft das Wort Entschuldigung zu sagen oder mir Hilfe beim Umzig angeboten . Leider habe ich bei der Buchung nicht gesehen dass es weder Safe noch Wasserkocherr gibt. Als nichts für Business Reisende. Frühstück Standard 3 Sterne Niveau. Parkplätze ausreichend und groß.

Very helpful staff. I got to hotel by shuttle bus in late morning so too early to check in but when she got to understand I am the membership of Marriott Bonvoy, she arranged me to check in my room for a good rest. That was highly appreciated after a long travel.

Bei Check-In gegen 23 Uhr standen wir ca. 15 Minuten in der Schlange. Dann versprach mir der dennoch freundliche Mitarbeiter die Rechnung per Mail zuzusenden. Dies ist natürlich nicht passiert und ich musste das beim Check-Out, wieder mit Wartezeit, erledigen lassen. Die absolute Krönung: Es gibt KEINEN Föhn auf den Zimmern und ich bekam auch keinen auf Nachfrage. Die Haare waren natürlich schon nass, da ich sowas nie erwartet hätte und auch noch nie erlebt habe... Typische Billig-Kette die kaputt gespart wird... Aufgrund der guten Lage bekommen sie aber trotzdem Gäste :(

Moxy charged us twice for the room and refused to refund one charge, blaming it on Hotels.com. Even emailed the manager and got terrible responses basically calling me stupid, would never stay at a Moxy hotel again after this experience.

Check in around 11 pm and the man that was working at the front desk was amazing. I apologize for not catching his name but he had short dark hair with glasses. Made my check in smooth and was able to answer my all my questions. The shuttle that is offered at this hotel is easy to use and clean. Thanks for making this a stress free trip.

We found the Moxy a very good value during this particular weekend (NFL Game in Frankfurt). The very small room and bathroom were therefore not an issue. The location of the hotel in Kelsterbach was convenient for us to return to the airport (in a rental car). The 20-minute walk to the S-Bahn was enjoyable. The price of breakfast was also appropriate considering the reasonable room price and the breakfast item selection.

Easy and scheduled shuttle times leaving hotel for airport...only 4 euro/pp. Would do again just for the reliability of the shuttle. We didn't know ahead of time, but there was a shuttle from airport to hotel. We took the S-Bahn and it was a 15 minute, easy walk from the station. Would definitely return for another stay here. Reviews are correct in that there are not many bars or restaurants around the hotel neighborhood.

Hotel moderno, padrão acima do Ibis, atendimento cordial e despojado. Razoavelmente proximo do aeroporto, gastei 15/20 euros de uber para ir e voltar porque meus horários não coincidiram com o shuttle oferecido por eles. Acesso ao trem é ok, cerca de 20 minutos a pé da estação.

The front desk person was very friendly and accommodating. The bar and food staff. Not so much. The food was subpar at best. Besides all that the bed was comfortable. The room was nicely appointed but warm. Nice clean hotel for an overnight stay at the airport.
