Property is well maintained and staff was very friendly. Very nice hotel. But no too much dining option. only one hotel restaurant open from 5 PM 10 PM and you need to make a reservation. if not you might not get to sit and eat. Public transportation was very inconvenience. taxi are available but costly. air port shuttle was free and it takes around 20 minutes to the air port.

This property is located RIGHT in front of a river where the ships go through the lock to lower and higher parts of the river. Fascinating to watch the boats go through. It is next to a larger part of the river as well, where a short walk can take you over a bridge to see the sight. Along the river many people ride bikes, scooters, and walk. If the hotel had a bike or two to borrow or rent, it would be lovely to be able to do that. The down side of the hotel was the lack of hot-tub, pool, or sauna. But the handy free/included airport shuttle made it a good place for me. The river was an added benefit!

The hotel was very quiet and the airport shuttle is great although it does only run once an hour. Breakfast was decent, they tried to keep it stocked up even during busy times. Would come back!

Nice, modern and clean. Great price. Parking garage next door. Just that the restaurant and bar was closed as always on Sundays, so we had to order food. But still ok. Easy to find, and close to the airport in the morning. Will gladly use again.

Everything seemed modern and new. Seemed very clean. We really enjoyed seeing the locks right behind the property and enjoyed the outside seating for the bar. The breakfast buffet was very nice with a very large selection. It had everything you could reasonably want, I think. I picked this hotel because there was a shuttle and it was close to the airport. In this respect, I was very disappointed. The shuttle ran very infrequently. When we arrived at the Frankfurt airport, we went out to the shuttle area and waited about 20 minutes. Then I called and was told the next shuttle would be in 40 minutes. We took an Uber rather than wait (so if this is you add $25-$30 to the cost of the hotel. Upon checking in, we were asked if we wanted a shuttle back to the airport - as it turns out the last shuttle was at 10:30am - check-out was noon. The hotel is technically right next to the airport, but it took 12-15 minutes to get to or from the airport on the roads that are available to Uber or the shuttle. Next time, I think I'll get an airport hotel that I can walk to, if possible.

The hotel shuttle only runs once per hour until 10AM and again it arrives at 4:20PM at the airport. That's not listed on the website so we waited 3-1/2 hours for the shuttle. With traffic it's about 25 minutes. In the morning we took the 7:30AM departure shuttle which is a huge bus and the ride was about 15 minutes away without traffic. The saving grace for the location is the walkway along the river behind the hotel and the bridge that crosses over to a small town. In town near the bridge is a wonderful German beer garden restaurant with excellent food/prices. There is also a Tandori restaurant a few minutes further walk. The prices are much better and great variety than the restaurant at the hotel. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and staff very nice. The walls seem to be thin as we could hear noise from above. I would stay here again knowing the shuttle schedule, however, if you arrive during the afternoon plan on taking Uber or a taxi to avoid the wait.

This was a super convenient hotel - its in an industrial type area, but close to the airport - the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the AC wasnt' working, but that is an isolated incident. The airport shuttle is very handy, the breakfast buffet was good, and the restaurant with brewpub attached was excellent !!

This was a true find…1/2 hour from airport with an hourly shuttle bus, clean room with a comfy bed, but the best was the onsite restaurant (necessary, because there is nothing around) and craft brewery, open late.

I stayed for 3 nights at the hotel during a business trip to Kelsterbach. On the first night, I jumped into the bed and felt something crawling on me. I notice there were bugs in the bed. I went to complain at reception and was told there were no available rooms so I could not switch rooms. There was no offer to deal with the bugs in my bed. I had to strip the bed myself and kill 6 bugs before remaking it. I was unable to get any sleep that night. The next day my room was changed and the rest on my trip was pleasant.

The airport shuttle only runs once and hour and is unreliable at best. It was delayed both times we used it. The room smelled horribly of smoke and we had to move to a new room. The second room had no shampoo, soap, or air conditioning. The room was hot even though it advertised AC. Staff at hotel was rude and did not pick up phone or reply to you via the app. I would avoid.

When we got to our Family room, lare arrival and very tired. My daughters bed had various hair on her sheets. No phone to call down to advise anyone, so she slept on top of the duvet. Next morning we left every early. When we got back to the room late, the room had not been cleaned. When to the lobby and compained, dirty sheets, no clean towells, shower head had fallen off and the bathroom smelled disgusting, like the sewer had backed up. We put a towel along the bathroom door, as it was nauseating. We were NOT going to change rooms because it was late and had a early departure. Around midnight our bathroom started to smell also. Unbelievable. We were unable to catch the 630 shuttle but the driver never came i n to say he was there to everyone . We took a cab 36 euros. Also the carpet in our adjoining rooms were filthy with stains and the air conditioner did not work, as an air conditioner should. Throughly disgusting from the start to the end!!!

The room was very nicely decorated and the airport shuttle was great!! It was very warm in the room and we couldn't figure out how to get the a/c to work. Opened the windows but it was still very warm. It would be nice to have coffee service in the room!

Good place to stay. Airport shuttle was convenient, but had to look hard to find the schedule on the website for pickup at the airport. They had a map of the location, which is at the hotel shuttle bus pickup location, however this wasn't explicitly stated. Everything was good, but after a long trip to get to the hotel, to figure out the self checkin / check put / qr codes without good wifi/ data was chanllenging. The staff was helpful, but it wasn't obvious what to do when technology wasn't working.

I left a bag with my passport and wallet on the shuttle bus and the driver stayed at the airport so I could retrieve it 20 minutes later. Super service and saved my day.

Desk staff: Gabriel and Michelle wonderful, very helpful, had my Wi-Fi/ internet issues resolved. Did not used the dining facilities except for the incredible breakfast included in the Hotel Fee - thought it’s for a Continental breakfast. Like the free shuttle to Flughafen. As post and pre Condor Flights, my transportation was on trains: ICE, DB, SBB, etc.

Food at breakfast and dinner were decent but service overwhelmed by volume and way under-staffed. Rooms ok but ripped and torn furniture in rooms. The worst part was the check-in staff, who was useless, selective in helping only others, and not helpful on the Sept 21 check-in; and on the Oct 1 check-in, the check-in staff was totally nonexistent, helping only a boatload of customers who missed their flights with airline vouchers, and no one to assist full paying hotel customers like us.

Rooms and property are nice…but be sure to check the property website for airport shuttle hours - we had to take a $35 taxi because they dont operate all hours. Also beware that property does not respond to expedia platform messages nor do they answer the telephone at night, not for me and not for expedia customer service.

I was surprised that there is no central desk when you arrive, rather a series of individual computers where you check yourself in, including picking up and activating your own keycard. I’m not a big fan of computers replacing jobs, but this was easy to do and someone did walk over and ask if I needed help while checking in. You can do the check-in in German or English (I didn’t notice if other languages were available). A sign is clearly posted at check-in with all the airport shuttle times, and the shuttle is there when it says it will be. The room was modern and comfortable, though I couldn’t figure out how to adjust the thermostat and it was slightly warm.

This is a very nice hotel. BUT, don't get fooled by the name. This hotel is not in Frankfurt, and it is no where near FRA airport. It is located in an industrial area, not close to anything. The hotel advertises a hotel-airport shuttle, however it doesn't run at all times. Our cab fare was 35 Euro.

Close to the airport. Unfortunately, no restaurants close by (the one next door was not open) and that was a downfall for us. Parking in the parking garage with a short walk.

The hotel shuttle only runs once per hour until 10AM and again it arrives at 4:20PM at the airport. That's not listed on the website so we waited 3-1/2 hours for the shuttle. With traffic it's about 25 minutes. In the morning we took the 7:30AM departure shuttle which is a huge bus and the ride was about 15 minutes away without traffic. The saving grace for the location is the walkway along the river behind the hotel and the bridge that crosses over to a small town. In town near the bridge is a wonderful German beer garden restaurant with excellent food/prices. There is also a Tandori restaurant a few minutes further walk. The prices are much better and great variety than the restaurant at the hotel. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and staff very nice. The walls seem to be thin as we could hear noise from above. I would stay here again knowing the shuttle schedule, however, if you arrive during the afternoon plan on taking Uber or a taxi to avoid the wait.

Shuttle was there early and waiting but, considering it is an airport shuttle, there was very little room for luggage. I suggest you board early. Other than that, stay was perfect for an overnight before flying home. The hotel is in an industrial area so I wouldn’t recommend it for a vacation stay.

The property is very clean, the rooms are small but adequate. There was no fridge in the room. Breakfast was decent but the price of €20 was way too much for the selection. The service during breakfast was poor, empty dishes were not refilled, no fresh fruit at all. There was a bowl of canned fruit salad! Maybe €10 would be a more fitting charge. We have been in many hotels where they charges €20 per person for breakfast but the selection was double or triple of what this hotel offered including custom made things like omelets for example. We stayed here for easy access to our flight on the next day. Check in was ok - staff not overly friendly, but ok. Nice restaurant, buffet and beer garden; so we didn't have to worry about finding for dinner or breakfast. Room was warm - weather was uncommonly warm and the A/C in the room did not cool very well. But we opened the window for air flow and it was doable. Was surprised at the quality of the hotel for the price.

Would definitely recommend this hotel, we arrived late in the evening, restaurant was about to close and they stayed open an extra 45 minutes for us, completely above and beyond food was excellent.

This was a true find…1/2 hour from airport with an hourly shuttle bus, clean room with a comfy bed, but the best was the onsite restaurant (necessary, because there is nothing around) and craft brewery, open late.

Night we stayed there was a private company function and the restaurant was closed. The buffet was open waitress said she could make a salad plate for about 20 euros. However that was limited because of the layovers and airlines paid for that. No other restaurant close to the area either

Hotel was clean but the paint in the walls was scuffed and the lack of staff was disconcerting. No greeting , computer terminals for checkin. There was an airport shuttle which took 25 minutes airport to hotel not the advertised 8-10!

The room was Dirty, especially the bed. There was dirt and human hair in the bed like someone didn’t change the sheets at all. There were also hair and dirt in the bathroom. The stuff was very friendly and they changed my room but it wasn’t really better than the first one.
