the room was good. the bathroom was very small and having to pay for the shuttle back to the airport was preposterous. We do not pay to go in but pay to come back, it is like holding people hostage. Very poor decision to charge people. I will not stay there again because of that.

A shuttle was the only reason i stayed. A cost is incurred to use it on airport return and limited hours of service. It was the latest pick up bus of all hotels offering shuttles.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the parking. There are a set of parking spaces with raised "T" obstacles that block the parking space, and these parking spaces are a good 200m away from the hotel. So I had to drive out to the parking space, figure out how the lock worked, lower the "T", park the vehicle, raise the "T", then walk to 200m back to the hotel and return the key. And all of this was in total darkness and adjacent to a construction site (thank goodness most cellphones have built-in flashlights). No other complaints.

A great way to spend the night between two flights in Frankfurt. The shuttle runs every half hour- at 10 and 40 min after, and then the bed covers are ironed... I have not seen that in a hotel in a long time- even higher-stars hotels than this - impressive!

No hubo manera de recibir una respuesta cuando solicité información sobre el transporte al hotel desde el aeropuerto. Llegué al aeropuerto y estuve esperando el shuttle pero nunca llegó, hasta que pregunté y me mencionaron que el horario era muy limitado. Reservé por el transporte y terminé pagando un taxi. En el hotel me informaron que a partir de las 10 am ya no circula. Eso deberían aclararlo tanto en el portal como en la página del hotel

Helpfulness and friendliness of staff was wonderful! Hotel was clean and had all one would need for a stay before or after a flight at FRA. The restaurant/bar area served a wide variety of snacks and meals. I am glad to have found the Ibis. Will be back!

The ibis chain is good value for traveling around Germany. The rooms are clean and had all the necessary items. The only downside is the lack of towels... you will have to ask for more towels.

There is nothing fancy about this property, nor about its surrounding neighborhood. The shower needs help, as it ranged from very hot to very cold quite regularly. Room was small, clean and very basic. We slept great and received friendly service. The location is convenient to the airport.

The room that they gave me was not clean. At the entrance of the bathroom and on the bed there were clusters of hair.I photographed and showed them to the receptionist. The receptionist was very professional and helpful. He changed the room immediately and apologized. But for an ACCOR hotel, I found the level of cleanliness less than expected.

No frills hotel with airport shuttle. Rooms are small but clean. AC couldn’t keep the room cool. The hotel is in an industrial area. 20 min walk to the train station. Hotel does offer dinner since there are few other dinner options. Front desk staff was amazing - nice and extremely efficient!

Nice hotel, rooms are tiny but one doesn't need more for 1 night. Conveniently located close to the airport, personnel very friendly and the breakfast has something for every taste, wide variety of food and it's buffet style. Will stay there again.

I would suggest that they post the shuttle schedule ahead of time. It was hard for me to get to the hotel because I called three times to the hotel to get a shuttle and they never picked up my call, when I asked the receptionist she said she was probably busy which shouldn’t be an answer, they should answer the call and then ask to wait if they are that busy, in order to get to the hotel by myself I had to take a bus and walk for like 15 minutes in a very lonely trail that wouldn’t look safe at night, I messaged the app and they sent the schedule when I was already at the hotel.

Au moment du check-in à 22:00 il nous a été demandé de communiquer la date de naissance et l’adresse e-mail. Nous avons refusé en disant que les informations requises pour un check-in étaient celles contenues dans les passeports qui leur ont été présentés. Nous leur avons dit que pour l’adresse email, nous n’étions pas tenus de la communiquer eu égard à la directive européenne GDPR relative à la protection des données personnelles. À cela l’hôtesse a retorqué: « nous sommes en Allemagne ici! Elle a refusé de nous donner accés à notre chambre et a fait semblant d’appeler la police. Nous avons attendu l’arrivée des autorités qui ne sont jamais venues afin de déposer plainte à notre tour. Nous avons quitté cet hôtel et avons passé la nuit dans le parking à l’aéroport. À notre retour une plainte va être déposé contre l’hôtel pour tentative d’extorsion de données personnelles et rupture de contrat de services.

The main reason I chose this hotel was we needed somewhere close to the airport and that had a shuttle service. The hotel satisfied those criteria and was priced better than other hotels in the area. I did think the cost of breakfast was quite high but we needed to leave before breakfast started anyway so that wasn't a concern.

El problema es que no tienen restaurante entre las 11am y las 6pm. No tienen venta de snacks o bebidas. Larga historia corta, si tienes hambre o sed entre esas horas tienes que salir a un Supermercado a 300 mts. Aparte está en un lugar poco agraciado del pueblo colindante al aeropuerto.
