Perfect last stop on long trip. Huge room. Easy parking. Clean. Big valet carts at the ready. Great central location to dinner downtown and close to airport. Some noise from other rooms but minor.

For the high price tag this hotel simply wasn't worth it. No breakfast, no water bottles, no robes. The Juno restaurant was PRICEY!! And very limited menu. The one convenience was the airport shuttle

What i liked: has a restaurant/Bar, the bar staff was awesome and super friendly. Its half the reason why i booked again at this hotel. The other half was they have a reasonable Ribey that is very good. However!..... What i dont like They took the Ribeye off the menu! Now there is a Filet instead and thats just not my cut. Also C street side of the hotel is really noisy. vehicles all night long. It would help also if they put in blinds to block out the light. would help with the street noise as well.

Hotel was nice but we needed to get to civic center to take bus and had to get 3 Ubers to get their. Not sure why with amount of money Crowne Plaza makes we couldn’t utilize the shuttle in this case. It does go to the airport what’s the difference.

Really really comfortable hotel with very good service and open coffee bar, which was lovely. Slightly out-of-the-way location, and the hot tub was set to a really low temperature (probably a legal requirement but still). Generous check in time.

Checked into hotel and went to room to get ready for pool time. Went down to find out pool was closed for maintenance. Would have been nice to be told when checking in especially having kids with me. Went up to room and had to call maintenance to fix the light in the bathroom. House keeping should have had it fixed especially when the front dest said the people before us completed about the light when they checked out. No towels were in the bathroom to dry off with and there was hair in the bath tub. Opened the closet to find a military jacket hanging up. All this showed us was the housekeeper

Coffee, tea and water was a nice touch in the “tv room.” The fitness room was clean and bright. Staff were responsive and nice. Overall clean hotel. It is right on the corner of a busy intersection and there was some traffic noise late into the night. With a restaurant on-site, continental breakfast would be nice.

Stayed due to proximity to the airport and free parking. Check in was quick but terrible since breakfast was included and she didn’t provide a voucher. Then when I asked for a voucher, she only gave for one person and so had to go back to sort it. Room was ok but in dire need of refurb. Bed was ok enough. AC/heating unit is very loud. Breakfast had friendly staff but food was mediocre and service was pretty poor and had to ask for drinks multiple timesand coffee was the worst in our whole trip. Probably won’t stay here again Shame since it has good potential.

VERY noisy - from creaky floorboards & footsteps from people on upper floors, to traffic flowing constantly close by. Furnishings and carpet a little worn. Provided USB charging ports didn’t work. On the plus side, very friendly staff and excellent breakfast buffet.

The Crown Plaza has always been a good stay in Anchorage. We try to stay there when we are overnighting in Anchorage. The only down side was the people in the room above us stomping around and making unnecessary noise.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was spacious. We didn’t feel like we were tripping over ourselves and our luggage. The air conditioning was a little loud but nothing I needed to bring to attention of staff. Easy location to get from airport and to downtown.

I reserved a standard room with two double beds, but when I checked in they would only give me a king room, which was valued less than the double bed. The staff was rude and dismissive. We were told it doesn’t matter what our receipt said, the standard room is subject to change. Poor staffing and even worse training. We won’t be using crowne plaza ever again.

Overall staff not very helpful. House keeping did not clean the sinks and toilets, would only give us 3 sets of towels when clearly paid for 4 travelers. The hot water kept running out, green tea kept running out .Overall mediocre service.

Coffee, tea and ice water 24/7. Staff was extremely helpful. Didn't have breakfast but the menu sounded great. We left every day at a very early time. Beds were very comfortable. Will stay again. Highly recommend.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make this stay a better one for me and my husband. My husband had an accident before our trip and needed to use a wheelchair to get around the staff gave a bigger room to accommodate the wheelchair. Also Temeeka was so nice she knew we went to downtown Anchorage and when we came back she asked if we had a good time. While I was tally my husband went up stairs and he thought I was going up the stairs because I don’t like elevators. I found out the stairs were locked and I was going to get my husband to come back down to get me but Temmeka said I will go up with you so you don’t have to go alone. While we were in there she said let’s take your mind off being in here she said what did you get in town. Before I knew it the elevator door opened. She was so nice to ride with me so I didn’t have be in there alone or call my husband. She generally cares about the customers. Thank you Temmeka. Great hotel and room was great.

The property was well maintained and the front desk staff helpful. Only one front desk person got abrupt when we asked if we could get the shuttle to take us to the train station. The others were very pleasant. The breakfast buffet was great.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. It wasn’t a super high end hotel nor is it a budget hotel, it’s a good stay for a reasonable price. There isn’t much that you can walk to, so if you want a hotel with a “downtown” feel where you can walk to shops and restaurants, this isn’t it. if you’re ok to stay at a nice hotel for the price with not a lot to walk to, then this would be a good value…

Hotel was okay and staff were very nice. Breakfast was only available as a small buffet as staff called in sick and couldn't offer menu items so extra charge for breakfast wasn't really worth it.
