Excellent hotel for those travelling with dogs.

This hotel is a great find clean modern rooms ample free parking big enough for vans plus safe hotel comes with a good size breakfast starts a 07:00 and its all a good price stayed before and can not think of any down sides

We will definitely be going back. Quiet, great seating area inside and out, huge comfy bed and staff so obliging. Nothing to complain about and pricing so good. Short drive to park and ride for Stratford centre.

Stayed for the weekend so we could see a show at the NEC. Hotel, staff, food and service was excellent. The main host/manager maz was outstanding. Very attentive and looked after all his guests meticulously. Had dinner on the Friday night which was excellent. As it was quiet let us use our own Netflix on big TV in bar. Outstanding venue and service. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again. This is more than just a place for golfers to stay. 30 minutes to the NEC. 10 minutes from wonderful Stratford upon Avon. Rooms clean, bed good enough for a lie in. 10 out of 10.

Great location, very clean and tidy, slight issue with a noisy bathroom fan in another room, which I did inform the duty manager, it stopped and then came on again in the night which was not good. next time I think id take my clubs!! Course looked good

Great hotel in a peaceful location. Just what we needed for a restful nights sleep after an extremely long journey. Rooms well equipped, comfortable and super clean. Restaurant well set out, good menu choices and friendly helpful staff. Sorry to not have time for a game of golf!

Excellent stay and relaxing, although their didnt appear to be anyone else staying! The Barman was excellent and the receptionist helpful.

Nice hotel but no cleaning after our first night. Very unpleasant and no real solution provided. Restaurant is nice but the food is not tasty at all even if i tried several meals. Location, parking, size of the room and bed great.

Unfortunately the room we were given smelled of cat urine. We mentioned this at check out and were given an apology though the poor smell in the room simply ruined our stay.

There was a lot of mould in the en-suite.

We found a bargain on a last minute stay and were pleasantly surprised. Our room was outstandingly clean…the cleaners attention to detail was spot on. We’ve stayed in a few places over the last week and this had to be the cleanest. Big comfy beds, spacious rooms, lovely big shower. Can’t fault it at all. Will definitely recommend and use again.

The hotel grounds are lovely. The room however did have a very pungent smell. Couldn’t put my finger or what it was but it wasn’t pleasant.

When I arrived after 8 in the evening no one was on reception. I phoned the mobile number on a notice telling me this would get me assistance. My phone call went straight to voicemail. I had to wander around until I found the bar where there were two members of staff. I asked if I was in time for dinner and was told service would stop in a few minutes so I ordered dinner in a hurry before checking in. If I could have checked in when I arrived I wouldn’t have been so rushed to order dinner. The salad and chips were ok but I wouldn’t order the chicken schnitzel again. The room was clean enough apart from an obvious cobweb but the smell of hotel room freshener was very strong. After a bath (bathroom was reasonable, clean and everything worked and water was hot), I realised on going to bed that I could hear the thump thump from what was probably the plant room. I decided to lump it rather than dress and attempt to find someone who could change my room - it was gone 11 at night. Luckily I had ear plugs with me otherwise the noise would have been intolerable. The WiFi was also poor and dropped out for most of the night after I’d decided to update all the apps on my phone. Good job I didn’t urgently need to use an app that was stalled in waiting mode. Won’t try updating all my apps at once in a hotel again, so good life lesson.

All staff were very friendly and welcoming A good choices of breakfast Lovely clean room and the view was amazing Disappointed that there wasn't any decaf tea and when my husband enquired about it he was told that there wasn't anymore but he was offered Camomile tea bags which isn't quite the same

We received excellent customer service and the food was very generous. Whilst the price for a night is reasonable there was accepts of cleaning and maintenance which are poor. The room we were originally given had a radiator that couldn't be turned of and poorly cleaned bathtub (this was promptly rectified after speaking to the staff). General cleaning remains an issue around the hotel with cobwebs in the dining room and in the other bathroom we had broken mechanism in the bathtub to open the drain (we did not mention this as were tired of complaining after the issues with the first room)

I booked a Superior Double with a Golf View. Initially, we were allocated a room, but the toilet flush wasn’t working. After complaining to reception, they moved us to another room, but it had no view. The bed provided was simply two single beds pushed together, and the mattress was not comfortable at all. It was not worth the money I paid.

The bedside lights weren’t working, we tried to call reception but found the phone was not connected. We went back to reception to report faults and was told we’d have to wait whilst they made up another twin bed room. Room was cold and limiter had been fitted to radiator. The heating was completely turned off overnight including bathroom towel heater. As the outside temperature dropped below zero overnight the room was unacceptably cold.

Wedding happening at the venus which we were not informed about noise going on late. Woken at 1am with people knocking on doors and shouting in corridor. Call reception and got Tesco answer message and no call back. Woken again at 3am as our room was above the kitchen by people talking and obviously cleaning up from the wedding. Plus large extractor by our window which was noisy. Might be a good wedding venue but not recommend if you just want a good nights sleep!!!

Room clean and restaurant food good quality. Only criticism was the very small size of the TV in the bedroom

Great golf course, best I've played in a long time. Room was nice although I wasn't a fan of all the pink furniture. There was no air con and I stayed during to 2 hottest days of the year. The fan was not enough. The breakfast was very good but hp brown sauce is needed, not Wilkinson's. Overall I recommend but not during your summer periods

Some faults with room. Bathroom pop up plug stuck. Light above bathroom mirror didn’t work. Door handle on wardrobe door about to drop off. Room was not serviced at all one day.

Poor Wi-Fi

We stayed just the one night as a stopover. We never ate at the hotel so can’t comment on that. We were 3 adults who booked the family room, which was very spacious & beds very comfortable. Unfortunately only 2 mugs & 1 packet of biscuits were provided with the tea & coffee. It was a very warm day & a fan was available in room, which was a blessing. The only downside was we had to close the windows as a wedding bash was in full flow & the band & loud music kept us awake until well after midnight. Cannot fault the room, apart from these little niggles & the location of the room being so close to the function room/rooms. Imagine it’s quite noisy most weekends.

Very spacious quiet comfortable room. Easy access for Stratford and the surrounding area. Everything about the hotel was good value for money including the pre booked breakfast. Would certainly stay here again.

Disappointing, brusque check in and positively rude check out. The reception is not staffed for most of the time so there is no one to ask if you need anything. The wi fi is free but painfully slow and unreliable and there is poor to no mobile phone service. No biscuits. There is no low lighting so it is glare or dark. No facilities just a golf course. Hotel was clean.

This is a lovely hotel, the room was very comfortable and clean with the expected amenities. Check in was a little confusing, especially after a long day of travel. No one man’s reception after 5pm(?) and we found ourselves wandering around looking for someone to help us, which wasn’t great. I was quite annoyed at the time by it due to being very tired from our journey. Breakfast was included, which was buffet style with plenty of choice and good quality.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful and the choice at breakfast was very good.

As check in wasn't until 4.00pm we wanted to explore Stratford but did not want to park and leave our suitcases on view. We rang to see if we could leave our luggage at the hotel. We spoke to a very nice receptionist who said that would not be a problem. When we went to leave the suitcases the receptionist realised I used a walking frame, she offered to put us in a room that catered for disabled people. We arrived at the hotel after 4.00pm and was greeted by the same receptionist and taken to our room. The room had a big bed and a spotless walk in shower and toilet and of course tea and coffee making facilities. We had a meal at the hotel, we were greeted by Suehal Lakhani the manager and was introduced to our waiter for the evening. We were shown to our table that overlooked the golf course. The food was really tasty, so much so we decided to eat in the following night. The waiter we had both nights was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for him. The restaurant was on the pricey side but you could tell the ingredients were high quality. The breakfast was what you would expect although the quality of the bacon and sausages really stood out the fruit salad was superb as it was freshly prepared fruit, not the normal cubed fruit you get in the cheaper hotels. In conclusion it was a lovely weekend and we would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Lakhani and his staff for making it a very pleasant stay and we hope to see you next year.

Bad experience this hotel need to be brought out of the 1990’s. If you are in business forget it hardly a phone signal and Wi-Fi is terrible test it advertises it? The young receptionist very rude and unhelpful after asking is there a better room signal her reply was what do you expect we are in the middle of knowhere? The guy on the bar complete opposite nice and helpfu! Get used to eating in the dark no lighting in the restaurant it’s a health and safety issue I was chatting to the guy on the table next to me and we could not even see our faces.

So quiet and easy to get to the town and had a lovely meal there nice conformable bed realy enjoyed our stay

Perfect for a relaxing stay in the countryside.

Great location

Enjoyed stay at hotel overall as room was clean comfortable and big enough for our needs. Bonus of patio doors leading to patio with table/chairs looking across golf course was appreciated powerful walk in shower. Bed too soft for me as it seemed to suck you in do hard to move once in. I prefer harder mattress. Was told breakfast was from 7:30 to 9:30 and first morning arrived at around 8:50 to find just 1 fried egg 1 sausage no tomatoes or hash browns and was told by cook ovens switched off and if we wanted more it would be about 10 minutes to get going as wife didn’t want egg we said don’t bother but we ended up with 3 hash browns anyway. Other guests turned up later and had same issues of no food. Surely they know how many guests expected for breakfast and can keep minimal top up and not turn ovens off until closer to breakfast close time!! Following morning was breakfast cooked to order as less guests staying third morning was back to buffet style but plenty of food available but think different chef. Food was of good quality, when there, except for bread which was just plain sliced white or brown fruit salad good too. One thing to note if booking is there are roadworks along the road leading up hotel which means one end of road towards Stratford Upon Avon was shut so instead of being 5 minutes away detour means more like 15 not hotels fault obviously but good to know if booking as it looks like this could be going on for a long while yet.

Excellent location, easy reach to Warwick, and Stratford. Lovely grounds , hotel seemed a little tired in places .Restaurant evening meal good . Breakfast good, excellent guys in the bar got the log burner going for us every night as it was very chilly in conservatory. Room large comfy bed , very noisy towel rail couple of times banging at 6:45=in the morning but did stop once we twisted and turned the nobs . Would stay again.

Nicw place to stay but need a car . Orientated towards golf . Good breakfast

Nice hotel but a bit far out from Stratford-upon-Avon. Ok for a over night stay

Everything was to our liking and very good value for money. It is very close to Stratford upon Avon and the park and ride. Highly recommended for anyone who prefers the rural setting.

Nice place but no warnings about the roadworks meaning a big detour Fire alarm in the morning

Excellent stay. Lovely place. Friendly staff. Good food. Five minutes outside Stratford Upon Avon. Lovely location.

All the staff very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was great and our room was very nice with a good view and a very comfortable bed. Lovely out door area to sit and chill in the evening. Evening meals excellent and restaurant really nice. Only down side & very minor was the Wi-Fi not great but as I said this is a very minor point because the rest makes up for that xx

Location was great for Stratford-upon-Avon and surrounding areas, only a couple of miles into Stratford and 20 mins from Warwick. We drove into Stratford-upon-Avon and there were a couple of car parks on the way in so it was very convenient. The hotel is well maintained and comfy. Service has been great and we've always been able to find someone when we've needed to. We had a couple of meals at the hotel and would definitely recommend eating here. If we are in the area again we would stay here.

MENUS IN ROOMS ARE NOT UPDATED VS THE ONES AVAILABLE IN THE RESTAURANT. THEY ARE ABOUT 20% MORE IN COST. FOOD IN THE RESTAURANT IN THE EVENINGS WAS A MIXED BAG. VERY GOOD, BUT THE VEG WAS SEVED RAW, NOT EVEN ALDENTE. BREAKFAST. IF ALL YOU WANT IS A FULL ENGLISH, THEN OK, BUT THE CONTINENTAL OFFERING WAS LIMITED. GINE IF YOU ARE STAYING FOR 1 NIGHT, BUT IMPOSSIBLE TO EAT A FULL ENGLISH EVERY DAY.

No AC, the room was very hot and the fan was not very powerful. The food was not nice at all. The Salmon and vegetables were dry and the onion Bhaji was burnt.

Really lovely stay, rooms were a little dark but spotless, bathroom lovely. Breakfast in the first day was table service with great menu, breakfast on the Sunday was more limited as was self service.

Everything was lovely staff lovely but payed for breakfast but nothing left as golfers were there + had eaten most of bacon + sausages + nothing else was cooked so very disappointed for the price plus chef wasent very helpful + quite rude when we asked for a cup to get a coffee she wanted to give us a take away one
