Staff was super nice and helpful. Did great adjusting my room since my reservation never ahowed i had pets even thoughbi called a d messaged through Expedia. Could use a better pet walk area, maybe some artifical turf. Hard for pets to walk on rocks and be comfortable doing buisness. Breakfast was great as well!

We stayed for one night. Our daughter enjoyed the indoor pool. The breakfast was good, only problem was that it ended at 9. When you are on holiday, you sometimes like to sleep in. But overall a good stay, comfortable beds. Nice with late checkouts

"Pet friendly" but $50 per night for my two little white dogs was excessive. $25 per pet is normal. Room was excellent and the meal was good. Clean and neat. Had a flat tire that AAA came and changed and went down Andy Williams Blvd to a tire store to get it fixed.

Pet friendly hotel but no outdoor space for dogs, not uncommon apparently. Good quality and good variety on the breakfast buffet. Good food options in the area. Nice double queen room with sofa. Separate toilet room for shower makes morning easy.

We are group of 5 including 2 senior citizen and one 1 years old. When we reached at 10pm reception informed us lift is not working and gave us forth floor room. We requested to manage room 1 st or 2nd floors. They didn’t.( when lift was not working they must have to inform us before our checking refund all payment and give us some time to decide stay with same hotel or make reservation to another hotel prior our check in time) Room condition : no paper napkin , fridge was not working, toilet sheet has some stains. No body lotion. Worst experience to stay this property.

I called ahead of time (before booking the day of) to make sure pool was heated and was assured it was a warm 86. So i booked. Its a more expensive hotel for the area but to ensure my kids could have a little fun after a long day in the car it was worth it to us. After traveling all day with kids, having an outlet to release their energy was important to us. We always book a hotel with a heated pool….. It was cold… maybe 72. We have a pool so we know when it’s 86! The kids lasted maybe 5 mins of swimming, we were disappointed to not be able to swim comfortably etc especially since i called ahead of time.…. Also the pool needs to be better maintained. Plaster falling off in the pool etc. The first room we were given keys for wasn’t cleaned…. And looked like it was a fresh sleep the night or day before. I was told that that’s the cursed room that always seems to slip through the cracks…. So it’s happened before. After lugging everything up we had to get a new room. The second room was “cleaned” but I would stay it was Marriott standards by any means. The room was half done in my opinion but at least it was clean linens. We paid 256 for the night (including taxes) and wish we would have stayed at another hotel.

1 night stop on our way to the Grand Canyon. Rooms were clean and spacious. We liked the toilet being separate from the bathroom. Breakfast was decent. The pool area didn't look very clean. Laundry room was dirty, looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while: all around were cloths, empty boxes and lots (really lots) of dust ... these weren't just from that day, since the space between the machines and the walls were filled with it. The outside terrace could have been cleaner, bird droppings everywhere on seats, chairs, tables ... not inviting to sit outside. I know that birds 'do their thing', but if someone could check once or twice a day it could be better. The hotel is located out of the Kingman Center, bit close enough to quickly get there for dinner (try Mr D'z Route 66 Diner). Overall the 1 night stay was ok, but the cleanliness in some areas could improve.

Room was still dirty with an empty chip bag on the floor by the sofa, no Kleenex, not enough towels, and the air filters dirty laying on top of the air conditioning unit. It looked like maybe someone just made the beds, emptied the trash and left. The pool area was also very dirty with garbage on the floor (including a bandaid). The awning by the breakfast area was frayed and falling apart. It just looks old and a bit rundown.

Everyone was nice except the way the bed was made - looked more like someone had slept in it Pillowcases and lighter cover were very wrinkled and not tucked in. The cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful. $50 charge for dog was too much in my opinion. Other area hotels only charged a $25 refundable deposit. TV Channels were hard to figure out. Other than that - nice stay

Room was clean and the layout was good. Toilet was difficult to flush which was annoying. Remote batteries were dead. The main issue was breakfast. We got down to breakfast at 8:40, 20 mins before the end. The eggs, oatmeal, and other options were gone and not replenished. Sausage and breads were left. We are gluten free so we didnt get any breakfast. It was really disappointing, even the $60 a night hotels can manage to restock their food items during the breakfast hours.

The front desk staff were super friendly and welcoming. The hotel was pleasantly clean and comfortable. I liked that the toilet room had a small sink and was separate from the shower and main sink. My only two negatives about our stay was the noise from the hallway (not at all muffled), and the toilet room wall tile was missing and caulking around the sink was poorly done.

Fresh, clean and friendly, this place is hard to beat. The Front Desk staff are kind, generous and efficient, the modern rooms are very stylish and spacious and even the fitness center feels new and high-quality. Combine this with a meal at Mattina's, a few minutes away by car, and you come away thinking that Kingman is an unexpected delight!

A nothing special hotel that is just about OK. Breakfast very basic and provided in lobby. Checked my card to find they'd tried to charge the full room rate to it, despite being a pre-paid booking via hotels.com. Took some time to correct, we felt the front desk didn't have a clue what they were doing.

This is an attractive hotel with an excellent staff. We felt very safe and welcome during our stay. It is located in a very convenient location and there is plenty of hotel parking. There are several restaurants, tourist and shopping areas within a short driving distance. We would definitely stay here again!
