Basic but fine hotel if you need to stay in the City Centre. The room was comfortable and clean. Sound proofing not great between rooms though. Friendly reception that only opens until late evening. Overall, it fits perfectly for a stopover as opposed to a hotel that has 24 hour service, lobby area and dining. You won't get those. Great storage lockers if you are not leaving until late and wish to hang out and explore Helsinki after you've checked out.

Great location. Room was spacious, comfortable and minimalist but all the necessary amenities available. The hotel rooms occupy the 5th and 6th floors of a commercial Art Deco renovated building. There isn't a lobby just a reception/check in area where complimentary coffee and tea and hot water is provided when reception is open (it is not open 24 hours).

O hotel fica muito bem localizado. A recepção fica no terreo e os quartos estao no 5° e 6° andares, ondem ficam tambem os lockers que ajudam muito quem chega antes do check in e vai embora depois do check out. Próximo de grande parte dos pontos turisticos de Helsinki, fiz tudo a pé. Proximo da esracao de trem que te leva ao aeroporto e do local onde voce pode pegar a linha 7 ou 9 do tram para o Terminal 2 para pegar o ferry. Quarto e banheiro limpos. Gostei de tudo. O hotel tem comk cortesia cha e cafe a vontade para os hospedes. Recomendo o hotel Finn e ele será minha escolha quando voltar a Helsinki

Another 'light touch' hotel with partially reception cover, sad to see this cost cutting so often. A good sized room and clean. Beds were fairly comfortable. Biggest gripe was that the heating is inadequate for the size of the room. Duvets are too thin. So it was never comfortably warm. This is bizzare for Finland! Its great to have a kettle in the room but the tea, coffee, milk etc is in reception, which didnt open until 9am and closed by 8pm. All in all, not a bad choice for when temperatures get above freezing.

Very central, with only a 5min walk from central station, theres 3/4 bars located at the base of the property which open til 3am 4am on weekends, so can be a little noisey in the early hours. The room i had was a single room, very nice, The room had a kettle, but you have to go down to reception to collect coffee/tea/sugar, milk etc, which was a pain because i was on the 6th floor 😆 I feel a selection could be left in each room? Otherwise it was perfect and id definitely stay here again.

Great central location, but well insulated from noise. Very convenient for getting around. The room was lovely and spacious, had a kettle and fresh coffee was available at reception. Luggage storage after checkout was very useful. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. If visiting Helsinki again I would gladly stay at Hotel Finn again and would recommend it to anyone.

Nice clean room, a bit small but very comfortable. The bathroom was very small, but ok for one person occupancy. The staff were great, and very helpful when I needed to borrow an adaptor for the plug. I may be a bit unfair knocking off a star for value for money as this is Helsinki and I know prices are high. But it’s the smallest room I’ve ever had to pay over €100 for. Overall though it’s a nice place, great location and staff.

Surprisingly quiet despite the location being centrally located. Secure. Staff was helpful. They don't offer breakfast but there were free coffee and tea near reception area. Room has enough space and clean. They allow luggage storage after check out.

Clean and comfortable room, warm. Lovely staff, only let down was the constant noise, uncertain what some of it was but at least somebody in a nearby room had the TV on until 0200 and it was hard to ignore.

The room was okay. We were only provided with 1 small square pillow each. There was a kettle in the room but no mugs to use with it. The bathroom had poor ventilation which meant it became very muggy anytime we showered and at times smelly. The TV only had local channels, most of which were not in English or were not working at all. It was handy having access to free lockers for storage of our bags on checkout day. The location was good too, walkable to lots of good restaurants.

ヘルシンキ中央駅からすぐの場所にあり、どこに行くにもアクセスがよいです。レセプションは人がいる時間は限られていますが、対応はとても丁寧です。お部屋も小さいですが、インテリアも可愛くて素敵でした。ただ、今回行ったのが7月後半。部屋にはエアコンがありません。私の部屋は幸い日当たりが悪いので、扇風機1台でなんとかしのげました。ただ、友達の部屋は日当たりが良すぎて暑くて部屋でくつろぐ、なんて無理でした。夜も暑くて眠れなかったため、ルームチェンジをお願いしましたが、部屋がないとのことで、扇風機をもう一台貸してくださいました。 夏はおすすめできないです。

Hotel is conveniently located near Central Station, shopping malls and eateries. Firstly, it is located near Old Irish Pub which can be quite noisy even though windows are double glazed. I could hear the shouting as the pub screens the football match. Secondly, it is located on a slope. The uphill battle to drag luggages on a rather rough cobbled stone path. Lastly, we were given a shower area which was about 65cm by 65cm complete with shower curtains. Because of the small area, the shower curtain tends to stick to your body when you are showering. It is quite irritating, so the only way to shower is not to use the shower curtains instead.

Quiet little hotel with an excellent location. The street is busy and loud, but with the windows closed you can’t hear anything. A little hot in the summer, but I would definitely stay there again.

Basic hotel room, clean and quiet. The 2 receptionists we talked to were knowledgeable and had excellent English, and very welcoming. We walked most places. Hotel is close to an Irish Pub which was noisy on the street but not our room. We used the lockers after checking out so we could keep exploring the city before taking a train to the airport at night. Close walk to railway station but cobblestones make it a bit tricky with suitcases.

Close to Central Railway station. Hanna at reception is very nice, called/emailed us for early check-in. Great central location, but well insulated from noise. Very convenient for getting around. The room was lovely and spacious, had a kettle and fresh coffee was available at reception. Luggage storage after checkout was very useful. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. If visiting Helsinki again I would gladly stay at Hotel Finn again and would recommend it to anyone.

Basic hotel room, clean and quiet. The 2 receptionists we talked to were knowledgeable and had excellent English, and very welcoming. We walked most places. Hotel is close to an Irish Pub which was noisy on the street but not our room. We used the lockers after checking out so we could keep exploring the city before taking a train to the airport at night. Close walk to railway station but cobblestones make it a bit tricky with suitcases.

Close to public transportation, lines, and within walking distance of many of the sites of downtown Helsinki, which was a bonus. The hotel itself shares a building with other businesses in the same set of flats - which is odd, it was not a problem in terms of the stay.

Hotel is conveniently located near Central Station, shopping malls and eateries. Firstly, it is located near Old Irish Pub which can be quite noisy even though windows are double glazed. I could hear the shouting as the pub screens the football match. Secondly, it is located on a slope. The uphill battle to drag luggages on a rather rough cobbled stone path. Lastly, we were given a shower area which was about 65cm by 65cm complete with shower curtains. Because of the small area, the shower curtain tends to stick to your body when you are showering. It is quite irritating, so the only way to shower is not to use the shower curtains instead.

Quiet little hotel with an excellent location. The street is busy and loud, but with the windows closed you can’t hear anything. A little hot in the summer, but I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel super limpo, no centro e uns 5 minutos da estação central. Pode ir e vir direto do aeroporto. O primeiro trem pro aeroporto sai as 4:18 da manha e leva 28 minutos. Rápido. Quando cheguei no hotel me ofereceram café e chá. Fui em um passeio de barco no país vizinho e voltei tarde(22h). A porta central abre com o cartão do quarto. Pedi pra recepção se eu poderia pegar um café e ela disse: “ja fechei mas se quiser, pegue” bem seca resposta. Disse ok e nao peguei. Tudo bem, eu entendo o horário e era segunda feira. Chuveiro maravilhoso! Uma ducha perfeita! Cama e lençol limpinho e cheirosos. Voltaria com toda certeza!!!!!

Overall, it fits perfectly for a stopover as opposed to a hotel that has 24 hour service, lobby area and dining. You won't get those. Great storage lockers if you are not leaving until late and wish to hang out and explore Helsinki after you've checked out.

O hotel fica muito bem localizado. A recepção fica no terreo e os quartos estao no 5° e 6° andares, ondem ficam tambem os lockers que ajudam muito quem chega antes do check in e vai embora depois do check out. Próximo de grande parte dos pontos turisticos de Helsinki, fiz tudo a pé. Proximo da esracao de trem que te leva ao aeroporto e do local onde voce pode pegar a linha 7 ou 9 do tram para o Terminal 2 para pegar o ferry. Quarto e banheiro limpos. Gostei de tudo. O hotel tem comk cortesia cha e cafe a vontade para os hospedes. Recomendo o hotel Finn e ele será minha escolha quando voltar a Helsinki

リーズナブルなホテルを探していて今回ホテルフィンに決めました。バスタブはありませんが、支障ありませんでした。お湯がきちんと出てとてもよかったです。チェックインカウンター横でお茶や紅茶を入れることができ、外で冷えた体を温める為にありがたかったです。スタッフはみんな親切で、荷物を預けるロッカーが空いてなかった際も快く対応してくれました。立地も良いのでまた利用したいです。

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Keine 5 Fußminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Zum Hafen (wo auch die Fähre zur Festungsinsel ablegt) sind es keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Zur Straßenbahnstation sind es ca. 100 Meter - und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in Helsinki sind sehr gut (das ganze Stadtgebiet ist erschlossen, die Ticket-Preise sind fair, die Taktung ist auch gut). Das Hotel ist eher einfach (zwei bis drei Sterne), aber das wird auch gar nicht verheimlicht. Für mich ein Manko war, dass es kein Frühstück gibt, sondern nur Kooperationen mit ein paar Cafes in der Nähe. Aber auch das ist von Anfang an beim Buchen klar - ich habe es nur übersehen (daher darf man dem Hotel dafür keinen Vorwurf machen - sondern nur ich mir selbst). Der Eingang des Hotels ist "etwas" versteckt - in einer "Seitengasse" mit "jeder Menge" verschiedener Lokale (wenn man vom Hauptbahnhof kommt auf der rechten Seite etwas ins Gebäude hineinversetzt). Zusammengefasst: Wenn man ein einfaches Hotel ohne eigenes Frühstück will, ist dieses Hotel ein "Volltreffer" in hervoragender Lage.

Very central, with only a 5min walk from central station, theres 3/4 bars located at the base of the property which open til 3am 4am on weekends, so can be a little noisey in the early hours. The room i had was a single room, very nice, The room had a kettle, but you have to go down to reception to collect coffee/tea/sugar, milk etc, which was a pain because i was on the 6th floor 😆 I feel a selection could be left in each room? Otherwise it was perfect and id definitely stay here again.
