Fantastic stay- room was better than the photos! Two tiny things- photo on website shows a bar/lounge. There was a lounge but no bar at all- disappointed for the website to be out of date. Also no English tv channels as is pretty standard in most hotels. Other than that a wonderful stay, good breakfast, superb location and great value for money.

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. The room was a good size as was the bathroom. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet with no external noise. Only thing missing was a staffed bar area. There is a lounge area where free tea and coffee are served and you can buy cans of beer but i feel even though there are bars close by, you dont slways want to leave the hotel so this would be a good addition.

Excellent members of staff. All were very helpful and friendly. Great location, just five minute walk from centre of the city and very close to metro stops. Wellness centre was a nice bonus too. Only downside was the breakfast, which was a little too basic for a 4 star property like this, there should have been a lot more options.

Outstanding place and close to everything But doesn't have pool

Friendly, welcoming staff. Tea/coffee complimentary in reception which was very welcome. Coffee machine in deluxe room. No bar or restaurant but you could purchase tins of beer, coke etc. Room was clean. Bed comfy. Well located to visit attractions in Budapest. Breakfast was ok. Not a brilliant hot selection, but sufficient. Overall a great stay - thank you

Camera sporca e trascurata, inoltre dal primo giorno abbiamo manifestato un mal funzionamento della doccia che ci impediva di utilizzarla, e nessuno ci ha dato ascolto. Peccato la struttura è bella ma mal gestita.

Ett hotell med supertrevlig personal fast med lite brister gällande städningen. Var ganska dammigt i rummet och kunde se hårstrån från föregående gäster lite här och var. Generellt ett bra hotell fast med förbättringspotential. Kanonbra med Nespressomaskin på rummet!

They didn’t clean the night table, there were coffee stains.

The hotel is very lovely. However, the room was far too hot. This was on the first floor , accessible for the public to climb in through the window. We were re-located to the 3rd floor, which was also very hot, but we were able to keep the window open all night. On a more positive note. The receptionist went out of his way to help. Breakfast was amazing. Also very clean. The coffee was also a bonus.

El hotel no tiene comedor para comida o cena. Limpieza de la habitación un poco deficiente, mucho polvo y no han limpiado en 5 días. La situación, un poco alejado del centro, un par de Km

Hébergement en centre ville, pratique pour la découverte de la ville, des sites touristiques et des marchés de Noël. L'hôtel propose gratuitement du café, thé, boisson fraîche. Chambre avec très belle salle de bain, grand lit, pas très spacieuse. Accueil chaleureux et hôtesse parlant français 👍

Déçu par la chambre dont la fenêtre donnait dans un renfoncement, lançant aucune lumière rentrer Nécessité d’allumer la lumière même en plein jour pour ne pas être dans l’obscurité. Petit déjeuner en dessous des attendus Sinon tout le reste est très bien , emplacement, bâtiment , équipement etc Dommage.

My wife and I stayed for a week. The staff were very friendly and professional. The property is beautiful. It’s located in a beautiful neighborhood with many small restaurants and bars. We enjoyed walking through the neighborhood both day and night as it was very picturesque. It is located very close to public transportation so getting around in the city is very easy. The breakfast was good, could have been better but not bad. The gym facilities was a bit small and I wish they had a better selection of dumbbells as I couldn’t properly do my workout with what they had. But overall the gym did suffice. The WiFi was a bit slow at times but sufficient. One last thing I’d like to see would be smart TVs in the rooms so I could stream movies or shows from my mobile device. As there we no channels in English. Overall I’d highly recommend this hotel. My wife and I will be staying here every time we visit Budapest.

Had a great stay but we were only there for a very brief time -- we needed to leave very early in the morning for our flight. That means we didn't get to really experience many of the hotel's amenities. My one complaint is really a nitpick -- the bathroom door is a translucent, patterned glass. It looks nice but it means that when the light is on in the bathroom, it lights up the sleeping area as well.

Reception staff very good. The only down side they gave us an old map for open top bus. Which we sat and organised our tour went to go book and the green line has been discontinued. Room on 6th floor had adjoining room and the people next door very noisy. Room not 4 star in my opinion. Clean enough but decor a bit tired. Breakfast was nice enough.

The room was okay, the shower design allowed a lot of water to get on the bathroom floor, the carpet really needs to be changed through out the whole building. The elevator is extremely slow.

The hotel was located well a short walk from the central market and one of the bridges - the wifi was really good in the sense that both myself and my friend could both log on to the wifi without issue. The issue we had was that the bathroom sink tap leaked and the shower head would randomly bounce upwards whilst being used which meant anything hanging up on the rail would get soaked

This hotel is amazing and very well priced. It's beautiful, the staff is extremely kind and helpful. The woman that checked us in, Duoaa went above and beyond to give helpful suggestions and routes for our short stay. The young men at the desk were quick and very helpful in making sure our rooms were satisfactory. The rooms were clean and beautiful. The only slightly weird thing is some of the mirror edges on the bathroom doors allowed to be seen from bathroom to bed. 😅 But everything else was exceptional.

Staff are very helpful and friendly and always happy to give advice on local places/restaurants. The hotel is very beautiful and in a quiet location but very near the transport. Relaxing lounge area.

Schönes Hotel mit freundlichen Personal

Just returned from our trip, this hotel was fantastic, the staff were soo lovely and went above and beyond to ensure our room was made special and my mother was welcomed to celebrate her birthday. The rooms were immaculate and beautifully presented, the breakfast room is very pretty with a choice of hot or cold food which was all regularly replenished and the staff always on hand to ensure you're well looked after, just outside the hotel are some bars and restaurants making it perfectly located if you are unable to walk very far, could not fault this hotel highly recomended, will definitely be returning.

Our reservation could not be found in their system on arrival. Took over an hour to get checked in at 22:00. Room key assigner not working, had to be taken up to the room each time. Both of these things are understandable being a mistake in their booking system and an equipment malfunction, but the lack of professionalism in dealing with them was not great. Even though the staff on shift were very friendly they seemed thoroughly unsupported and did not really know how to rectify the issues. Not a great start. Room was decent, very clean, bed comfy. Breakfast nothing special but again fine for being included. Overall was expecting better after seeing their previous ratings. Would not stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The entire staff was phenomenal. They were very outgoing, extremely helpful, and very responsive. They helped us with recommendations for great restaurants, arranging cab service, etc. we would definitely stay here again.

A great stay at Eurostars. Exceptional reception with friendly staff who welcomed us very warmly. The room itself was very clean and had all the amenities required for a top class hotel. The rooms were cleaned daily and to a high standard. We made use of the sauna room too which was a nice addition. Would highly recommend.

I don't think the rating for this hotel is accurate. Just because you have a great time in Budapest doesn't mean your stay at this property was wonderful. While the hotel itself is beautiful, they lack the customer service expected from such a highly-rated establishment. The manager is to blame for hiring a staff that doesn't possess the sophistication needed to deal with customers from around the world. When I first arrived, I knew I was early for my check-in and expected to drop off my luggage and come back later. However, as soon as I reached the front desk, the agent checked my credentials, stepped away from the desk, and told me to leave and return at the correct time. I found this interaction to be quite insulting. Upon finally checking in, I noticed there was no iron in my room, so I called the front desk to request one. The person I spoke to informed me that they didn't have any available. When I asked if there was a service for pressing my shirts, he giggled and said no. He then mentioned he would get one to me when it became available but added, "I have no idea when that will be. What do you want from me? We don’t have any." The following morning, I decided to have breakfast at the hotel. When I informed the hostess that I had not paid for the breakfast package and asked if I could charge it to my room, she returned while I was getting a glass of orange juice and asked me to put everything down and sign a piece of paper before proceeding. Overall, this place is okay

Very clean facility. Central location to many points of interest. Walkable neighborhood, easy and convenient access to transportation.

The location was walkable to old town. The staff was very helpful.

We stayed for 4 nights. The staff were wonderful. Free tea and coffee in the lounge off the main reception is a lovely touch. Breakfast is plentiful and covered most things anyone could surely want or need. The building, although very historic is beautifully modernised to a high standard. The beds and bedding was so comfortable, the room was clean and well maintained. 4 star hotel which lived up to its star rating for sure and at a really good price. Easy 15 to 20 minute walk down to the riverside and central Budapest. Same to the Jewish quarter which is a must visit place for food and drink.

The hotel is perfectly located, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. Overall, a wonderful experience — highly recommended!

Situated in a good location, quiet, safe, very near to all transport hubs, trams, busses, metro and one of the three airport bus stops. Front of house staff are really friendly, smart, efficient and helpful, in my opinion, the hotels main assets. Enjoyed our stay and have rebooked to go again.

Construction works on both street sides are extensive, dangerous and badly marked by the company carrying out the work, and no signage assistance from the hotel. On the last day of our stay, someone had placed a pallet between pavement and deep road excavations. Health and safety considerations appear to be non existent. On the basis this is improving the area and will eventually be completed, I will be happy to recommend the hotel to friends and family. In the meantime, works are likely to continue for, probably 4 weeks from until mid or end of April 2024.

I liked quality of the hotel. Close by to the metro and walking distance is short to the main attractions. Lots of coffeehouses. Cafes are around

In a quiet neighborhood, yet within walking distance of major attractions.

Breakfast included cold and hot options. Cooked breakfast was not great as the hotel does not prioritise it. As soon as 4-6 residents help themselves to the cooked option it is all gone and it is not immediately replaced. If you are travelling from the UK you may not have a BBC news channel to watch. All channels appear to be tuned in for German and Italian tourists. They have 2 Apple MAC computers for tourists to use and not Windows 11 in case you have a preference for the latter. Reception staff are friendly and helpful.

Loved this hotel, its clean and the room was great. The staff were also lovely and super helpful. The only feedback i would say is that at breakfast it would be helpful is any vegan/veggie options were labelled. Other than that amazing

Excellent property. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was top notch. The breakfast was good, but it was very busy so sometimes you were waiting a bit for the staff to refill something. We went during a peak travel weekend, so that's probably why. The staff worked very hard during that time. It's in a very walkable area and the Bolt drivers knew the hotel so it was easy for them to find it. They offer luggage storage if you arrive before you can check-in, and the front desk staff did their best to accommodate an early check-in when possible (we were able to get in about 2 hours earlier). Highly recommend!

Ho soggiornato all’Eurostars Palazzo Zichy per un weekend e ne sono rimasto entusiasta. L’hotel è in una posizione perfetta, in una zona tranquilla ma centrale, vicinissima al Museo Nazionale e ben collegata con metro e tram. Camere moderne, pulite e silenziose, staff cortese e colazione ottima. La struttura è elegante e affascinante, con un bel mix tra storico e contemporaneo. Lo sceglierei di nuovo senza esitazione!

Good hotel for a city break. Great location with all the main attractions walkable (if you are not lazy). Breakfast was limited and they ran out of orange juice on our last morning! Breakfast area could have been cleaner. There is no bar as such but to be honest not really required when these are plentiful in the surrounding area. The room safe did not work and even though this was reported it was not resolved.

The room was clean, bed comfortable and good sized bathroom. The breakfast was not good, spoiled fruit, dried out crunchy pancakes, raw bacon, not worth the money.
