We drove 8 1/2 hours, check in easy,rooms ok but Kids unable to swim- pool closed, dripping water in hall by elevator- extremely hot in the halls. Breakfast was actually ok.

An hour wait to check-in. Key Card system didnt work so you had to be escorted to your room, let in and you were stuck there. staff helped as much as they could but were awaiting higher management that failed them tremendously. Hot tub was advertised but filled with concrete. Kids tried to not be disappointed but pool looks way better online than in person.

Room was big bed was ok. Pool area was bad furniture paint was all coming off. Hot tub was filled in and in oct it said had one, was reason i booked it. Breakfast was very small some days no eggs at all and no non dairy options. Gym tredmill had rip track and couldn't use. We wont go back.

This hotel is looking run down. The pool was closed and looked pretty rough. The hot tub was filled in with concrete. The toilet paper holder in our room was just a piece of wood drilled to the counter. The beds were comfortable and clean. The food was average.

Under the Radisson brand and the price point one expects far better. This property is dated, poorly maintained and a disappointment. I chose and reserved a room paid in advance at this particular location because among the amenities listed is an indoor heated pool - it was actually closed with a sign on the door stating that it was out of service, without any prior notification. Upon this rainy afternoon arrival there were cones set to block vehicle access to the front entrance where one would typically temporarily park to check-in. Apparently someone’s vehicle was too high to clear the bay and hit the structure, damaging it. Instantly on entering into the lobby to check-in, I could smell the chemicals they use in the pool - which could be seen just a short distance beyond the front desk lobby area. The small indoor pool was filled with water, yet out of service with no explanation forthcoming as to why. The gentleman at the front desk was efficient and I was quickly checked in. The elevator was in good operation. It was the smallest standard cramped room on the floor, even the bathroom. It was also very hot 78 degrees continuously in the room despite turning the thermostat down. The beds were lumpy and not comfortable. The furnishings in general were worn. The room is in desperate need of a fresh coat of paint. There were even dead and live lady bugs in the room. The location didn’t look or feel safe.

Not the quality I normally expect from a Country Inn and Suites. Seems as though it is under some renovation but the new flooring was so poorly installed not even quarter inch round will correct the edges. Seems as though they have limited staffing working hard but there was visible dirt all around the edges of the all of the floors. Pool was out of order, men's room was out of order. They seem to be struggling a bit. Hoping they can turn it around.

We stayed 2 nights and chose this hotel for its central location. The lobby looks fine but when we got off the elevator it was a very different condition. Room doors of varying colors, some with peeling paint and dents. Carpet looked to have been laid over another layer of carpet and was literally held in place with thumbtacks! Had to watch our step to keep from tripping over bunched up areas. One of the blackout shades in our room was torn and dangling minus its opening/closing rod, so I had to carefully arrange the two sides to block out the morning sun. Furniture scuffed/peeling veneers/badly worn in places. Despite the very shabby condition, the room and bath were both quite clean with no odors or air fresheners, so kudos to the housekeeping staff. My biggest complaint is that we paid $523 for 2 nights, presumably because there was a UT home game that weekend. This was the best price I could find at what we consider a decent hotel with okay ratings.

We usually can depend on Country Inn to be a clean and affordable option when we are traveling. This property was a little rougher around the edges. We initially booked a king room which was apparently the last one available. It wasn’t necessarily “dirty” but it was grimy… very very worn down with stained walls and carpets, tattered chairs. This hotel seemed exceptionally pet friendly (every other person we encountered had a dog with them) so perhaps that was the reason for the state of disrepair. The top hinge on the door was also broken. The hostess at the front was willing to move us to a queen room which was completely different and must have been remodeled at some point. However, while the first room was clean but stained and worn, this second room was updated but not totally clean. The desk in the room was sticky and personally, if one surface in a hotel room is not clean, it makes me nervous about every other surface in the room. We drive through Knoxville every Christmas but we have made a note that we will not be choosing this hotel again. Perhaps if you are pet owner looking for an affordable stay, this is a decent option.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The property is in need of being updated. You can tell it had been cleaned but the carpet was stained and the facility overall just looked like it needed a good facelift.

This property is in a dire need of updating. Carpet is disgusting throughout hotel. Wallpaper and paint peeling off the walls throughout hotel. Caulking peeling in bathrooms. Wood furniture all worn. Tiny kid sized pillows with no extra pillows or blanket. Only thing I really enjoyed was the water pressure in the shower. Really needs a makeover.

To whom it may concern, My wife and I recently stayed at your country Inn & Suites location in Knoxville, TN 9137 cross park dr I have to say this by far is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Just to mention a few things: When we arrived on December 27th the lobby floor was dirty, as we made our way up the steps to our 2nd floor room all the wallpaper was filthy. At the top of the steps everything was Spackle bit not finished. The entire place smelled. All the ceilings were water stained throughout the property. Then we entered our room, bed made out of sorts ,stains in the carpeting, stains and holes in the chair and couch, tile grout all black, diverted on shower broke,had to fiddle with it to get temp right. We honestly tried to call other hotels to get a room but everything was booked because it was a holiday week. We were trapped in this disgusting hotel. Day 2 room not cleaned I was told that I had to put us on list to get room cleaned. So I set that up for the next day. Came back from being out all day bedding was all wrinkled like they just tucked everything back in that was there from the night before. No towels left. Had to call for those and had to argue for someone to bring them up. I am sending this message to hotel and corporate office asking for a refund. Every thing I listed above could be resolved with proper management. Do better. My info is below please refund Mastercard givin or send check directly to my mailing address. Sincerly extremly dissatisfied

The whole property is on the older but acceptable side. But the carpet in our room not only looked old (and frankly gross), but it was actually WET. I took my shoes off ready to fall into bed when we arrived at 1 am and I could feel my socks getting soggy. It may not have been the whole carpet, but it was a large area from the ends of the beds towards the bathroom. Tried to sleep and forget about it, but the humidity from the wet carpet was also annoying. If only one upgrade was done to this hotel, new carpet would make a huge difference. Beds were OK. Bathroom was clean and everything worked.

This hotel was one of the worst that I have stayed in as far as condition and cleanliness wise. The carpet in the hallway on the fourth floor, where my room was, was all messed up and wavy. In the room, the AC unit in the wall was completely broken and smashed up. The TV in the room looked like they are using an antenna. It was all scrambled and I couldn't use it to watch anything.

Carpet and furniture in room definitely needs and upgrade. Carpet old and stained from traffic so its been there quite awhile. Chair was uncomfortable and threadbare. Staff can only do so much if owners don't upgrade when stuff wears out. Staff at this place deserve better, they were great.

Front desk lady was RUDE. Area was unsafe. I was confronted by another guest who tried to take my bag! The bathroom had hair all over it and the AC was barely running. Front desk was NO HELP.

I came to the Hotel for business and dinner meeting. Was informed the day I had my meeting ( with a note under the door) that water was off for 4 hours. My Video meeting was at 4pm and dinner at 7. I did not have hot water until 8:22 pm. I requested compensation for lack of use. Now mind you I’m a platinum member. The front desk went to property management and he was unconcerned and stated no discount would be provided. This is unacceptable to not provide compensation for your lack of service.

The hotel reeked of a very off putting smell. I’m not sure what it was, but it’s not pleasant. The bathroom wasn’t clean at all. However, my main concern was that not only was my family’s safety compromised, another guests was as well when I was given keys to an already occupied room. We had traveled all afternoon to get to the hospital following my husbands bike crash. We arrived to the hospital after midnight and so it was incredibly unsettling to enter someone’s already occupied room. We shut the door as quickly as we could and went back down to the front desk to inform the guy working. Not once we were given an apology, NOTHING. He literally chuckled and said I was supposed to write 208 not 209. The saying “new fear unlocked” rings true because I will never be able to stay in another hotel without being fearful this will happen to me again or happen to my family! The remaining 8 hours we stayed at the hotel was uncomfortable because I didn’t feel safe and never could go to sleep for fear someone may walk in on me and my kids. I have tried calling every day for a week now and the manager is never in, or didn’t come to work that day due to health issues. I chose this hotel based on previous Expedia reviews and was HIGHLY disappointed.

These people made it quick and easy and very comfortable. They went out of their way to help me out. I really appreciate the employees. I cant praise them enough. Im in a new city lost a bag but they really stepped up to help me out so i would have everything I need for the night!!!

As a solo female traveler, I didn't feel safe getting to and from my vehicle after dark. Limited parking in well lit areas. Rear and side doors were exit only and there were multiple people loitering around the property. These people did not appear to be guests of the hotel.Staff was unconcerned when I mentioned my feelings about walking from my vehicle to the building at night. The hotel itself was very rundown inside. The sprinkler system was leaking and garbage bins were set underneath them. The elevators were always wet due to people exiting the pool area. The hallway carpets were loose and appeared dirty. The walls were scuffed and dirty. Curtains in my room were ripped. Overall lack of care and upkeep. I declined the free breakfast offered due to concerns about cleanliness in the rest of the building. I would never stay at this hotel again and recommend anyone else to avoid it. I knew it wasn't going to be a 5 star facility, but I certainly expected better, especially with the Radisson name attached to it.

We stayed on the way to pick up our son from College and stayed again on the trip home. I take long morning walks and the area was very safe. The breakfast was good and the pool was clean. There is a great Thrift Store across the street if you like Thrift Stores.

Traveling solo, this hotel felt safe and secure. The room lobby and room were clean and updated. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was a nice addition. The hotel is very convenien to I-40, shopping and dining. The area is car dependent but you could walk to several fast food restaurants and a convenience store is a block away.

I have stayed at both Campbell Station and Cedar Bluff locations frequently and they are both comfortable, the biggest difference between the two is convenience from the interstate, for the price point It quite nice11

Breakfast was eggs, bacon and sausage, bagels, waffles. A full, good breakfast. Bed was soft and clean. Shower was full blast. TV needed to be updated but we were too tired to watch it. But workers were great. Overall a really great stay.

My family of 3 stayed here for one night as we passed through town.The room and bathroom were clean and the air worked well. The shower had good water pressure but the water didn’t get really hot (warm to hot). The breakfast is probably what made this hotel a great deal since fast food has gotten so expensive. They had scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, cereal, fruit, toast, muffins, coffee and juice. We didn’t use the pool or other amenities. The front desk staff was polite and professional. Overall, this hotel was worth the cost (less than $100).

Breakfast was terrible. We opted to go out. Juice machine was out of order. The hot food was uninviting. Pool was out of order, parking area was filled with litter, breakfast area had a shipment of supplies in view of customers with no one actively putting it away. Ambiance was not prioritized. We will not be back.

The room was very spacious and great layout for us. Staff at desk pretty nice. Breakfast was very basic and not enough ; the two days ran out of even the freezer egg omelette. Don’t recall any meats. No eggs or yogurt. Breakfast person on their phone.

Front desk staff were very helpful and curtious. Room didn't feel very clean. Pool wasn't working. Breakfast was very limited in selection. No fruit, yogurt etc. Only had hot items 1 time during 3 night stay. Room never cooled down completely, but AC cycles on and off - very loudly. Beds are worn out. Woke during the night with horrible back aches.
