DO NOT RENT HERE until the bathrooms are professionally cleaned. CALL FIRST to confirm the tub is clean. Staff except GM were amazing & professional, the only reason for 2 stars. We rented a suite. The bathtub was filthy, not merely “stained” as the manager tried to “splain” to me. He said the hotel is “allowed” to rent rooms with stains that are "not dirty". He said they were trying to get something to fix it, we received no follow up. I bought generic softscrub & spent 30 minutes cleaning half the tub. That half was visibly cleaner. I also wiped dark material under the drain with a wet tissue and it immediately became dirty. The drain was mostly blocked, the partially pulled plug was filthy, and the tub filled several inches while the shower ran with the plug disengaged, then drained very slowly. A staff member told me cleaning staff receives only surface spray and powder, mixed with water, with no bleach or other supplies. IMHO they need better cleaning products. When we arrived late October 1, the second floor reeked of cigarette smoke & caused me to cough. Our room had a faint odor. The tub had old peel & stick remnants & visble dirty marks. Staff tried to help us find another hotel, but no vacancies met our needs, so they let us shower in an empty room. We did not use the pool or hot tub because we could not shower afterward. Neither my son nor I felt comfortable bathing in our tub October 2 through October 3. I later found multiple complaints about filthy tubs

Drains were clogged water was flowing slow

It was the breakfast for me! =)

Took my children to the pool on Friday afternoon. Bathrooms look like they have not been cleaned in a long time. Ground area was very dirty and there was ants everywhere. The pool furniture was full of dust and table were also very dirty. There were 2 restrooms but only one was unlocked and available for use. There were no pool towels available. Everyone had to go ask front desk. If that is procedure it was not explained at check in. The ice machine on 3rd floor was out of service. I signed up for member rewards and had late check out. At 11:04am housekeeping was knocking on door claiming and yelled before i opened i was past checkout time. I explained i had late checkout and was told u need to call front desk. So embarrassing and unpleasant.
