Studio-Apartment etwas in die Jahre gekommen (z.B. drei defekte Schranktüren/Schubladen), aber ansonsten sehr komfortabel und angenehm. Küche an sich gut ausgestattet, aber auch da irgendwie „durcheinander“: Vier Messer, aber nur zwei Gabeln, Mülleimer-Deckel liegt defekt im Schrank. Das ist schade. Pool & Gym an sich gut, aber auch teils defekt (Sauna & Crosstrainer die gesamte Woche). Sehr freundliches Personal. Tipp: Gegenüber ist das Jüdische Museum mit einem guten, etwas versteckten Deli.

Pas de peignoir ds chambre alors que c'etait chambre avec pas de sachet poubelle ds cuisine pas de rouleau de papier main ds cuisine sinon la vue sur fleuve est parfaite. Personnel à l'accueil impeccable. Lit confortable ainsi que canapé. J'ai apprécié la disponibilité du canapé lit.hotel correct ds l'ensemble ms prix excessif du parking . Rien que ça j'y reflechirai avant de retourner.

Zentrale, ruhige Lage. Insgesamt ein (noch) guter Eindruck. Mein Apartment war geräumig, sehr gut auch die Ausstattung mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Spülmaschine. Eine Waschmaschine im Apartment ist auch vorhanden; der Wäschetrockner allerdings fehlte. Der Schreibtisch hat schon bessere Tage erlebt, das Furnier ist inzwischen mit Panzer-Tape befestigt. Schöner Blick auf den Main. Sichtlich bemühte Rezeption. Etwas unbefriedigend ist in der nach-Corona-Ära die gastronomische Situation; das Restaurant hat (außer zum Frühstück) geschlossen, die Bar nur sporadisch geöffnet; man findet wohl kein Personal. Unbefriedigend ist das Kapitel Reinigung / Hygiene / Zimmerservice. Selbst auf Anforderung kommt das Reinigungspersonal auch mal einen Tag nicht. Spültabs für die Geschirrspülmachine werden mal ersetzt, mal nicht. Auch bei 30 Grad im Schatten (und Süd-Fenstern) wird die Klimaanlage vom Personal ausgeschaltet. Die Reinigung glatter Flächen (Tisch, Couchtisch,...) lässt ebenso zu wünschen übrig wie das Wegsaugen unvermeidlicher Krümel.

Parking garage confusing and cramped, The pool was completely inaccessible, no mention that it was not, no lift, the accessible room we asked for required 4 steps, which was impossible. Grout in bathroom was grey with mildew, staff had no idea that no van/ lift taxi was available without 24 hour notice though we asked them to reserve one in enough time. Have been traveling all over Europe for a month. This was the worst hotel.

The staff was nice but the trash hadn’t been taken from the bathroom when we arrived and the carpet needed to be vacuumed. We asked for the room to be cleaned the next day and they didn’t change the sheets they just made the bed. We know they didn’t change them because our infant had an accident and that’s why we needed them changed. The breakfast was not replenished at a decent rate when empty.

The shower didn’t look super clean (grout had what looked like mold in the corners) and none of the rooms had adequate light, making it difficult to get ready in the morning. The hallway carpets also looked like they really needed a deep clean, as they were really splotchy. Staff and other amenities were good, though.

Personale cordiale. All'arrivo l'appartamento non era pulito in modo efficiente: capelli e polvere in bagno, moquette sporca; in compenso ampi spazi letto comodo e vista spettacolare sulla city. La sauna non funzionava era rotta. Colazione buona ma personale un po' sbadato nella gestione della sala. Posizione Ottima. Nel complesso ci aspettavamo un po' di più.

I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms were newly renovated and spacious with little kitchen and seating area. Very clean. Staff was amazing. It is located in a nice clean area about a 10-minute walk south from the Main Hbf train station and about 2 minutes from the Main River. Very conveniently located for travellers.

The studio was clean and well stocked, the location an easy 10min walk from Frankfurt Hbf. The only downside was the balcony door wasn’t soundproof so we heard a lot more street traffic than anticipated. Otherwise lovely hotel with a good breakfast.

Very nice and clean and quiet room. Comfortable beds. Nice bathroom with heated towel dryer. But the room thermostat (heating, cooling) is ancient and next to impossible to set to your likings. Area around the hotel not particularly interesting but it takes only 10 min walk to get to the central shopping district or 5 min to the park by the river. 10 min walk to the Frankfurt Hauptbahnhoff train station, or few min by taxi (taxi costs about 8.50 Euro)

Check in was great and we enjoyed our stay. The room was warm and comfortable and the pool was great. Breakfast was nothing special but filled a hole for a while. The check out was an issue, as the receptionist did not know what he was doing. It took around 30 minutes to check out, which is not ideal when our flight was at 7am!

Ich hatte ein Zimmer reserviert und eine Bestätigung per E-Mail erhalten, dass das Zimmer gebucht wurde. Als ich im Hotel an der Rezeption ankam, sagte man mir, dass es keine Informationen über meine Reservierung gäbe und sie keine Buchung für mich finden könnten. Ich zeigte ihnen die E-Mail-Bestätigung, aber der Rezeptionist war sehr unhöflich. Er sagte mir, dass ein Fehler passiert sei, aber dass es ihnen leidtue und ich das Hotel verlassen müsse, da er nichts für mich tun könne. Daraufhin verlangte ich, mit dem Manager zu sprechen, da ich nirgendwo anders hingehen konnte und einen schriftlichen Nachweis für meine Buchung hatte. Ich musste über zwei Stunden an der Rezeption warten, bis mir schließlich ein Zimmer zugewiesen wurde. Doch dieses Zimmer war nicht gereinigt. Really great stay at the Adina as always. The facilities are top notch in the room and we also enhiyed the spa area. The reception staff (Kristof?) Was really helpful as was the man at breakfast.

The staff was clueless when we needed help. We would need to depart on the Marathon day, but they didn’t know how the area would be affected by road blockages. In our research we found out that it would definitely affect our trip back and we had to leave pretty early to avoid obstructions. Bathroom drain was not working properly and the solution was to remove it to be able to shower. They didn’t explicitly stated on the check in that cleaning by default only happens every 3 days. One has to request to get that daily.

Property was great for a couple of nights stay while we were attending the Euros. It was a bit difficult to locate but once we did it was quite easy to get to coffee shops and restaurants. The area around it was a bit dirty just due to proximity to the main train station where there are a decent number of homeless and seedy people.

I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms were newly renovated and spacious with little kitchen and seating area. Very clean. Staff was amazing. It is located in a nice clean area about a 10-minute walk south from the Main Hbf train station and about 2 minutes from the Main River. Very conveniently located for travellers.

Very nice hotel and staff. Comfortable bed. Within easy, safe walking distance of the riverwalk, old town and new. Don't walk from the train station to here since there are some shady areas between train station and here, but they are far enough away from the hotel itself that I never felt unsafe.

Het was een goed hotel, mooie kamer, redelijk goed ontbijt. Goede ligging bij centrum. We konden alles lopen en metro was dichtbij. Konden onze auto in hun garage parkeren, dat was heel fijn.

La ubicacion del Hotel es excelente. Cerca de todo. Se puede ir caminando a todos lados. El barrio es seguro. A pocas cuadras queda el rio y ahi se pueden hacer lindas caminatas. Las habitaciones son confortables y cuentan con cocina y lavarropas. La limpieza es una vez por semana, eso podria ser mejor. En términos generales una buena opción.

Check in was great and we enjoyed our stay. The room was warm and comfortable and the pool was great. Breakfast was nothing special but filled a hole for a while. The check out was an issue, as the receptionist did not know what he was doing. It took around 30 minutes to check out, which is not ideal when our flight was at 7am!

Zentrale, ruhige Lage. Insgesamt ein (noch) guter Eindruck. Mein Apartment war geräumig, sehr gut auch die Ausstattung mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Spülmaschine. Eine Waschmaschine im Apartment ist auch vorhanden; der Wäschetrockner allerdings fehlte. Der Schreibtisch hat schon bessere Tage erlebt, das Furnier ist inzwischen mit Panzer-Tape befestigt. Schöner Blick auf den Main. Sichtlich bemühte Rezeption. Etwas unbefriedigend ist in der nach-Corona-Ära die gastronomische Situation; das Restaurant hat (außer zum Frühstück) geschlossen, die Bar nur sporadisch geöffnet; man findet wohl kein Personal. Unbefriedigend ist das Kapitel Reinigung / Hygiene / Zimmerservice. Selbst auf Anforderung kommt das Reinigungspersonal auch mal einen Tag nicht. Spültabs für die Geschirrspülmachine werden mal ersetzt, mal nicht. Auch bei 30 Grad im Schatten (und Süd-Fenstern) wird die Klimaanlage vom Personal ausgeschaltet. Die Reinigung glatter Flächen (Tisch, Couchtisch,...) lässt ebenso zu wünschen übrig wie das Wegsaugen unvermeidlicher Krümel.

Chambre au premier étage, alors que l’immeuble fait 16 étages! Donnant sur une cour intérieure très sombre. Une bouteille vide dans la chambre en arrivant et une vieille serviette usagée et sale dans la douche. Piscine non chauffée et gelée. Petit déjeuner industriel. J’ai même douté sur la propreté des draps… bref, catastrophique. Tout ça pour 190€ la nuit!!

Hotel is being renovated but that didn't adversly affect us. Swimming area and sauna was nice and relaxing but a few more longest would be good. Room was spacious with all amenities and a nice balcony.
