I liked the fact every room faced the inside with beautiful view of greenery and the pool area. Each room had a sitting patio. Landscaping was beautiful and very well maintained. I would encourage higher grade of towels in the bathrooms. There was no light at coffee area and closet area. Really hard to see. However, we definitely would stay again. Much better than the higher cost hotels in the area. Good price for everything you get. Quiet and elegant smaller hotel & so worth the piece and quiet. Edgar was very responsive and respectful. Great employee. Also I suggest adding yogurt for the breakfast area. And also very close to any kind of shopping or eating you would like.

The property was well maintained and nice. The breakfast dinning area, courtyard and pool were nice as well. The room was clean. The staff was nice for the most part. My only issue was that the front desk was unstaffed for about an hour with noone to assist.

First off the jacuzzi was broken… of course. The beds are uncomfortable, the door key is difficult, there’s no one in the office after 9pm or before 7am seems.. idk what time they start in the morning. Had to rebook on hotels .com because they weren’t in the office or answering. At least it has a fridge microwave balcony Roku tv and ac & heat

Did not have included breakfast as advertised, one of the beds in our room was super squeaky-possibly even broken. Ice machine broken. The room itself is nice and clean and the lobby/courtyard is well kept and pretty.

This hotel is clean, fresh, and well-maintained. You can park right outside, and the rooms are built in a square around a lovely inner courtyard with green grass and a central pool. I disliked how the wifi was turned off after quiet hours and then worked fine again in the morning.. what the heck is up with that. Also there is a strong vomit like smell around the whole property. coffee cups in the lobby but no lids? The room still had trash in some of the drawers. The blankets and towels had stains and some towels were ripped. The whole stay had consistent inconveniences making it frustrating and unpleasant.

Older location, but you can tell theres a pride in the upkeep and maintenance there from the staff. Staff, fast, helpful and always able to find someone. Even late. Rooms have been renovated and are nice. Nice floors, but are noisy if staying on the ground floor. Recommend the top floor for quiet. But really depends on your guest above you. Would stay here again. Fyi...food truck has good food.

Only thing that was a disappointment was the fact that the jetted tub room 132 had a leak above the jetted tub on the ceiling and it was leaking into the tub. Which was gross so it ruined my stay.

Expected a ‘Patio’ would infer ground floor, but was their term for balcony. Mobility issues made stairs a problem. We were thankfully offered another room, but was right next to exterior access gate that slammed shut for anyone using it. More like a motel, VERY noisy, no insulation from street or outside noise at all. Included breakfast was worse offering I’ve experienced. Even paper plates and ‘napkins’ were the slimest most flimsy you could ever find — carrying toast would need a double-up.

Get to the hotel. Nothing was refilled such as coffee, coffee cups etc. When I checked in, they asked for a $50 deposit which would be released the day of checkout. Not only was it not released it was taken out of my account. I called the hotel Regarding this issue nobody will answer the phone I’ve called probably 10 times this morning and it just rings and rings and rings until it finally gets disconnected. They literally stole my $50. I didn’t take anything out of that hotel room. Not a towel , not a bar soap nothing so there should be absolutely no reason why they would be keeping my deposit .

I had 2 terrible bad experiences at the hotel, my daughter's room had a toilet that didn't work, we went to talk to the reception and a person named Angela attended to us but she didn't give us any solution, we tried to change rooms for one that was in good condition and she told us that she didn't have any rooms available, which wasn't true, they had availability, finally we got tired of waiting for help that never came, another day I arrived at the hotel and my card didn't work, I tried to get them to change it but incredibly there was no one there, no one opened the doors to help us get in, it was very cold outside at 9:10 pm and we had to wait 55 minutes, almost an hour until the same person Angela arrived, and she said that it wasn't her fault, that she only came in at that time, we were left with an unpleasant experience. I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else.

We had hotel complications last minute with another hotel, & ended up booking here with very short notice. The staff was extremely friendly & welcoming, the rooms were clean & welp kept. Definitely an older hotel, but you can tell it’s well taken care/updated with what they were given. They do offer complementary breakfast, which was nice when traveling to an unknown area. We did have noisy neighbors during the middle of the night, but that can be expected with any hotel stay lol. Overall, we had a pleasant stay - given our last minute circumstances.

I had a good experience. Area is a little sketchy but the hotel itself is gated and allows you to feel safe. The rooms are spacious and visibly clean. It was okay, not really worth what I paid but I mean I needed to stay somewhere last minute.

Travelodge Santa Maria is a well preserved and nicely updated older hotel in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was all helpful and friendly. Room was updated, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast choices were limited but good.

Super séjour d’une nuit lors d’un roadtrip. Chambre et lit spacieux, et depuis plus de deux semaines de roadtrip aux usa, c’est le premier hôtel qui ne fournit pas de plastique à usage unique (verres, tasses, gel douche,…) ! Un vrai bon point Seul point négatif, le petit déjeuner… il a ouvert plus tard que prévu, et finalement était quasi inexistant

The room was updated & clean. The property was clean. My room had 2 beds & 1 was super uncomfortable. The breakfast in the morning was very basic & there was no staff in the dining room to restock things that were empty so first come first serve.

Breakfast staffing needs complete overhaul. There needs to be a staff member in the dining room present for all hours of breakfast. Unacceptable to request the reluctant reception desk staff to replenish breakfast items and then walk out again to repeat the problem.

Loved the room felt unsafe because of small long windows on side of the door. Super cute breakfast area super limited only waffles and muffins. Lady at front desk upon arrival was very nice and helpful
