Hotel common areas looked dirty. The pool was gross and the hot tub was out of order with plaster dust everywhere. All the hall lights were punched out. We found food on the floor of our hotel room.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and my room was nice looking. The room smelled a little like body odor and air freshener, the fitness room also had a strange smell to it. I wanted other amenities like pool and hot tub, the website said the pool was not available but hot tub was so I booked in advance. When I arrived, both the pool AND hot tub were not available so I was a bit disappointed.

The curtains weren't ironed in the room, the room wasn't cleaned on Thursday morning because the person said she didn't speak English when I left the room so she couldn't clean it or provide fresh towels. The phone was not working in the room, the pool was closed. The next day ants were in the room due to the rain, I was relocated to another room. Only 1 elevator was working...The lobby is BEAUTIFUL but the rooms are in need of major repair.

Our room was large and very comfortable. The tile work in the bathroom was pretty, but definitely could get very slick after we took a shower. The breakfast was great over the weekend, but definitely left something to be desired on our last day, which was a weekday. The elevator was downright terrifying. Only one of the two was working, and the one that was working, bounced the entire time it was going up or down. More than once as we were trying to get off, it would start bouncing again and would end tripping you. If we had not been all the way up on the top floor, I certainly would’ve taken the stairs. We also had issues with our key card to our room, it always turned green when we scanned it, but it didn’t unlock the door. Sometimes we had to try it 10 to 15 times before I would allow us into the room which was definitely annoying. Both of our keys would do this, so I’m not sure what the magical trick was to get it to work on the first time. Overall, it was a good hotel, very clean, and the staff was very friendly, we had a few issues, but nothing that would be a huge deterrent other than the elevator, which hopefully they get fixed.

My staff was satisfactory. Tbe room was sufficient and clean. The best part of this hotel was the person working the dining. Her name is Jennifer and she needs a raise because her customer service skills are top notched. The pool itself was not clean as their were little crawling creatures in and about the pool. The jacuzzi was not operable and cordon off by chairs around it. The free breakfast was limited but not too bad. Tried to contact front desk bur not able to get through. I had to call the hotel direct from my cell phone. Front desk staff were cordial. Overall, my stay was ok but again thr highlight was that one staff that made everyone feel welcomed. Hats off to Jennifer!!!!!

The hotel was very noisy and i didn't get any sleep. The doors were banging really loud, people getting ice were very loud, and i could hear the people above me stomping on the floor. The mattress on the bed was really lumpy as well. There was no cable tv and evem the basic channels barely worked just like the remote. The remote control barely worked. The hotel internet also went out for awhile.

I stayed here before like a month ago. My previous stay was great. But couple of things disappointed me this time. My mattress was in a pretty bad shape( Room # 204 ). I usually sleep on my back but because of the bad mattress I was forced to sleep on my side which caused a lot of discomfort the whole night. I thought of checking out the fitness center as I had some free time in the morning but unfortunately both the treadmills out there were not working :( Not a good experience this time, may not stay here again.

Odd bedding. Few available outlets. The prepackaged breakfast items were a disappointment compared to the fresh items we had here last time. Very little counter space in the bathroom. Serviceable but not special. Beginning to feel a bit dated. We'll probably look elsewhere for our next stop in Muskogee.

Staff was rude and unsympathetic about the fact that they gave my room away- after Booking and calling to say we would be late arrival.. also some discrepancies about not having a phone # to alert me but then providing the correct phone # to hotels.com agent and stating no answer… wow! Do better!!

Visited for the Renaissance Festival, the location was convenient, staff friendly, room clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy as well as fruits and general cereal and such. Perfect for what we needed and great price!
