La Quinta by Wyndham Muskogee

The property was clean and the staff was exceptional. We love the LaQuinta, especially when we travel with out rdog.

Room was clean, bed was comfy. Had an issue with the shower head but they were quick to change it out. Friendly staff and pool was awesome.

Pro’s…Easy checkin , good breakfast , courteous employees . Con’s…$25.00 pet fee , bathroom door would not latch , small crack at bottom of bathroom door, looked like a previous tenant probably kicked it ! Room #205

Elevators were non operational. Cardio equipment in fitness center was non operational. 9am “housekeeping” knocks.

Very relaxing clean environment! We will return once again. The pool are needs more Lighting at night

Elevator wasn’t working.

1. It was most unpleasant to learn AT CHECK IN that there was a $25 per pet charge that was not disclosed earlier. 2. Workmanship in Rm 209 leaves a lot to be desired: 2a. Window treatments do not fit, thus neither room of the suite can be dark. 2b. The door does not fit the opening. At least ½" of light streamed thru the knob-side of the door all night... again, keeping the room from being dark. 2c. Tile work in the bathroom is awful. Not fit properly, broken tiles, etc. **NB we stayed at a Super 8 the night before, which was impeccable. Thus, the shortfalls were obvious.

Property was clean and staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the elevator quit working and there was only one, so we had to climb up and down the stairs for our room on the 3rd floor. I am recovering from knee surgery so this caused a little more difficulty. Also, we were unable to access the first room we were assigned because it was locked from the inside.

Pool broken down. We were hot and tired after a long day of driving and it was a disappointment. Also, generally run down. Room was fine. Clean enough. Got the job done for the 1 night we were there.

There’s mold all over the ceiling and they refused to move us to a different room. Ended up leaving without a refund

Very rundown. I would suggest making some updates to make guests feel a bit more comfortable. Pillows were old, thin and gross. Tile was rocking back and forth on the bathroom floor. Light switch had stuff all over it. Water came out brown when first turned on. Just rundown, dirty and makes you feel gross.

Hotel is dirty, insects in room

There was literally puke under our bed. When i showed them the picture they moved me to a different room. The second room had hair all over the bed. It was already after midnight at this point so i just asked for fresh sheets and pillow cases and called it a night. When i talked to Management the next morning, they didnt offer me any type of a refund nor a discount. We will NOT be staying here again.

Clean, comfortable rooms, good breakfast with 6 hot items and several cold items available.

Very clean and up-to-date. Remodeling was in progress but did not affect our stay. Front desk was helpful - gave us a list of local restaurants. Breakfast was fantastic!

The only nice thing about the hotel was the lady who worked the front desk. The hotel is run down and is in desperate need of a deep clean. The first room I was given had bugs in the bathroom. The nice lady at the front desk apologized and moved my room but both rooms need to be deep cleaned and have mold growing in the shower and the counters have a film on them as well as dirty spots on the carpet.

Fleas in my room , was told there were no other options , it was late at night making me late to work due to dealing with the issue. Then magically they had another room available for me to stay in. Will not be back to that location.

This hotel needs to upgrade the TV’s

Wi-Fi was horrible. Couldn’t get any work done. Beds are like sleeping on concrete

Rooms were very nice and clean. Big TV. Good water pressure in shower. Desk and couch area.

The hotel staff was very friendly and the facility was clean, but they need to replace the pillows for sure. The pillows on our beds were pancake thin.

The distance to my destination was far. The road noise with my room facing the street was horrendous.

Could not sleep. Too much traffic with my room facing the highway and by the elevator. Front desk rude.

Room air conditioner that can’t be turned off. Makes huge noise making it impossible to sleep. Bedding smells chlorine and seems reused. Towels are also not washed

Thin walls. Barking dogs. Loud kids. Ran out of hot water. Toilet ran all night. WiFi was on and off from poor signal.

Checking in took forever. It was almost like she was playing a game of solitaire behind the counter. Theres no way you need to click that many times Television also was horrible.

The staff was absolutely amazing, Extremely amazing. They made my start The Most comfortable.

Absolutely the WORST hotel stay of my life. Traveling from out of state I booked my room on hotels.com like usual. Never had an issue with hotels.com. I arrive at the hotel and the front desk clerk proceeds to check me in then says that I need to pay for my room. I had already. She kept calling me by the wrong first name insisting I pay. She then said I had no reservation and I needed to contact the third party app because they hadn’t booked my room. After 20 minutes of arguing while on the phone with hotels.com and her on speaker she finally admitted to giving my booking to someone else got into an open argument with her boss in front of us on the phone then she QUIT and just left us standing there with no room, no refund, no resolution. She kept insisting they were completely full before she quit saying they had nothing for me. They made the other woman that they gave my room to come down and wanted her to vacate it. I said that was completely uncalled for. They woke her up like it was her fault!!! After midnight we got to go to our room which was a suite, the same room we booked, just sitting there empty. So why wake her? Why the big deal? I don’t get it. Just give us the other empty room. The manager insured she would keep in touch with me after I checked out to “make it right” and of course I never heard from her. Do not book here!!!!

It was clean and convenient. There was no one at the front desk when I wanted to check in.

Angel checked me in. She was lovely telling me all about the property and answered all my questions.

We had a large group spread out over 4 rooms plus one dog. The staff were able to accommodate all our needs and did so in a very friendly, professional manner. Breakfast was first class and the location was convenient to our destination.

The staff were friendly, helpful and responsive to our needs. Starbuck's right across the street and several good restaurants within 10 to 15 minute drive.

The property was easy to get to and there were a lot of different places to eat around.

This is one of the newer, La Quinta’s and it was very nice and manageable with my pug. It was very convenient along Highway 69 with a gas station right next-door to fill up before you leave the next morning. They always have a good breakfast, but I don’t say, I leave early. A nice property.

Room was great, even had a COMFORTABLE side chair. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Breakfast bar was first rate and the lady who worked that was super! A great 3 day stay.

Did not have enough wash cloths. Over all appearance looks run down. It did not look clean. Food was cold

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was really nice compared to most with a variety of hot foods and even some protein.

Great breakfast and clean room

Shower head sprayed water sideways causing the water to flood room floor. The fabric shower curtain did not help matters. Normally this would not have bothered me but I had my 18 month old with me and I was afraid she was gonna slip on the tile floor. Inclusive breakfast was not great.
