We stayed at this Comfort Inn for only one night on the way to Missouri. Wanted a clean/safe hotel with an indoor pool. Comfort Inn is my go too spot when there are a lot of different but similar choices. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, décor was fine and the pool was fabulous. It was well maintained and heated. We did not eat the breakfast because we wanted to try a local place, but I peeked in and everything looked fine.

The staff was friendly. The room was nice and comfortable. The pool was too cold and it didn’t matter how long I stayed in there. Definitely would stay again just won’t use the pool unless it gets heated somehow.

I don’t normally leave reviews but all the reviews I seen on this place were fantastic. However during our stay we had mice crawling on the bed that woke us up. When addressed with the front desk staff all she said was oh yeah there’s a lot of them. Not what you want to hear as a paying customer. Offering no solution she just said that they leave the door open downstairs so that’s how they get in. Note we were on the second floor.

Not a good hotel. It smelled throughout. The hallway, the room. Old, musty, moldy smell. The elevator was broken. Well it worked, just took 30 sec to close with a loud beep. Not the expectation we have for a Comfort Inn.

Our room was not that clean. The bathroom floors were marked, and unclean in the corners and under the vanity. The bathroom also had gnats flying around, so our personal items could not be left out. I found a web with dead gnats near a square item plugged into the wall behind the door. I assumed it was an insect repellent, but turned out to be a nightlight. This was the only outlet in the bathroom, and was not only connected to a web of dead gnats, it was not convenient to use at the mirror. The room also had water on the floor that appeared to have leaked from the refrigerator. When I called the front desk, woman offered me extra towels. All was not bad. Outside of our room, the breakfast was good and the one person staff was great. She was attentive and very busy keeping food sources full, cleaning and emptying trash, all the while with a smile and friendly attitude. I asked to check out and get a refund on the first night. Was told had to go through Hotels.com. Their website says to asked the hotel. We left a night early on prepaid stay.

We stay in the area a couple times a year for baseball tournaments and we have stayed at a couple of other hotels in the area and we booked this one this time and we were very pleased the hotel was very clean new rooms and everyone was very helpful and super nice, we will be back. Thank the staff.

I finally got a nap in the daytime for someone to repeatedly ring my room. This wasn't the hotel's fault, stuff happens. The AC was set to 62° the first day, at 2 am I had to have staff fix it. It was hotter in the room than the hall when I went to the front for help.

The room was ready at check-in. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable with great AC. Spacious. Good selection for breakfast (even at 15 mins before closing). There was a light that flashed in the room maybe every minute or so from the fire alarm, but we got used to it after a while. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent front staff and housekeeping staff. I thought I left items behind, I called the front desk and they went above and beyond to help me….turns out I didn’t leave anything behind (I found it in my luggage),but I appreciated the communication and care that the team at comfort suites provided when they were trying to help me.

Great Place and friendly staff. Trying to beat the ice storm that was approaching able to book room. Staff was quick and I settled in room. Room was comfortable. In the Morning had hot breakfast. Staff was very friendly. Roads were finally able to clear. I would stay again.

I had to call to get someone to come to the front desk at 3 pm for check in. The room had dead bugs covering the windowsill. The ice machine on our floor was not working and there was an overflow of trash in the dumpster area. The workers I encountered were polite and helpful.

Clerk at front desk was rude and to busy on own cell phone to give any kind of customer service. First room was given couldn’t get in was told to busy to deal with(was on personal cell) so gave another room it smelled so bad but couldn’t get another room. The breakfast was under cooked and gross. I would not recommend.

The room was newly updated with brand new fixtures, very modern. We enjoyed our stay, had a very comfortable bed, and there are laundry facilities on each floor. The Inn is close to shopping and various eateries, so extremely convenient. A great value!

The room was fine, totally average for a Comfort Inn. But part of why we book a hotel like this is to get a decent breakfast before traveling. There were maybe 2-3 families in and out of the breakfast room this morning. But the food prep person came out with 4-5 sausage patties and 4-5 biscuits at a time, so not enough. She refused to bring waffle batter even though we asked. It was not crowded and she was not busy. She just didn’t bring enough food out of the kitchen to feed everyone.

We enjoyed our welcome by the staff--very warm and personable. The room felt clean, the shower had a good waterflow and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was warm and provided something for all tastes-eggs, meat, waffles, cereal, yogurt.... We will stay here again.

Breakfast not served due to rain damage to breakfast area. I get that rain is out of their control but they could have got gift cards for a fast food restaurant or kept some frozen breakfast sandwiches in their little “store” freezer and given those out. Always a solution but it takes a little work. Also the beds are way to firm.
