The staff were helpful. The pool was closed for the season, which was the primary reason I chose the hotel. Also the a/c didn’t keep cooling all night and my room got warmer and warmer. They told me to open the window, but it was very noisy, bright and next to a construction site. Not a restful time as I had hoped

We have stayed at this hotel numerous time because of its convenient location to the airport. Very nice accommodations, and I have always been able to get a space in the garage for our rented car. The only complaint I have is that exiting and entering the garage with something other than a tiny vehicle is a HUGE CHALLENGE. It would be so nice if something could be done about this.

I didn’t like the cleanliness my shower had hair on the walls when we checked in complained to hotel staff even submitted a photo and hours later after being told it would be taken care of came back to room to find it was not done. That alone turned what would have been a great experience into something else. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The lobby is nicely arranged.

La salle de bain est malpropre. Des taches jaunes sur les tuiles près de la toilette ainsi que la présence de moisissures dans les joints des tuiles du bain démontrent un manque flagrant d’entretien. On remarque aussi des taches sur le comptoir de la salle de bain. La porte d’accès frotte fortement sur les tuiles du plancher au point d’y laisser des marques permanentes dans les tuiles. Sûrement un problème qui existe et persiste depuis très longtemps. Tapis taché dans la chambre. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Close to airport. My husband and I stayed here. We requested king bed which was fine but you only get one very hard pillow per person. Very difficult to sleep comfortably and you only get one set of very worn out towels. I had to request a second set from reception. Breakfast was good. Hotel is very clean and in good condition. Just don’t expect a very comfortable sleeping experience. Those pillows are rough!!

Fiquei hospedado neste hotel com a minha esposa por ser proximo do aeroporto, tendo em vista que partiríamos num voo cedo no dia seguinte. Para o propósito em questão, eue foi suficiente, mas o hotel é ruim. O carpete do corredor é rígido, com ranhuras que faz as rodinhas das malas "gritarem" um barulho alto e incômodo que dá para ser ouvido claramente dos quartos. O isolamento acústico do quarto é péssimo e fica na beira de uma autovia, então prepare-se para ouvir claramente todos os carros e caminhões passando. Alem disso, quando chegamos, havia um hóspede transtornado na recepção que estava havia horas tentando resolver o problema do ar condicionado do quarto que não funcionava. O do nosso quarto era a mesma coisa. Estava "ligado" mas nao esfriava o quarto. Abrir a janela era impensável. Dispenser de sabão do banheiro (era uma coisa só para shampoo e sabão para o corpo) estava quebrado. Graças a deus foi só por uma noite e consegui dormir no voo de volta.

Pretty much what you expect for an airport hotel. Shuttle to the airport only run every hour so we ended up taking an uber so get some extra sleep (just note if your flight falls at a time where top of the hour doesn’t work). We went when it was cold outside and the room was very hot. Tried to turn the air on and didn’t do anything. For the rate I would do it again knowing these things.

Realmente es un hotel que eliges por su cercanía y/o traslado gratuito al aeropuerto. Recomiendo salir a almorzar o cenar, la comida me pareció insípida. Located close to the airport but a little far from center of Madrid. You will have to best commute by taxi or Uber which can be pricey. The good thing is that there is a fee shuttle to the airport which takes the stress off finding transportation there. The hotel was very modern and staff were friendly and courteous. I had a pleasant and relaxed stay.

The rooms are very nice, the bed comfortable, the staff very polite and helpful, the restaurant staff was excellent, the food was very good and the prices reasonable. The airport shuttle was on time, but that can use a bigger shuttle it fills up fast. The only short coming was a lack of other dinning options KFC was the only other food we found in a short walking distance.

Conveniently located hotel by Madrid airport. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Nice pool. Pleasant staff. Rooms spacious and clean. However…. Restaurant is the only place to go since it’s a semi-industrial/commercial area hemmed in by the highway. Large restaurant with lots of tables. Staff swamped by customers and unable to keep up. Everything took a long time from getting drinks to receiving the meals. I had to send my chicken fillets back since they were raw inside. My daughter had to also send hers back because they included meat in a salad and she specifically advised she was a vegetarian and wanted The salad without the meat on top. Pricey and very slow. An unsatisfactory experience. Beds were not comfortable. Lumpy and hard. Not one of the three of us had a good night on the mattresses. Bedding clean and in good repair. Spend some money on decent mattresses please. Breakfast good and plentiful. Shuttle a nice bonus. Probably would not stay again because of lack of food choices nearby and very uncomfortable beds
