Rooms were clean and comfy. The one concern we had was the airport shuttle. They run one van every hour and they require you to reserve a spot on the shuttle. We arrived at midnight from a delayed flight and the shuttle was already booked out for the entire morning so we had to find an alternate way to get back to the airport for our morning flight. For a hotel that is close to an international airport and who also advertises a free shuttle, having more than one van per hour would be beneficial so that all guests staying at the hotel could use the free service.

A great hotel with the convenience of next to the Madrid airport. The onsite restaurant has excellent food and staff. We appreciated the restaurant after arriving from a full day of travel. Airport schedule brought us to the airport at 3am!
