Hotel Bristol Budapest

Séjour très agréable à l'hôtel. Mention particulière pour la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel dans sa totalité (Réception, personnel de salle et de chambres...) Bonne idée : La petite collation gratuite l'après-midi(Café...) . Juste une suggestion : Fixer des caoutchoucs tampons sous les pieds des chaises de la grande salle du petit-déjeuner ; elles sont bruyantes lorsqu'on les déplace. Globalement, excellent hôtel. Je le recommande.

La struttura è in una posizione molto comoda della città, ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici. Tutto lo staff è gentile e molto disponibile, sempre con il sorriso sul viso. La camera (per 3 adulti) era molto spaziosa, silenziosa e ben pulita. La colazione a buffet è ben fornito di alimenti e bevande con ampia scelta per tutti i gusti. Inoltre dalle 13:30 fino alle 20 è disponibile il servizio gratutito di "merenda", con bevande e qualche snack. Veramente una struttura ottima. Consigliatissima!

Café da manhã com variedade e farto, opcoes com frutas e iogurtes um pouco limitada. Localização próximo da estacao de trem e de facil acesso a transporte publico, mas um pouco distante da região central. Provavelmente você precisará usar o transporte publico! Limpeza no geral boa, só deixou um pouco a desejar na manutenção durante nossa estadia.

Room was clean and a good size. Hotel is small and has lots of local amenities near by including transport links.

The front desk is very friendly and warm. The only thing may need improvement is the smoky smell in the hallway.

There was a terrible smell in the bathroom and some of the fixtures needed repairs. The windows let in an incredible amount of outside noise when closed.

The hotel is clean and quiet, our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet and the Halloween decorations/costumes were fun. We had a lovely week, thank you!

Tout est très bien dans cet hôtel, le personnel souriant et bienveillant, les chambres spacieuses et propres, le petit déjeuner buffet à volonté très varié et de très bonne qualité, l'emplacement près de la gare Keleti et non loin du centre et du musée national... Je recommande vivement !

Enjoyed our stay. Very helpful staff, good breakfast. The A/C could have been stronger.

Place was really niceand clean. Only issue was AC was not working well bit hotel provided fan.

Renovated bedroom and bath were small but clean. Staff at check-out desk were unexpectedly ignorant; nobody said goodbye!!

Had a good stay. Booked and paid four months in advance for a solo room. Only request was for a quiet room. At check-in learned all the solo rooms are noisy, and on the ground floor facing the main street. Also realized at check-in The advertised air conditioning was not operating. Front desk mentioned the week prior They turned off air conditioning to turn on the heating system. Aside from room being noisy it was extremely hot. I returned to the front desk and he accommodated me in changing to a room on a different floor, and minutes later came up to the room to offer me yet another room where the window would open if I were warm at night. They did go out their way to accommodate my comfort. Room has a very firm bed and two pillows, nice compact layout that worked. Bathroom has shower amenities, but I used my own toiletries, a few towels, and wall-mounted hairdryer. There is different options for servicing your room, and you leave and hang tag on the door of what you wish, whether it’s just for towels and trash or a full clean. The breakfast included had great variety and staff were very kind and friendly. Location is great, across the street is the bus stop for the hop on hop off # 10 stop, there’s also transit options stopping there, and two blocks away is the Keleti train station as well as metro trains. On the corner of the street is an Aldi grocery store. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel and if I were ever in Budapest again, would stay here.

The best thing about this hotel is the service. Nothing is too much for the hotel staff, and they always seem happy to help. Room was comfortable but let in a lot of noise from outside. The breakfast options are limited but what is on offer was nice. The only slight annoyance was that when we arrived my room was ready but if I wanted to access my room before the ‘official check in time’ of 2pm then I would need to pay 20€. I understand why there would be a fee to ‘prioritise’ my check in but if my room is already ready then why charge extra

This was my first stay and certainly won't be my last. The room, public areas and breakfast room were all very clean and well appointed and the staff were all gracious. The hotel is well located for public transportation in a small, quiet street. A great place to stay at a good price.

Staff is great and amazing breakfast. Close to the metro but a little far to walk to main tourist locations. Overall a very good experience. There’s an aldi 2 minutes from hotel.

Servitören Rickard på frukosten var suverän. Har aldrig sett en sådan snabb, noga, uppmärksam och vänlig servitör. Han är värd att uppmärksammas!

Slow check in and no toaster at breakfast....the blond young lad at reception was a star..very nice,polite and helpful

Ein schönes Hotel in der Nähe vom Bahnhof.Das Zimmer und Bad waren geräumig und in einem guten Zustand.Auch das Frühstück war reichhaltig.

Bra läge, centralt i stan. Duschkabinen var lite gammalmodig. Trevlig personal.

Very average 4* hotel near Keleti train station. Poor breakfast, not fresh products, small choice. Old furniture in room, very basic for 4*. Check-in quick, receptionist very kind.

Great location.Rooms are really clean and comforyable. Great Staff and very good breakfast.

Otel merkeze 15-20 dk yürüme mesafesinde, sabah kahvaltısının bulunduğu yerden geçerken gelen koku çok kötü idi hiç kahvaltı yapamadık ve odada bulunan sabun ve şampuanı kokuları kötü idi personel güler yüzlü ilgiliydi.
