The Westcord Fashion is a new, themed hotel with lots of amenities and spacious, well-designed rooms. Two bars (including a 10th floor one with an amazing view), pool, and gym. The rooms are huge by European standards with a rain shower and full-size bathtub. Try to find that in Paris for an affordable price! Having a coffee maker and refrigerator in the room are additional perks. The daily cleaning was thorough and prompt. Front desk staff are not just courteous, they’re friendly and eager to help. Really the only drawback to the hotel is its location. There are no bars or restaurants nearby and if you don’t like walking, you need to take a 15-minute or so tram ride to get to the museums and tourist sites. On the plus side, the location is quiet and safe. Overall, a fine hotel.

Gute Zuganbindung an Amsterdam Central Bahnhof. Frühstück war super. Zimmer sehr ruhig - dürften schalldicht gewesen sein. Pool ganz nett - man bekam auch extra Handtücher etc. dafür.

Great hotel and great staff except for one who ruins it for the bunch. I don’t like that you charge 5 euro for the wellness area. Nowhere on Expedia does it say that. Gilles and Miranda in the morning at the restaurant were absolutely THE BEST!!!! Now for why I rated you terrible. Had an issue with Wholle. The Gentleman and I say it loosely has very low emotional intelligence and is by far the weakest link in your superb staff. Even when I tried to explain my situation to him he was extremely unprofessional. Quite the opposite I received from the rest of your pleasant people on my stay. I would not come back to this hotel simply on having to deal with this worker and his egregious behavior. He is a liability to your establishment as a whole. Even when I asked his name (to write this review) and I tried to spell it the English version of W-A-L-L-Y. He says “naw that’s not it I think it’s bit too complicated for you”. Fine, no problem when I checked out I got the correct spelling from his colleague so I can write this review. Without WHOLLE you would have gotten a 5 star wonderful review. Since this is the only recourse I have for bad workers/Hotels, then that’s what it will be.

Das Hotel war geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Das Zimmer war ebenfalls recht groß. Das Frühstück hatte eine tolle Auswahl. Insgesamt kann noch mehr Fokus auf die Reinigung gelegt werden. Sowohl in den Zimmern als auch in den Hotelräumlichkeiten z. B. bei der Fensterreinigung in der tollen sky bar, um den Ausblick noch mehr genießen und tolle Fotos machen zu können.

We stayed 4 nights. The hotel seemed a little worn out but bathrooms were fine. They didn’t clean the room after the first night and no refills on coffee or tea. Otherwise the rest was as expected.

Otelde en büyük sorun hijyen. Tramvay durağına 450 metre. Konum çok iyi değil, sakin ama etrafında market vs yok. Ancak otelin genelinde hijyen çok çok büyük sorundu. Heryerde halı kaplı ve halı çok eski, çok kirli. Beklentimi karşılamadı, en çok da hijyen anlamında.

Leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen, war bestimmt mal ein sehr schönes Hotel. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, aber die Fenster waren sehr dreckig. In der Sky Bar konnte man schon fast nicht mehr vernünftig rausschauen. Des Weiteren kann man seine Getränke nur auf das Zimmer buchen lassen, wenn man im Vorfeld ein Deposit hat einrichten lassen und bezahlt hat. Dieses wurde aber nicht am Checkin gesagt. Für den Gast nicht schön, man fühlt sich wie ein Betrüger.

Overall decent stay, lovely staff. Main downside for me was the toilet being separate to the bathroom, does not have a bidet or a sink. Had to fill up water bottles to use as a bidet - please accommodate to Muslim people or people who use water to clean their backside. Also,the bathroom and shower door is clear glass so whoever you travel with will see you naked.

Nice location, nice rooms, nice bathtub. WiFi is really bad at least it was in my room. Also it is a non smoking hotel and people were definitely smoking in the rooms which made it hard to sleep. Pool area is great! I’m sure people in other rooms may have had a different/ better experience.

We really enjoyed our stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking. We had the superior double room and it was spacious and well laid out. Separate toilet and bathroom, and lots of natural light with big windows. The bed was comfortable and we had our own AC so were able to adjust when needed. The staff were extremely helpful. We used both trains and trams to get into the centre city which were a very short walk away.

Hotel is really clean and modern, rooms and bar area are really nice. However, our room was unbelievably warm, we could not adjust the temperature and when we spoke to reception they offered us a fan. This did not materialise until I asked again some 8 hours later. Real shame as had we slept well it would have been a different rating.

Amazing stay, staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms quiet, sound proof and blackout curtains, comfortable and great nights sleep, great spa especially the sauna (need to be naked, can have a towel) little Dutch sweets you can help yourself to at reception. Safe location about 6-10min walk to metro/tram. Highly recommend thank you

Weekend break in Amsterdam - had been allocated a twin room on checkin but reception identified this and switched us to a double. Room we were given was a little shabby and felt like it could do with another clean/dusting, although the bathroom was spotless and looked newer than the rest of the room. Coffee/tea facilities were limited but we did ask reception for more and they were happy to provide them. The room was too warm overnight and air con didn't help, although it was reasonably cold outside during our visit. Brief interactions we had with staff were fine. Very pleasant and helpful.

Stayed here multiple times, good size rooms. Easy to get into the centre via tram. Rooms are clean, staff are helpful. Pool area is lovely however would be nice if there were more loungers. Good choice of food at breakfast.

When it comes to the room and breakfast, everything was on point , nothing to complain. However, all this wonderful impression was ruined by the fact that before checking out, I was confronted with the fact that I didn’t pay for the rest of my stay. The money was locked from my account, but then I saw that it was only authorised, not actually debited. Contrary to what the hotel staff said, which didn’t even know when I arrived that they already debited a quarter of the amount for my stay, they allegedly said that I was informed that this is only a ‘reservation’ of the amount. No, I was only informed about the security deposit (which funny enough, that was actually debited, not reserved). Now you’re probably asking, what is the problem? The problem is that the hotel reserved a large amount of money from my card and held onto it for for 1 week and then it got expired and of course the money did not return to my account in time for checkout, therefore I refused to pay, and will avoid this hotel onwards because I have not seen a hotel with this shady of a payment system, they do not give you any sort of warranty that the money will be wired back to your account, and the expiry timeframe is based on an assumption of how much a guest stays at the hotel, even though they know exactly how much a guest stays at their place… absolutely bonkers, please be careful what information you are given by the people at the reception, ask for the money to be debited straight at your arrival

Great stay as always. I’ve been coming to Amsterdam for years and this is the only hotel I stay in if I’m not staying with my friends. Location is not too far from the tram stop and you can get to and from the airport within 30 mins via public transport. The staff are always so friendly and always go the extra mile to make sure you have a pleasant stay.

Fantastic hotel that we have stayed at many times before. Easy to get to from the airport, just a short train journey to Leylelaan and then about a 10 min walk. From the hotel to leidesplein or centraal station it’s a 10-20 mins tram journey. You get the lovely peace and quiet but can still explore Amsterdam and retreat to your hotel for rest at night. Great breakfast options available and the pool is a big plus point. Lovely hotel and 100% would stay there again!

I stayed at three different 4 star hotels in Amsterdam, WestCord Fashion was by far the best hotel out of the three I stayed. Staff amazing, hotel grounds, interior and facilities excellent. Although, located outside the city centre it is very easy to access by a 20 min Tram ride and honestly the Tram rides to and from the hotel was great to see residential Amsterdam. Thank you WestCord for a lovely stay

Great stay. Breakfast was amazing value for money with a huge selection. Good location pretty much in the middle of Lelylaan mainline train/underground and Surinmeplein tram stop, 5 min walk in each direction.

The included breakfast was fantastic. The shower drained very slowly so you had to keep it very low flow or you'd flood the bathroom floor. Tram was convenient - a couple of blocks down the road and you can purchase multi-day cards at the front desk. All of the staff that we dealt with were very helpful and friendly. Overall I'd give it a 4.5

The restaurant wasn't the best. Somewhat slow and i wasn't able to get the dessert i ordered with my meal, but the soup was great. The suite was beautiful and i found my new favorite necklace! Would stay again for sure.

The staff were so helpful and couldn't do enough. The music bar on the top floor was a lovely place to relax in the evening. Martin and Michelle how worked there most nights made you feel welcome and never without a drink.
