Watch out for hidden charges. I'm going to start my review with that as it irks me when you give hotels a swipe of your card and they take money without checking with you (or sending you a receipt). We got stung for both water and electricity usage but weren't told in advance when we checked in and gave our card and didn't then receive an email breaking down the charges once we'd checked out. The customer services at Lalandia is absolute dog5hit so I've had to file a dispute with my bank to reclaim my funds. The good things. The water park is amazing and ours kids loved it. The walk to Legoland is 5 mins from the front of the hotel too. The food choices are pretty average and expensive, so be warned that if you don't have a car or don't want to get an Uber, you're paying top dollar for restaurants and groceries (just like at Center Parcs). We would stay here again but would go into it knowing that the lodges don't have AC and that the customer service is terrible. That being said, we enjoyed our stay.

The villa and village overall are a nice experience! In the same time, for this price to have absolutely zero amenties, to pay extra for bedsheets and utilities....

It is a large complex with a lot of walking especially when you have your luggage. On days when the weather is not so good the swimming pools are packed and the wait for rides can be long. Accommodation is OK but our chalet lacked pillows for the beds and decent sized cups. When we arrived we couldn't access the property as no one had advised that after you enter the code you need to wait thirty seconds before you tried the door. Another long walk to get this advise. After paying nearly £300 per night is seems unnecessary to charge for linen, water, electricity and heating. Surely these could be included in the price charged. After all you have no choice but to use water and electricity. Just beware if they can charge you for it they will and it won't be cheap as you are a captive market
