My room didn't get cleaned one day, and bins were not emptied on another. There is not enough experienced staff to cope with a reception and bar area at the same time, I waited for service at both areas. The TV had a fault and I reported it on this stay of four nights, I also reported it two weeks before in a six night stay. I was in the accessable room on the first floor. The bedroom doors need soft closures added as the doors bang continuously morning and night. Very disappointed with the hotel. Parking looks like it's okay for disabled users but even with a disabled sign it is ignored and there's no check on blue badge owners. I did not eat here.
