I don't normally give 5 stars unless there is something truly outstanding. We stayed here because we wanted to drive about 2.5 hours from Venice on our way north toward Switzerland. Its not particularly easy to find a hotel that has rooms for 4 people. 2 adults and 2 teens. They had a great room at a good price for the 4 of us, also with breakfast included, another bonus. The room didn't have anything particularly special, but we just needed to sleep. We happened to have a balcony, which was very nice on a warm summer evening. Free parking and close access to the highway was nice as well. The beds were comfortable enough and everyone was happy in the morning. It appeared they had some food available for dinner despite the website saying they didn't. So plan ahead if you need dinner, or call ahead to ask about food options. They do have a small bar for the nightcap on the balcony. Staff that we spoke with were very helpful and spoke English well (way better than my Italian). Its a random location, apparently close to an amusement park, but does the trick if you are somewhere north of Milan and need a place to stay.

Very helpful staff and excellent property to stay at. Breakfast was extensive and very good quality. I will def be staying here again in future no doubts
