This hotel was great! The room was clean, comfortable, quiet. The location was great, walkable to multiple restaurants and shops, and the waterfront. The airport shuttle was perfect, easy to book and made our stay very convenient. The hotel staff was also friendly and accommodating. They were very helpful when we had questions too. We plan to stay here again for our next visit to Punta Gorda.

Not a good stay. We picked this hotel because they had a hot tub and called to make sure it was working. It was luke warm at best and was told that it was as warm as it was going to get. Also the shower head in the room was broken.

This is the second year we have stayed here for a winter break from the Midwest. The location is perfect; walking distance to many restaurants, water view, and the tiki bar and boardwalk was steps away. The pool and hot tub were wonderful, but the fitness room was not great. There was only one working treadmill, and some of the free weights were missing.

Great hotel on the Harbor. The convenience of a restaurant on site, and a gym was a plus. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Coffee available all day. We enjoyed our stay and the tiki bar right on the property was great, good nite life, can walk to town and restaurants, 1 Mike to fisherman’s village.

The entire facility is clean and well kept. Room was great and spotless. Very comfortable and welcoming. I arrived my first night rather late and went to the restaurant/bar 5 minutes before kitchen closed. The young male server convinced the kitchen staff to stay and make me a burger after 10 pm. The meal was much appreciated as I hadn’t eaten since breakfast. They were very accommodating. The facility, staff and food was exceptional. Absolutely no complaints

Great area. Our room smelled strongly like covered up dog smell, we had a few bugs in our room, and some of the common areas weren't very clean but great area for a trip. I would consider returning but would probably explore other options first.

4points was a very nice place to stay. This is the facility is up-to-date and modern. I would definitely stay again. In hindsight, I wouldn’t have paid extra for a room with a view. Room 204 overlooked the dumpster… Not much of a view.

My reservation with Four Points Sheraton was disappointing. I had a family medical issue come up and I was told I could receive a refund for unused days. When I went to process the refund with hotels.com, the resort would no longer honor this. I wish they had stuck to their word because I would have found to use what I paid for. However, I was assured I would be taken care of...and this was not the case.

I prepaid for my hotel stay 2 months in advance. Showed up and was told they overbooked and didn't have a room for me. They shuttled me over to sister property. They had no rooms available either. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR RESERVATION BEFORE ARRIVING...or just don't stay here. They tried to blame Expedia but ultimately the hotel is responsible. At the point they realized they were overbooked, they should have contacted me. The front desk stated this happens frequently.

Our first time in Punta Gorda. Such a convenient location to so much. Parking was a bit of a struggle due to a concert and another show at the Event Center but it worked out. The Fisherman's Village has the most wonderful and unique shops and food. Damage from the hurricanes this year was not as visible as expected and repairs underway. We'll go back!!

The room and social areas were clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and sitting by the pool. The staff at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was excellent. However, the restaurant service was the worst. Not enough staff, too long of a wait for the food, confusing messages about the use of the coupon voucher given at arrival.

I was so impressed with the staff at Four Points. They asked us how everything was right after checking in and several times during our stay. I asked if the hotel had just been redone. The answer was yes. We were then told of all the various upgrades to Four Points. It was beautiful. There was live music at the Tiki Bar, every night! I just loved that. The food was delicious also.
