For over a $150 for one night, this place was terribly disappointing! The bed spreads were stained, bathroom door was broken, sink in bathroom coming off the wall, towel rack coming off the wall, floor peeling up, mini fridge didn’t work. Check in office couches were trashy and peeling. Would not recommend to anyone. No cold water in the bathroom. Toilet paper holder was broken. Staff however was VERY nice and helpful!

Check in was at 1pm, we pulled in at 3pm. We saw cleaners still cleaning rooms. We were given our room but when we got in it hadn’t been cleaned, bed unchanged, pizza boxes on the dresser, trash in the trash, toilet not flushed, fire alarm chirping needing new batteries. Staff got cranky when we told them. We were told to come back in 30 minutes. We came back in 40 minutes, got the same room, it was cleaned but fire alarm still chirping. Went to office, they said they had to go get batteries. 1 1/2 hour later they still didn’t replace it, complained again, was told he was 10 minutes out, where did he go for batteries that took 2 hours? Only one hand towel in the bathroom, the cleaners were still in the area, I asked for towels and was told I had to go to the office and ask. I got cranky with them, went back to my room but eventually went to the office, one of the cleaners gave me a stack of towels, I asked if there were wash cloths, was told yes, but there weren’t any. Bathroom door doesn’t close all the way, dirty walls in the bathroom, mirror corroded, worn old furniture, worn towels, room dimly lit, sofas in the office are an idea of what to expect. The only positive I have for them is their WiFi was good.

The furniture in the room was worn out. The door to the bathroom was broken. The threshold into the bathroom had bare metal rails that could cut bare feet, the toilet was wobbly, the floors were dirty and the shower controls were hanging off the wall…I did not use the shower because of the poor shape the bathroom was in. All of the items were communicated to the front desk staff. The only redeeming aspect to the room was clean linens. I will never stay there again.

The room was very neglected. The bathroom had no towels for showers or even hand washing. The toilet had a screw driver bit wedged under the edge to prevent the toilet from wobbling ( which did not work). The bathroom door was broken, the bathroom counter top sink was broken away from the wall, the cabinet door was broken, the toilet tank was cracked. The room was very cold when I checked in, so I turned the heat on. I set the heat at 72°. The room quickly became too warm, so I turned the heat down to 66°. The heat ran too hot all night making it uncomfortable to be able to sleep. On the second day I was gone for 9 hours. When I returned to the room after 6:00pm I asked if towels were stocked in my room when maid service was done. I was informed that no one had done my room however I would receive towels. When the towels were brought one of them was torn pretty bad. The side walks weren't cleared of snow. Overall I would say that this was probably the worst experience ever with a motel or hotel. I would rather park on the side of the road and sleep in my pickup truck for the night then to ever consider staying at the Stadium View Inn again.
