We had a wonderful stay. Check in was very straightforward. The bistro had some great food. The pool was nice and the ability to go to the other resorts was great! Will definitely be going back.

This is our favorite hotel on the Big Island! The hotel offers spacious rooms, plenty of parking, and everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We’ll be back!

Breakfast buffet was underwhelming. The towel checkout process felt like we were in second grade being handed some crayons that we might lose or break. The pool chair that sit in the water supposedly have a sun shade mechanism, which didn't work and came crashing down on my head. Overall, just didn't feel as special as it has in years past....

The property is great but we felt a little bit trapped. Ocean tower is at the edge of the property and it takes forever to get to the main lobby and leave the property. If you like being on a resort all day then youll love it. We enjoyed it for the first day but afterwards felt trapped. Took 20 minutes to get from our room to the front lobby when we were checking out. The food is decent but way too overpriced. We had pizza from Nui and it was so hard we couldn't bite into it. Walking to the pool and getting towels or getting anywhere on the property is a bit of a track. If you like to walk, it’s no big deal. Overall, great property but would stay here again
