Lovely overnight stay. The staff were all friendly, efficient and helpful. Beautiful room with some many thoughtful touches such as hot water bottles and an "emergency toothbrush". Fresh milk for the in room tea and warm cookies on arrival which were delicious. We ate outside in the very relaxed beer garden - the pizza was fantastic, and the restuarant inside also looked nice. Breakfast was lovely. It was v convenient for an overnight stay en route to where we were going, but the only negative is that it is not the prettiest setting. Would definitely stay there again if we were going that way!

The Pembroke Arms is an amazing hotel. It is part of the Chickpea group which mission is to offer high-quality, thoughtfully styled boutique bedrooms for travelers. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like royalty. Eve who was at the front desk welcomed us with a huge smile and showed us our room bringing a bottle of milk and some cookies. The room was immaculate with a very comfortable bed. The location is great with a beautiful surrounding atmosphere. Wilton is very close to Salisbury and it is a very good place to stay. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with an excellent service. Breakfast was delicious and service was attentive and efficient. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The best staff ever, I give them really 5 stars, good breakfast and dining, the place is of course very old, with lots of stairs and old stuff. Shower was very good. The small double room is really small, almost no place for one luggage. Important: it is not possible to open the window, not even a little bit. We had a room to the street and the street noise was not a problem. I used their earplugs and I had a good sleep. The window nothered me more!
