I booked this at the last minute and so pleased that I did. Excellent location, clean and lovely powerful shower. Very easy parking and the breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay again. 🙂

Parking was off road and well lit. Staff were professional and approachable. Sadly my sleep was disrupted by an incessant hum from the rooms RCD box.

Recently refurbished very pleasant hotel , though my room was rather small . A ‘big bear ‘ of mine us these absurdly small washbasins that hotels seem to b fitting . The plugs never work & the basin is too shallow so it’s impossible to wash one’s face without standing sideways on to the basin else you vang your head on the single tap . Shower screen too small so water splashes out into the floor saturating the bath mat , which in turn will very soon ruin the lovely flooring . Designers don’t seem to think if the actual practicalities . That said , it was a comfortable stay .

Location: Great on the sea front at Largs and next door to the famous Nardines restaurant. Parking: plenty of parking at hotel which is free. Note of caution: this is a hotel designed to host weddings. So depending on your stay there might be loud music until closing time (Midnight). Rooms: very comfortable and if you upgrade there is amazing views out to the sea. No air conditioning, but tea coffee making facilities. No fridge. Overall. Pleasant stay, safe quite location, but as I have said if wedding function may have to tolerate music until end of function. Decent breakfast, friendly staff and location is good.

My daughter was married in the hitel and many guests stayed overnight. The wedding was beautifully planned and executed. The staff were really helpful and kept things moving smoothly. They could not have done more for us. The preperation room for the bridecand her party was perfect

Lovely hotel, looked recently refurbished and very well situated on the edge of Largs, overlooking the beach, Cumbrae and the highlands and islands in the distance. Staff were all very helpful, breakfast had a good variety of items - both hot and cold, there is a safe, private car park and the bedroom and bathroom were both spotless and comfortable. Regular bus services made for easy travelling up the west coast for the ferry services at Wemyss Bay for Bute and Gourock for Dunoon if you wanted to ditch the car. Largs itself is a pretty seaside town with plenty of eateries and Gourock is also worth a trip for its pretty seaside promenade.

Attended and stayed for a wedding. Breakfast was a disappointment. Hard eggs, bacon fatty and greasy even when asked for this to be crispy. Bar poorly attended, had to go looking for staff each time to buy drinks. Enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff were polite. Room was comfortable and great sea view.

Stayed for one night whilst attending the Open golf at Troon. Quick check-in, spacious and clean room, fantastic Scottish breakfast. Will definitely stay again next time I’m on the west coast of Scotland. Thanks!

I should have checked first if there were lifts, unfortunately none, we were on second floor we both have poor mobility it was a struggle but a member of staff did help with suitcase. We also assumed we could get dinner but wrong again, they only do breakfast which was not great. At least there are many restaurants nearby. We found a lovely Italian one. The room was very good, but crumbs on floor at my bedside, not amused. We wouldn't go back.

The hotel is beautiful, and really clean. Breakfast was lovely and cooked fresh. The thing that let this hotel down for me was the smoke/fire alarm in the room which was bright green with the lights off, which made sleeping difficult. They need to address this, as I wouldn't stay again because of it. It was like sleeping under a street light.

The service and hotel were amazing, their staff are so friendly and can’t do enough for you. The rooms are beautiful and well the bed, if I could have taken it home I would have it was so comfortable. We will definitely return.

Nicely presented Bed & Breakfast, the establishment does not have a restaurant, it offers bed & breakfast. Its on the edge of town so options available close by. Beakfast was excellent.

We were in town for the Viking festival, which was across the street! Super convenient, new finishes and very clean. Breakfast was excellent! Marianne was helpful and very kind. Our would be nice to have a fan on the room as it was a bit stuffy and warm.
