Peaceful place to rest. Plenty of free street parking. Nice and close to the airport. Good breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

I booked this hotel because of the shuttle service but they have stopped it. The Internet was very bad and it was difficult to get an Uber to go to the airport.

Ein Hotel, dass super für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp erreichbar ist. Da es keinen Shuttle gibt, sollte man Uber nutzen. Kostet keine 10 Euro. Renovierte Zimmer. Ein Manko für den fehlenden Stern sind die Öffnubgszeitek des Restaurants. Sonst alles wirklich top!!!

The hotel is conveniently locate between T1 and T4 and one Metro stop away from them. It’s 6 minutes walk to the Barajas Metro station so one can use the Metro to go to the airport. However what attracted me was the airport shuttle service this hotel offered. So we picked this one. Unfortunately on the day before our arrival I received an email informing us that due to COVID, there won’t be shuttle service available. By the time we received the email it’s already past the free cancellation deadline. It seems very deceiving for them to advertise the shuttle service on their website but tell the customers it’s not available when they can no long cancel.

Was on a 12 hour layover. Hotel was clean, comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. The only negative is they advertise airport shuttle and do not provide one any longer. Still very convenient to the airport.

I really liked the amenities: restaurant, gym, padel courts and included breakfast. Great choice for overnignt layovers

Stayed one night for an early flight. The hotel is ten minutes away from public transport. Employees are friendly. The room is a bit dark for my taste. The carpets from the hallway need some freshen up. The tv didn’t work.

A una estación de la T4 del aeropuerto, es fácil llegar en Metro. Repetiría para una breve estancia en Madrid. A mejorar la limpieza de la habitación.

Not a good experience. The place is easy to find from the metro station, but it is your first time, you need to by the plastic metro card - that you will never use again - so one way trip is EUR 7 the back is EUR4.50. The biggest issue I had was the level of chemical smell from disinfectants that was sickeningly strong in the room and even in the corridors. Years of built up of everyday spraying. I can only imagine how toxic this is to the staff, I had to leave the window wide open overnight and the smell only got better by next morning. Thankfully two blankets were warm enough, but I would never wanna be there in a colder month. Next, this is a new hotel, yet there is NO USB port anywhere, even the reception didn’t have any plug in USB port, so I couldn’t change my phone. The said to go to by one in a store, but being Saturday morning, it was closed. Then the breakfast. For EUR8 the only edible thing was the watermelon. The coffee was so bad that i wonder if that machine was ever cleaned or serviced. The pastries were out of a plastic bag, not fresh, the eggs were made of liquid commercial “egg”, the yoghurt only “flavored “, all the cheapest quality. I ended up going to a cafe to get some coffee. Then. The WiFi was so slow that my phone couldn’t even load pics, and the TV only had Spanish channels, not even CNN or BBC. And for last, the bathroom had pink mold, which I couldn’t take a photo of because I had to turn my phone off not being able to charge it. 😳🙄

Rooms are specious and clean. They offer free juice and water in the mini bar. Breakfast is ordinary, but they have fresh orange juice which I love a lot. Cappuccino from the machine is very bad. It’s batter take espresso than add milk apart. Good location if you want to be near the airport sound isolation is not good. We can’t hear the noise from corridors with other guest talk loudly.

Great 4-Star hotel with 1-Star internet service. Internet not fast at all, not dependable for work.

Close location to the airport. Walkable neighborhood with lots of cafe bar and restaurant options. Rooms were big and bed and pillows very comfortable. The staff was responsive and professional. Close to the metro and was able to use uber easily.

The room and property were exactly as described. This is a functional place to stay near the airport. Wouldn’t call the rooms “soundproof.” But it wasn’t super noisy.

Bon accueil, hôtel propre, bien placé avec le métro a côté(dans la zone A) situé entre les arrêts pour l'aéroport,ainsi que burger king ou cafétéria et bien d'autres. Le sèche cheveux étaient défectueux dommage. 2 petites bouteilles d'eau et 3 jus de fruit dans le mini bar offert.

Zeer lawaaiig hotel. Om 22.00 wer er nog bij 5 graden in het donker buiten getennist. Schreeuwen en deutensmijten op de gang.

A tale of two cities: I thought it was worth it, but my wife observed some negative attitude from a receptionist towards a guest, which turned us off.

Fiquei apenas um dia e escolhi pela proximidade do aeroporto . Paguei cerca de 15 euros de Uber . Estava com meus dois filhos e amei o fato de ter cama para todos ( muitas acomodações para 4 pessoas fornece sofá cama). O quarto é bem amplo e conta com uma divisão de vidro no meio separando uma cama de casal com duas de solteiro. Em baixo possui um restaurante bem gostoso mas também tem muita coisa próxima para opções de jantar. O hotel foi bem solícito e chegamos às 11 da manhã e já nos colocaram no quarto, mesmo o cheking sendo apenas às 13horas

One of the worst experiences I had as a customer of any business, not only hotels. I left money and passport in the room safe and a substantial amount was stolen (600€). While the lock logs show that 2 people entered the room while I wasn’t there (main maid and cleaning), the response from the personnel was just to accuse me of lying and to say that they blindly trust their employees. The manager sent me an email ASSERTING that I wasn’t robbed. I spent my few nights there feeling neglected, badly treated and in fear of getting robbed again and of course I spent hours until 3am in a police station filing a criminal complaint. If you don’t leave things in the safe, that will be their excuse in case of robbery. If you leave them inside the safe and somebody breaks in, opens the safe with a master key (very basic safe with no security features) and steals your money, they will align totally to make it look like you’re the thief. They even lied in the official complaint by saying that I changed my version about how much money I was robbed of. TRUTH only has one version. If you value your safety and want to avoid total and absolute disrespect and neglect from personnel, avoid staying here. Adding photos of the safe and the email from the manager denying everything and calling me a liar. Both the manager and the reception asserted to have the only master key for the safes so one of them are lying. Be careful if you’re staying here, it’s on your own risk. 2nd review as I booked twice

Traveling with a group of 24 students, it was important to have an efficient booking-in process and comfortable, safe, environment... with a goods breakfast included.

Awful stay fortunately only one day. Asked for two beds and hotels.com rang the hotel and confirmed 2 beds requested and told that would be no problem. Got to room to find one small double bed, went to reception where nobody cared about the issue and they made no attempt to try and correct. If you want to guarentee any room request’s I suggest you stay elsewhere, plenty of choice in the area.

A short walk ( under ten minutes )from Barajas metro station, which is one stop from the airport terminals so super convenient if you have a late/ early flight. Rooms are good. Very clean. Bed comfortable and hotel in a quiet area but with some eating options not too far away. Breakfast 8€ for standard buffet- style food, which was worth it.Metro line 8 takes you to centre in fifteen minutes.Choose the ten journey ticket plus one airport trip or the tourist ticket.

Buen hotel. Bien ubicado si quieres coger un avión desde Barajas a primera hora. A pocos minutos de la estación de metro de Barajas.

en excelente ubicación en caso que te quieras hospedar cerca del aeropuerto, pero lejos de la ciudad por si gustas vacacionar, el servicio de la recepción es bueno, sin embargo no son muy accesibles y falta de servicio si llegar tarde de tu vuelo.

We booked a hotel nearby the airport and selected this one because of reviews and reasonable price. Service was outstanding and breakfast cheap and very good. There were amenities such as fitness center that we didnt use but looked good. sometimes is hard to find them in Europe at this budget

Hotel at 10min from all terminals via the train. Confortable bed and rooms are ok. Breakfast couls open earlier then 7h for an hotel that close from the airport. Breakfast is good

Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable, personal atento, excelente ubicación cerca del aeropuerto, en zona residencial muy tranquila, con servicio de desayuno buffet bueno y muy variado. Habitaciones bien dotadas, con muy buenas camas y almohadas.
