직원이 친절하고 세탁기 편하게 돌릴수 있고 숙소내에서 밥을 해먹을 수 있어서 좋았어요. 침구가 푹신해서 잠도 잘잤고 호텔위치가 좋아서 투어미팅 포인트, 마트, 관광 모두 걸어서 했습니다.

O hotel Enter City é muito bem localizado em Tromsø. Dá para fazer praticamente tudo a pé — há supermercado, restaurantes e lojas a poucos minutos de distância. O nosso quarto atendeu totalmente às expectativas. A cozinha foi um grande diferencial, pois gostamos muito de preparar nossas próprias refeições. A cama era muito confortável e o chuveiro excelente. O hotel também oferece máquinas de lavar e secar, o que foi extremamente útil durante a viagem. Há café e chá disponíveis todos os dias para os hóspedes, um ótimo detalhe. A recepção foi excelente — a atendente foi muito atenciosa e simpática. O quarto estava limpo, bem cuidado e muito agradável.

We had a great 5 night stay at Enter City Hotel. It was easy to check in - we arrived just before the reception closed at 6pm on a Sunday. Process was seamless and fast. There is good security in this hotel as a key card was required for every door, so you know that no random people are coming to your location. There is a large lift for people with heavy luggages and the room is really spacious for 2 of us. I think it could fit up to a family of 4 with no issues. A nice touch in the hotel is that the toilet has warm flooring so we need not step on ice cold floor especially coming out of the bath during winter time. We missed it a lot after leaving Tromso and checking into a big chain hotel where the floor was so cold. Location is perfect, 2 minutes walk towards the Airport Bus stop (Scandic Grand). Good restaurant options nearby as well. Many supermarkets around the corner - nearest one called Xtra is just less than one minute away. Well stocked and good priced. The main street is also just 2 minutes away. Easy to walk to tour pickup point all within 5 minutes (Scandic Ishavs/harbour). Will recommend friends to stay and if i come back to Tromso i will definitely choose to stay at Enter City Hotel again.

Easy and friendly check in as hotel was within a short walk from the no 42 bus stop from airport at Storgate. Room was spacious with a cook top, utensils, cutlery and a fridge. Shops were witin a short walking distance. We had an excellent time at Enter Hotel.

The apartment was as described in the property description. It had fully reported kitchen. The room and hotel both are kept clean. The location is quite central to both supermarkets and tourist meeting points. The staff at reception are welcoming and friendly.

I tried to reach the hotel to upgrade the room for my little sister who is 12 years old. After talking to 3 different people, it could finally be fixed, but I had spoken to 2 who worked at another hotel. The confirmation on sms was the only one I got, which said I was staying in Viking Hotel, turns out I was staying at City Hotel. When we got there the reception was closed, with no heads up that I had to go to another hotel to get checked in. So I had to call the only number I had, to ask how we would get into the room, tired after a long drive. Then when we camre into the room, we found an eye lense laying in the bathroom floor. The sheets,towels and the toilet had bad smell. The matress on top of the bed was not laying very good on the bed, and it felt like we had room between the bed and the wall. Besides this, the room was alright. Great for us three. But the hazzle calling, and checking in was not very pleasant.

Hotel bien situé, en plein centre, près des commerces et de la rue piétonne. Un accueil du personnel souriant et disponible. Avec de bons conseils. Lits et canape lit spacieux et confortables. Pas de bruit à l intérieur. Par contre, fenêtres peu insonorisés donc par conséquent très bruyant car l hôtel est situé dans la rue principale de tromso. C est le seul irritant. Salle de bain en manque de reposoir pour savon dans la douche. plan de travail côté lavabo trop juste/petit (aucune tablette). Dommage car la salle de bain est spacieuse. Nous étions 4 personnes dans le logement. Cuisine trop petite pour 4 personnes. Pas de plan de travail. 2 plaques électriques et 1 evier. Rien pour poser la vaisselle apres lavage. 1 petit frigo. 1 table à manger avec 3 chaises. Alors que nous étions 4. Pas de place pour une 4ème chaise. Appartement plus adapté pour 2 personnes plutôt que 4. Pas de service de livraison de petit dejeuner en chambre. Ce qui est vraiment dommage car ce serait un gros plus! Pas de tri selectif. Franchement il suffirait de peu pour qu il soit au top!

This property should be rate 2 or 3 stars.........rooms were extremely small (even though I got the room for 3 people), bathroom was the smallest I had seen...no amenities in the bathroom....no breakfast (they sent to a different hotel that is 10 minutes walk and has a below average breakfast for an expensive amount). Location of the hotel was good.

Nice staff, they didn’t answer my email with questions beforehand, so I’d maybe recommend calling. The room was comfy, practical. I love that it was a fridge and tiny kitchen, with some basic kitchen utensils. The TV was tiny and far away from the bed and couch, so I didn’t use it. Good beds, with extra pillows in a closet. Space to place clothes in the closet too, with some hangers. The water pressure in the shower was good if I twisted the shower head to the right setting. The soap in the shower was good, and luckily not filled with fragrance. There was space underneath the sink to place toiletries. The hotel is within walking distance to anything in the city centre, with a grocery store nearby as well. I loved that I could open all the windows and let some air in, but it’s gonna be too loud outside to leave them open at night. But it’s well ventilated, so theres no issue. There was a heater that worked well to keep the room warm and cosy. The blackout curtains worked well.

Great hotel with lots of space in the room and a very friendly staff. Very walkable to everything downtown. It was also nice to have a key card access to not only our floor, but the entrance to the hotel as well. Only complaint is that there's only one mirror in the bathroom, so multiple women will struggle a bit.

Solo traveler. My stay was great. The room was small but it had everything I needed. The bed was so comfortable just perfect. The location was in the middle of everything. Ideal. I walked everywhere. So happy I chose this place for my four days in Tromso.

A nice touch in the hotel is that the toilet has warm flooring so we need not step on ice cold floor especially coming out of the bath during winter time. We missed it a lot after leaving Tromso and checking into a big chain hotel where the floor was so cold. Location is perfect, 2 minutes walk towards the Airport Bus stop (Scandic Grand). Good restaurant options nearby as well. Many supermarkets around the corner - nearest one called Xtra is just less than one minute away. Well stocked and good priced. The main street is also just 2 minutes away. Easy to walk to tour pickup point all within 5 minutes (Scandic Ishavs/harbour). Will recommend friends to stay and if i come back to Tromso i will definitely choose to stay at Enter City Hotel again.

Met Nasrin on arrival. She had a wonderful way of greeting and being helpful throughout our 4 night stay which enhanced our time at the hotel. The accommodation was warm in bad weather! The kitchen area was fine but lacked anywhere to dry dishes (could lead to water damage of units). The area around the table and chairs was very dark and would benefit from a light source. There was a loose socket on the TV wall (pointed out for health and safety reasons). Bathroom was adequately equipped and warm. Beds were comfortable. TV simple to use. Issues generally minor and pointed out to help. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Very centrally located making travel easy.

Nice staff, they didn’t answer my email with questions beforehand, so I’d maybe recommend calling. The room was comfy, practical. I love that it was a fridge and tiny kitchen, with some basic kitchen utensils. The TV was tiny and far away from the bed and couch, so I didn’t use it. Good beds, with extra pillows in a closet. Space to place clothes in the closet too, with some hangers. The water pressure in the shower was good if I twisted the shower head to the right setting. The soap in the shower was good, and luckily not filled with fragrance. There was space underneath the sink to place toiletries. The hotel is within walking distance to anything in the city centre, with a grocery store nearby as well. I loved that I could open all the windows and let some air in, but it’s gonna be too loud outside to leave them open at night. But it’s well ventilated, so theres no issue. I tried to reach the hotel to upgrade the room for my little sister who is 12 years old. After talking to 3 different people, it could finally be fixed, but I had spoken to 2 who worked at another hotel. The confirmation on sms was the only one I got, which said I was staying in Viking Hotel, turns out I was staying at City Hotel. When we got there the reception was closed, with no heads up that I had to go to another hotel to get checked in. So I had to call the only number I had, to ask how we would get into the room, tired after a long drive. Then when we camre into the room, we found an eye lense laying in the bathroom floor. The sheets,towels and the toilet had bad smell. The matress on top of the bed was not laying very good on the bed, and it felt like we had room between the bed and the wall. Besides this, the room was alright. Great for us three. But the hazzle calling, and checking in was not very pleasant.

Slight inconvenience for late check in at sister hotel, Viking. Found one bedside light out. Would have liked to use the hdmi port behind tv but it was not accessible. Window shades had to be always closed for privacy. Other guests noise occurred at 4am Sunday morning. We were still up anyways from a Northern Lights Tour that ended after midnight. Tourist center, tours meeting spot, restaurants and church all within walking distance. Kitchen facility, microwave and fridge were convenient. They were kind to hold our luggage after checkout while we had lunch nearby and before our trip back to the airport. Overall, our family would stay here again.

O hotel Enter City é muito bem localizado em Tromsø. Dá para fazer praticamente tudo a pé — há supermercado, restaurantes e lojas a poucos minutos de distância. We had a great 5 night stay at Enter City Hotel. It was easy to check in - we arrived just before the reception closed at 6pm on a Sunday. Process was seamless and fast. There is good security in this hotel as a key card was required for every door, so you know that no random people are coming to your location. Vi fikk ingen info om at hotellet ikke hadde resepsjon. Så vi ble møtt med en stengt dør. tilfeldigvis kom to av de ansatte dit, og det løste seg. Men vi måtte gå til et annet hotell for å sjekke inn(200 m x2) Alt vel med oppholdet ellers. Rommet var stort og med kjøkkenkrok. God plass til tre voksne. Dobbelseng og sovesofa. Men da vi Vasket opp kopper,og skylte ut vannet fra kummen,så oppdaget vi en stor lekkasje i benken. Avløpsrøret var tapet,så dette var nok en skade fra tidligere,som var blitt «reparert»

Hotel bien situé, en plein centre, près des commerces et de la rue piétonne. Un accueil du personnel souriant et disponible. Avec de bons conseils. Lits et canape lit spacieux et confortables. Pas de bruit à l intérieur. Par contre, fenêtres peu insonorisés donc par conséquent très bruyant car l hôtel est situé dans la rue principale de tromso. C est le seul irritant. Salle de bain en manque de reposoir pour savon dans la douche. plan de travail côté lavabo trop juste/petit (aucune tablette). Dommage car la salle de bain est spacieuse. Nous étions 4 personnes dans le logement. Cuisine trop petite pour 4 personnes. Pas de plan de travail. 2 plaques électriques et 1 evier. Rien pour poser la vaisselle apres lavage. 1 petit frigo. 1 table à manger avec 3 chaises. Alors que nous étions 4. Pas de place pour une 4ème chaise. Appartement plus adapté pour 2 personnes plutôt que 4. Pas de service de livraison de petit dejeuner en chambre. Ce qui est vraiment dommage car ce serait un gros plus! Pas de tri selectif. Franchement il suffirait de peu pour qu il soit au top!

I stayed for five nights and it was very pleasant. My staff are very friendly and helpful. The location of the apartment-hotel is excellent and very secure. Everything (supermarkets, restaurants, tour activities) is within walking distance and quite convenient. The Airport Express bus stops half a block away. It costs 125 krone or 11.5 US dollars one way. My hotel room was efficient and had a kitchen if you want to cook and save money. It was snowing throughout my stay and the city view from my hotel window was a winter wonderland. I must say I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again when in Tromso.

Easy and friendly check in as hotel was within a short walk from the no 42 bus stop from airport at Storgate. Room was spacious with a cook top, utensils, cutlery and a fridge. Shops were witin a short walking distance. We had an excellent time at Enter Hotel.

This property should be rate 2 or 3 stars.........rooms were extremely small (even though I got the room for 3 people), bathroom was the smallest I had seen...no amenities in the bathroom....no breakfast (they sent to a different hotel that is 10 minutes walk and has a below average breakfast for an expensive amount). Location of the hotel was good.

I stayed for five nights and it was very pleasant. My staff are very friendly and helpful. The location of the apartment-hotel is excellent and very secure. Everything (supermarkets, restaurants, tour activities) is within walking distance and quite convenient. The Airport Express bus stops half a block away. It costs 125 krone or 11.5 US dollars one way. My hotel room was efficient and had a kitchen if you want to cook and save money. It was snowing throughout my stay and the city view from my hotel window was a winter wonderland. I must say I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again when in Tromso.

Nice staff, they didn’t answer my email with questions beforehand, so I’d maybe recommend calling. The room was comfy, practical. I love that it was a fridge and tiny kitchen, with some basic kitchen utensils. The TV was tiny and far away from the bed and couch, so I didn’t use it. Good beds, with extra pillows in a closet. Space to place clothes in the closet too, with some hangers. The water pressure in the shower was good if I twisted the shower head to the right setting. The soap in the shower was good, and luckily not filled with fragrance. There was space underneath the sink to place toiletries. The hotel is within walking distance to anything in the city centre, with a grocery store nearby as well. I loved that I could open all the windows and let some air in, but it’s gonna be too loud outside to leave them open at night. But it’s well ventilated, so theres no issue. There was a heater that worked well to keep the room warm and cosy. The blackout curtains worked well.

O hotel Enter City é muito bem localizado em Tromsø. Dá para fazer praticamente tudo a pé — há supermercado, restaurantes e lojas a poucos minutos de distância. O nosso quarto atendeu totalmente às expectativas. A cozinha foi um grande diferencial, pois gostamos muito de preparar nossas próprias refeições. A cama era muito confortável e o chuveiro excelente. O hotel também oferece máquinas de lavar e secar, o que foi extremamente útil durante a viagem. Há café e chá disponíveis todos os dias para os hóspedes, um ótimo detalhe. A recepção foi excelente — a atendente foi muito atenciosa e simpática. O quarto estava limpo, bem cuidado e muito agradável.

Easy and friendly check in as hotel was within a short walk from the no 42 bus stop from airport at Storgate. Room was spacious with a cook top, utensils, cutlery and a fridge. Shops were witin a short walking distance. We had an excellent time at Enter Hotel.

Alltogether a great experience - but a bit noisy from the road outside in the early mornings. But I guess that’s what you get when staying in the city centre. Spacious, clean and comfortable for me and my two teenage girls. Also positively surprised by the Nespresso machine in the room. Would definitely come back.

It was terrible hot in the bedroom. Luckily we could open the window (5th Floor). The staff was great, we came to early and could go into the room.

Great apartments, close to many things, buses, walking distances to coffee, groceries, cafe's etc. I would have liked a desk lamp for working, the living room was a bit dark for my old eyes.
