Hot Tubs CLOSE EARLY even on weekend. Bummed out! I booked this property specifically because of the nice hot tubs. They close at 10pm. We got in late hustled down to the Hot Tub only to find it was closed!! I called the front desk asked if any way to open the hot tub for an hour. She said no. I explained I had just completed a 200 mile bike race and would love to soak my legs in the hot tub if there was any way. The manager said “No, That’s not how it works” I feel 10pm on a Saturday in September is pretty early. Had I known the Hot Tub closed so early I would not have stayed at this property

I would never stay here again even if it was free. Extremely overpriced, we paid $600 for one night and the toilet ran all night, the shower/tub wouldn’t drain, the ac didn’t work, the pool was closed, the hot tub jets wouldn’t work and the traffic noise was so loud.

The toilet did not work when we entered the room. A service man came and fixed the toilet. However, the toilet continued not to work throughout our stay. In addition, the shower backed up and there was standing water the next morning when we shower before we left.

The room was amazing and a lot bigger than expected. It is in the busy area of town and traffic can be heard all night. The parking for the hotel is not great for bigger vehicles like trucks and bigger. Over all it was a beautiful place to stay.

Will not recommend this property. Ok lots to say, staff friendly, property clean. All halls are outside, yes indoor pool & hot tub are indoors but you have to walk outside to get to them. The bar/restraint closed at 1pm because it’s is off season…not posted on web site bar hours are different. That was the whole reason we booked there was bar on site. NOW to the room, bathroom is so small that you have to squeeze past the toilet, step in the shower just to close the door( see pic below). Not sound resistant, the people above us if the walked it sounded like they were coming through the ceiling. Parking is horrible, super small lots.

This brand new property is a great value, right in the center of town, and so easy to walk to bars and restaurants. The modern design is really well done, and a great vibe for a ski town. The king room has a clever design, incorporating a kitchen and split bathroom (toilet and shower are separate from the sink/vanity). The luggage bench and ski gear storage is simple and well-designed. There is a fun word search puzzle on the wall as soon as you walk in, which we did right away. The downside to the room is that the door wasn’t properly weather-stripped so the cold draft came pouring in, along with the loud traffic sounds. They do provide ear plugs, which was a nice touch. The lounge/bar/breakfast area was a lovely place to hang for morning coffee. But $8 for a latte? Yeesh, this is Jackson Hole after all.

Decent room for the price. Quiet location.But property itself is somewhat odd with several buildings spread around,making it hard for uber or someone picking you up to find you.The buildings are 2 storeyed with no elevator for luggage, which we struggled with. The person at reception was inattentive and double charged our credit card despite telling him that expedia had already charged us. We had to call twice to get it cancelled.Overall experience therefore was mixed.

Within 20 minutes of checking into my room a housekeeper let herself into my room without knocking or apology. They leave cleaning carts stationed outside near the rooms and they are not quiet when using them in the morning. Their solution? Earplugs left in the room for guests. This is a red flag for me when it comes to any hotel/motel. Didn’t hear any guests only employees.

Great location. Front desk was nice. Room was average felt run down and dingy but we were ok with staying since we hadn’t planned to spend much time in the room. The smoke from the fires was so bad my husband couldn’t breath so we had to leave 1 day early. They were not willing to refund one unused night. We checked out by 11:00am and they had our room rented before we left. Only reason I know this was because there was a gentlemen at the desk asking for accommodation for the same night. Given that they were able to rebook our room their refusal to refund our one night is inconsiderate. I will never stay at this property again.

The office staff are rude and don’t help the visitors. Requests are ignored then when you go to the office to pick up the item they were supposed to bring to the room they say they forgot. They were also rude when we asked if our room was available. Came back at check in time and rude again. No thank you not have a nice day not anything. We said it to her just to make a point. Get some training on the front desk cause ppl don’t have to stay there. I won’t again. Secondly, the floors are uneven and you can’t turn around in the bathroom. What mattered more to me was the poor attitude and service.

Perfect for price. Really nice remodel for motel and ideal for families and skiers on a lodging budget. If available, ask for rooms closer to the side street Pearl vs the Main Street (Broadway) because traffic noise is significant. Likely the south side of the property which is near the quieter street gives less street noise.

Very modern hotel. Interior is designed to accommodate Skiers. Comfortable and clean. Polite staff. “Restaurant” and “Bar” connected to the hotel are almost nonexistent. Was not much of a bar. There are a few very close though. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel in Jackson was disappointing. Although it appears to have been updated at some time, Our guest room and the property in general showed signs of age and wear. The beds in our room were too soft or worn to be comfortable and the only seating in the room, aside from the beds, were two metal bar stools. Our room was on the second floor and there are no elevators so we had to carry our 50 pound bags up a flight of stairs. Parking is also limited and when we returned to our room one evening, we were able to park on the property but a considerable distance from our room. The only great think about this property was their onsite Triple M restaurant which had great food and service.
