Wonderful to be out of town but yet just a few miles away. Parking lots are just dirt, so staying there during wet times can be a problem. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Across the street from the Elk Refuge makes for a wonderful viewing experience. I would stay here again.

Room was modernized and very nice, kitchenette was great, had everything we needed for cooking small meals. Excellent communication from hotel, no contact check in and check out (door key code), free laundry with detergent and dryer sheet provided (awesome amenity for travelers that are down to their last set of clean clothes!). Fantastic view and a convenience store and gas station next door if you need snacks. The only negative is the very busy road right in front of hotel, but they provide free ear plugs if the sound bothers you. We turned on AC unit to fan and it was enough white noise to drown out traffic. Would definitely stay again when in Jackson.

It it was a nicely done remodel of an older motel. It was convenient for our stay after leaving the airport. The parking was not as convenient as we were in the first unit yet all of the parking spaces close to that one were taken and we had to park at the end of the parking lot.

We love staying here when we come for our daughter’s ski races. It has a kitchenette and dinning area that we enjoy. We love that we can park so close to the front door so unloading is a breeze! The beds and pillows are very comfortable. I am very picky about my bed and pillow, so this is an extra plus!

This was the nicest hotel that I stayed at during my time in WY - moreso than the chain hotels that I stayed in as a part of my visit. Their on site laundry facilities also allowed me to go home with all of my laundry already done.

We really loved this place. Great amenities of complementary laundry with soap and fabric softener. Keurig in room with pods. Great location leaving Grand Tetons park and just outside Jackson. Sunset across the road from hotel!

We have stayed at the Elk Refuge Inn frequently for many years. It is clean and comfortable, with some extras like laundry availability. I will say that I missed the snack baskets they have had in the rooms in the past, but that's no big deal. We will return

The property isn't right in the town of Jackson, but only a couple of miles drive away (toward grand teton national park). Easy to get to town or the park and parking at the hotel is easy. The room was comfortable and the kitchenette had all we needed for a great stay.

Checking was great and room was outstanding. Only negative was the air conditioner didn’t work and we didn’t sleep well because room was warm and stuffy. We opened sliding door for a bit to get air but with road noise we had to close it. Other than the AC not working and room too warm, it’s a wonderful place to stay and we’d stay again (with AC if needed).

We were never texted the checkin code and waited 30 minutes before reaching someone. No one was ever in the office even though the sign said they were open. Otherwise the room was very clean. We had a room facing the highway, so it would get noisy sometimes.

Beautiful views and nice place but a little pricey. It is $50 extra for early check-in even though the room is ready. The contactless check-in is a negative! I received too many messages during my vacation and was not given the code and had to check-in in person anyway. I felt harassed about the 10 am check out time which is another $50 if you are not checked out.

We have stayed here many times before, and really like it. Very clean and comfortable, with nice view across the elk refuge. We do miss the little treat baskets they formerly provided, but that’s fine. Never saw a person, but their digital messaging told us reverse needed to know (in fact, almost too much messaging). Nice place, close to town, but not in it.

The view of the room is amazing!! The check in was very easy. Their in person check in closes at 7pm, but they will email you a copy of the instructions via email. The beds are comfortable. The washroom is clean. They even provide some basic cooking pans and pots! There is a small kitchen to do some basic cooking. Absolutely love the place and highly recommended

Really outdated. A lot of money for the room that was not great. Stayed in hotels for 1/2 the cost with much better amenities. It was clean though. No complimentary breakfast. If you wanted their coffee in the am it was in the laundry room?

Although the room was a little tight, there was a small kitchen area and a good-sized bathroom. There was a sink and microwave and good fridge. We really didn't use them much but the dining and shopping a mile away in Jackson were excellent.
