Paid extra for deluxe room with gas fireplace, but fireplace never turned on. Room was bigger than basic, king bed was comfortable & had warm blankets added, ac unit had fan option to minimize outside noise, mini fridge & microwave, plenty of towels, keurig options on desk, sitting chair near fireplace was broken on leg, convenient to downtown but off main road, after concert no parking was available in lodge but plenty was across the street. No breakfast offered, checkin was simple with confirmation & room number sent day before with key code so never had to check in with anyone.

The property was clean and suited out needs. The entrance to the parking lot has a huge pothole that needs repairing. For the price, we were happy with the room and it was very convenient to Jackson.

Be aware that during the winter, there is no parking on the public streets between 3 am and 7 am. I arrived later in the evening, and the parking lot was full so I parked on the street, not seeing the sign down the block stating no parking. Since there is not street or public parking lot parking overnight I am not sure what you are to do if the parking lot is full.

Excellent property in my opinion. Our check in info was waiting in the box when we arrived. Door locks had codes rather than keys. Room was clean and comfortable, with Keurig coffee maker, frig, and microwave. Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Jackson, walking distance from most of the restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again.

The bed was comfortable and the room had some but not all essentials. For instance, it would be nice to have silverware and plates - even if they are compostable/disposable. The bathroom was old and dingy with a very deep spa tub that made it difficult to maneuver in and out without slipping. The staff were accommodating and there was always ample parking.

Large, comfortable room. Two nice chairs to relax in, plus desk chair. Has fireplace but we did use it. Great matress, pillows and sheets. Thick towels. Clean. Facial tissues and paper towels provided. Good sized refrigerator. Has microwave. Easy walk to Jackson Square and The Center for the Arts. Miller Park is across the street. Large, free parking area. Safe neighborhood. Easy, self check-in.

Property is very convenient to the square and in a quiet setting. Clean, easy to find parking.

Our room was OK quite worn . The bathroom had many leaks and looked like mold . Parking is limited , there is NO assigned parking , so if the small lot is full you park on the street. I expected much more for $369.00 per night.

Great location right in Jackson. Comfortable beds and clean room. Pretty bare bones in terms of amenities (e.g., just a Kurig, no fresh coffee in the morning, no hot tub or pool, etc.), but reasonably priced for the location and the free parking was very convenient.

Great location and value! Walkable to the center of town. Bathrooms a little dated but room was clean and comfortable. We were pulling a trailer and there was plenty of street parking in front of the property. Very convenient and felt very safe. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Smelled very musty with a stinky sewer gas smell the entire time we were there. Had to go buy air freshener just to stand it. The floors were filthy. My white socks were destroyed within two minutes of being there The online pictures were very deceiving. The bathroom definitely needs improvement. There were bugs embedded in the paint of the ceiling. Shower surround was not sealed properly. The corner of the wall by the bathtub was molding.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Miller Park Lodge; it was spacious, clean, quiet and the beds were very comfortable! I will definantly be back next year (or before). Caution: The only glitch was found on my GPS...it sent me to the first building (next to a busy road). After looking closer at the address, I was relieved to find the Lodge three blocks to the north and in a very nice neighborhood.

The toilet didn't flush well. You have to hold the handle down. Mildew and mold in the shower. Dirty walls. Loud refrigerator. Very small room. Low ceilings. I could touch the ceiling. Nothing like the pictures.

Cleanliness is super important for a hotel stay and our room looked clean but the floors were filthy (our bare feet were black after walking on the floor, and we take our shoes off at the door); worst of all, there were underwear on the floor in the bathroom closet area that were not ours. The check-in process was easy and efficient, and the room is a nice size. Sadly, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who values cleanliness.

This was the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. Smelled moldy. A/C loud and horrible smell. Very dirty. Bathroom door didn’t shut. Shower was surrounded by mold. Bugs in room. Cupboards were chipped and dirty, as well as the nasty dirty baseboards. Could hear creaking and every footstep above our room. For the $400 price I would NOT recommend.

Very clean and checking was simple. An easy walk to downtown.

Overall not a bad place. But for what you’re paying, it should be better. The beds were comfy, however the Bathroom tub was gross. Mildew on the floor and wall paint was peeling off. Needs a full renovation.

Was a little worried when I had to change reservations to Jackson, but I was pleasantly surprised that Miller Park Lodge was very clean and housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room every day.

Enjoyed our staff because it was so close to downtown Jackson. The room was clean. Quiet area of town. Room was cleaned every day.

The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Kitchenette with refrigirator, microwave, sink and dining table and chairs.

Value for the price okay Well located in Jackson hole center Room was very cold when I arrived, heating took a long time to warm up. Internet is very slow

I couldn't sleep for two nights staying there, I could hear everything on the second floor and next door•••very bad sound insulation. There's one night two people quarreled and fighted above my room l, I heard every single word and every movement•••The location is good and the room looks nice, but for resting and privacy it's unbearable.

It was ok. Location as good. Saggy bed, a/c unit in wall neve got cool, needs updating.

Good room size, excellent location, however WiFi was not working and was the primary need for me thus negating the value of the room. If you do not need connectivity via WiFi this would be a good option, if you DO, this would be problematic.

Unfortunately the ground floor was very noisy. We had people above us pacing for about 1.5 hours above our room. Heard every step. This went on from 10:00pm -11:30pm. Then started again at 4:00am until they left at 5:00am. Lucky we found we packed ear plugs.

It was nice to drive up and go straight to the room. We had a lower room and it was not very soundproof so heard the upstairs room all night. Otherwise, it’s a great location and it was warm!

Terrible experience cleaning staff directly opens the door while we are still inside the room even hours before the checkout time

No check in. No one answered calls at when TV didn’t work.

I stayed for one night and it was all I needed - a safe, clean, comfy room. The bed was really comfortable. The check-in process was very simple. I arrived in the evening and could just go right to my room with information from an email - room # and door code. I could easily walk to dinner and shopping. Great atmosphere in town. Check-out was just as easy. I’ve already paid for my room, so I just left by check-out time. No need to stop in the office. Overall, great!

Property provided an access code to open the room, which did not work. Was not able to get in and noone was at the property. Called them and emailed for over 90 mins - no response. Completely unacceptable. Emailed them to issue a full refund...have to look for another hotel to stay in now!

there are no staff members to talk to, this is all on your own. You receive a code for the entry to your room, and then you leave....

The bed was very firm, so it made sleeping difficult for us. We asked to get a few towels & TP & was told by the staff to take the do not disturb off the door & the maid will come in. So we took it off when we left for the day & nothing was touched/replenished when we returned @ 6pm. We checked the office & it was locked.(paper in room said it was open from 8am-7pm. Then calling the # listed in the room, they told us there was nothing they could do until 8am the next day. So, no showers for us.

I stayed here for 5 nights during ski season, This property is pretty reasonably priced for its location compared to the competitors. It’s walking distance from everything in Jackson town square and also quiet as well! The room was spacious and the fireplace is a nice touch! We didn’t have hot water the first day b/c the water heater broke and I understand things happen and it got pretty cold the night prior. Only reason it didn’t score higher was the housekeeping. They would knock, never pronounce themselves as housekeeping, give it two seconds, and they open the door….everytime without fail. One morning I was able to catch them quick enough and she had a cleaning bucket in one hand and a full greasy McDonald’s bag in the other, assuming she wanted to service the room we weren’t ready at that time so I said no service please and she said okay I’ll come back later …..I just hope she wouldn’t come back and eat McDonald’s in the room??Also at 7:30am a housekeeping team member was standing right outside our door talking on the phone very loudly, granted our room was right by the shed they keep their supplies in but cmon. The gentleman that ran the front office were super sweet but I just didn’t sleep well knowing housekeeping could open the door wide open at any point.

Lovely older property across from a small town park. Easy walking distance to everything in Jackson. Well maintained. Trees outside my windows from a corner room. Non pretentious. More affordable option in a very expensive town. Very clean.

This lodge is in a perfect location. Not only to walking activities in the town square, but driving to Grand Teton National Park and beyond.

Nice large room with kitchenette sink, microwave and mini fridge. Table with 2 chairs. Nice park across the road with playground, basketball court and pickle ball courts. Just a few blocks walk to numerous restaurants.

Excellent location. 1 block to bus transit center. 5-10 mins walk to all the shops and restaurants. And yet it’s quiet and allows us to rest well. Rooms are not fancy but very clean. Very good value for its price.
