Parkway Inn of Jackson Hole

Nice room, lots of closet space, great location for walking around down town. Comfortable bed & pillows. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub, sauna & gym. Was here early November, so the shoulder season & had the amenities all to ourselves. Coffee & snacks in the lobby were nice.

Great location. No elevator! Walls are really thin and bathroom is very tiny!

Parking was great have a separate lot in the back. Room was clean and staff was great. Pool and Hot tub are not as nice as in the pictures but not terrible for the price point.

The hotel is nice and the staff are very friendly. The location was perfect and walkable to the town center for shopping and restaurants. I gave the hotel 4 stars because there is no elevator. We were on the 2nd floor and had to hike very heavy luggage up and down the stairs which was very difficult.

Pool spa and sauna great. The treadmills in the gym didn’t work. Really needs a laundry on site .

Good Sized Room and comfortable beds. Needs some updating and TLC. Overpriced for what it is. Musty wet smell and there was trash on the floor as well as tooth paste on hand towels in bathroom. No umbrella for the patio furniture on the balcony or white privacy curtains on windows. Felt like I was in a fishbowl (room #53). Pool and Spa area were nice and clean. Front Desk staff was great!

The property was very nice and super clean. I would stay here again. Only problem was we put the do not disturb on our door two days in a row and the maid still came in.

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at the Parkway Inn in Jackson, Wyoming. The room was exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping service was amazing throughout our visit. The location is perfect—just a short walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The water pressure in the shower was great, the bed and sheets were super comfy, and the entire property felt clean, safe, and well-maintained. Parking was easy and convenient, and the overall atmosphere had a relaxing, spa-like feel. The only areas that could use improvement are the front desk staff, who were not very welcoming, and the fact that the hotel does not offer breakfast. Despite those minor issues, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Our first night we heard a roaring sound, which turned out to be the ice machine across the hall from room 119. It would roar on a cycle of about every 20 minutes. In the morning they accommodated our request for a room switch. That night the occupants next store were so LOUD we could hear every word. No one answered our multiple calls to the front desk and we learned that the desk is not staffed from 11 pm to 7 am.If you want coffee from the lobby before 7 you're out of luck. We loaded out about half of our stuff to the car and went out for breakfast. Returning at 9 and the desk clerk gave us one of our bags and said that housekeeping had dropped it off. Weird! We went to our room and housekeeping was in it cleaning - they'd stripped the bed, removed all the towels, all of the open Moulton Brown product, etc. Check out is at 11 - 2 hours away - but for some reason they thought we'd checked out. They left and I went to use the bathroom and take a shower before our 3+ hour drive home. That is when I discovered that there was no toilet paper, no towels and no product. We had stuff on counters in the bedroom. We had food in the fridge. They had taken all our bathroom stuff - including our toothbrushes and stuffed it in one of our bags and dropped it off downstairs. We complained and the clerk offered to refund the night but then said he couldn't because we booked through Hotels.com! Really

We loved staying here! Spacious room that was very clean. The provided toiletries were outstanding. They even had cotton balls and Q tips. Easy walk to the square. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is located within walking distance of the square. The room was large and updated. The staff were very nice. I would come back and/or recommend Parkway Inn!

Clean and comfortable room. Nice stay in Jackson. Rooms are a bit dated, very dark and cramped shower/tub/commode room. There should be access to lobby (for decent coffee, etc.) before 7am.

Mostly good. TV size is tiny. Air/hearing blows hard disturbing sleep. Bathroom shower/toilet very cramped.

Great room, well decorated and clean. Nice hotel generally. Was too hot to use while we visited, but the pool area looked nice. This was expensive, but the area is generally expensive. Great location as could walk anywhere in the town - which was a really nice place with good bars, restaurants and views. Only slight issue was that we had a room with a connecting door and the sound proofing was pretty bad. Luckily they didn't stay up late but in the day there were points where we could hear everything which wasn't ideal.

We had a large private balcony facing the mountains with some fantastic rock formations. Our room had a living room, separate bedroom and a large bathroom with walk-in shower and tub. It was very clean and comfortable and quiet. The location was great walking distance to town Square.

Not even close to being worth what you pay. The walls are so thin you hear everything through them. I’ve stayed in nicer motel 6’s.

Our room was decorated in an exceptionally tasteful western theme with real wood furniture. There were two closets and the bed and pillows were very comfortable, clean, and fresh smelling.The amenities were numerous and very high quality. The balcony was cozy. It was a delightful stay.

This is a very nice place and part of a vibrant downtown Jackson experience. The rooms are nice, decorated with typical western fare. The suite room we had for the first three days was terrific, with tons of storage space and separation of the sleeping and living area. Towels were fantastic. We stayed an additional night at the end of our trip in a superior king room which was also nice, but the bathroom design was awful with the tub and toilet crammed together in a clost sized room. Had problems with a tv but that was fixed for us. Staff were friendly. Just know that the office is not staffed from 11pm to 7am.

Air conditioner in our room was loud but looked like it was one of the few that hadn't been replaced.

Check in was a but strange because the clerk seemed annoyed to check us in. The room was good. The hotel is in the perfect location to walk to Jackson downtown. It’s really close to the square. It would be a good place to stay to go to the Tetons. The lobby only opens after 7 for coffee. The room doesn’t provide creamer.

The hotel was very cute and charming and perfectly located. The cleaning staff was efficient and very kind. The location was perfect! However 2 nights into our stay the bathroom light stopped working and we had to shower and use the bathroom in the dark. Maintenance told the front desk that the fan must have gotten moisture in it and caused the issue. She told us to wait until the next morning. The next day it worked for a couple minutes then went out again. Very inconvenient and frustrating. They moved us rooms but I also asked to speak to the manager about a possible compensation for the problem for that night. I was told he would call me Wednesday. Nothing. I was told he would call me Thursday. Nothing. As we checked out Friday, Jimmy said he texted the manager and I would get a call for sure. Nothing. I feel the lack of communication was very disappointing and honestly made me feel like I was getting the runaround and they had zero concern about my issue.

It was exactly what we needed. The front desk staff was very accommodating. We won't hesitate to stay here in the future and recommend the hotel to friends.

We initially selected this hotel for the location (which was great) but had a very unfortunate customer service experience and we will not be back. We had someone use our bathroom in our room while we were out, used hand towel present, and an awful smell of a bowel movement. We were completely disregarded by the front desk staff, told "there is no way, no one can access your room, not even staff" which is wildly inaccurate as the cleaners can, besides the point I am unable to include full conversation in this review due to limited space but we were told "there isn't anything we can do" and "we are sold out." Then the maintenance guy spent 30 seconds in our room and told us we would get a new room. This still came with a very large hassle, we asked for a refund and wanted to leave and were told that was not possible as well. Eventually we received a new room that was clean but an absolutely appalling customer service experience. I still cannot believe it happened and we will not stay at this hotel again. Great location yes. You cannot shower when anyone else is showering (otherwise cold water) but overall was fairly clean we just had an awful experience that I wish to not happen to anyone.

The front desk staff was amazing and very helpful with a major booking issue. They accommodated us perfectly and could not have been more professional or efficient. The rooms are lovely and the location was perfect. It was a wonderful stay.

Room was sufficient and clean, but staff was not very helpful (we had to wait 30+ min for someone to return to the front desk just so I could check in, phone went unanswered, and messages were not replied to).

The Inn was very nice, clean large room that was appointed in a rustic motif which was perfect for where we were! The Inn is conveniently located so we could walk all over town! We would definitely stay there again!

The Parkway Inn was located just a few blocks from the town center. We never had to drive to get to the restaurants and shopping! It was perfect.

It was very nice but there wasn’t any form of breakfast. Fortunately it’s within walking distance of The Bunnery which has excellent breakfasts!

The hotel description was completely erroneous! THERE IS NO BREAKFAST served which the desk person rudely repeated twice! We will NEVER stay there again. Parking spots are limited and then you have to park on the next block. They don’t tell you they will charge you $10/day on their website which is “in case” you avail yourself to their Grab and Go. You don’t get your refund until after you check out. The people above us were so noisy which leads me to believe the ceilings on the lower level are paper thin. This place is on a dead end street with quite an ugly view of the surroundings. Do yourself a favor and book your stay in a more appropriate setting. W have been to Jackson Hole 15 times and this place was the worst! 😡

It was very good and clean. No resturant at property but enough around the area. NY subs next door was awesome.

The location is great! The staff was pleasant, but really didn't go out of their way to say hello or greet you with a good morning or such and passing. There's a pool Jacuzzi and sauna which is open 24 seven. if you wanna do the sauna, I suggest you heat it up on the timer and then go enjoy the pool and Jacuzzi go back and heat it up again and then it will be nice and hot room was quite large actually a king size bed and its own private area a kitchenette going into a living room, very impressed with the size. Some other comments said the hotels are outdated, but it goes with the vibe of the area and the town. I found everything spotless. Rates are all consistent with other lodging. Our bill for two nights came out yo $1327. Most other places include breakfast this place has no breakfast is grab n gogo at additional cost.

They serve Starbucks coffee which I am not a fan of. Everything else was fantastic

This location is within walking distance of the downtown area but away enough to be quiet. My only complaint is that the lobby didn’t open until 7 am- a girl needs her coffee!

Good location in Jackson, easy to walk to restaurants and shops. This is a cozy inn, very clean and in good condition. Bedding comfortable; couch was an old sleeper. No second chair or table in room other than a desk attached to wall. Outside and inside door access to room. Quiet except for talkers in the hallway. No breakfast but great options in town.

Coffee station needs to be improved. Standing in line, one person at a time is not ideal for this service!
