Very basic unit. Nothing remarkable. Driveway access to underground parking was steep and caused scrapping to the front of car. Certainly not a place I would return to.

The apartment ws spotlessly clean and the manager was very friendly and professional. Views were lovely and the lagoon was very close. Might suggest changing the carpets in the common areas like hallways as they are quite worn. Overall a lovely place to stay :) Hanette

This is the second time we have stayed at Belaire place. The staff are great, it is beautifully clean, and the apartments are very spacious. The kitchen appliances in our unit were older than I would have liked, but the overall experience offers great value, in a superb location. Recommended.

We had a top floor apartment with great views. Checkin was easy and the apartment was very spacious and in perfect condition. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided and cleanliness could not be faulted. We particularly enjoyed the spacious deck with it's views over the ocean. Would stay here again.

Fantastic rooms, very spacious and clean. There are everal streaming services available on TV and ability to log into your personal account on a couple of other platforms (ideal for us as weather was very wet during our stay). Free to air channels are all available as well. Very close to restaurants, coffee and beach. Shopping precinct is very handy as well. Major supermarkets are probably 2 to 3 km away. Check in and departure were very easy.

Overall, it was good, bit tired looking. Kitchen wasn't brilliant, unfortunately no dishwasher and not well stocked. It was only a 3 night stay, so didn't really impact us, but I wouldn't chose here for a longer stay.

Fantastic location, we had the penthouse suite Only things I would look into is as follows: Outside ranchslider in lounge, u can jamb your fingers when closing from the deck. Does hurt !!! Bathroom is looking a little tired but still very functionable, we would recommend this room however, the views are great

Property is older style but in pretty good condition. It is very close to waterfront, shopping area and walking distance to other beaches eg Kings, Moffat, Shelly, Golden (if you like a nice stroll). Kitchen has basic equipment, enough for a few days, with bar fridge, microwave, hot plates and oven. No instructions or information book provided, so needed to use prior knowledge to work out the hot plates/oven/grill only worked if stove timer was on! Bed was comfortable but only made up with sheets on, so had to use blankets in cupboard, which were on the small side for a king size bed. No doona provided. Widows do not have screens so would need to use heating/cooling more than necessary as you couldn’t open them very far (they had locks set only a few inches from closed position). Likewise sliding doors did not have screens, so could not be left open and not very eco-friendly. Staff were nice and helpful.

Loved the location. 2 min walk to shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, patrolled beach and more. Spacious apartment with great ocean views. Only complaint was that the one air con didn't reach the bedroom well enough to cool it down but I was there during a heatwave and feel the heat so it may not bother others. Bed was very comfortable and huge balcony

Location is great. We paid for an apartment so we could go into the lounge room while our baby was asleep but there was no aircon in the bedroom. We stayed in summer so we ended up moving the mattress into the lounge room so we could sleep comfortably with the aircon.

The location was excellent only a stones throw away from the beautiful Bulcock Beach. We were greeted warmly and given useful information. Unfortunately we found the accommodation very dated. The bedroom curtains had holes the lighting especially at night is very poor in the bathroom/bedroom for applying make-up. We could hear other guests use the toilet in the middle of the night. And being asked to remove rubbish and wash dishes was the last thing we expected especially as we were on holiday and had an early morning flight out of Brisbane. We won’t return to Belaire Place in the future.

It was a good place to stay. However we felt hastled by the duty manager ringing us to ask what time we would be arriving. He was told the first time it would be 5pm and he then rang again to ask what time we would be arriving. We thought this was a reasonable time to arrive - office hours. An update is needed to their information on WOTIF as they are definitely not available until 7pm at night.

The apartment is an older style apartment with plenty of room in the living areas and bedroom. Well equipped and very comfortable. Good sized bathroom with plenty of storage. Great location right next door to Tides Restaurant and lovely views over Bulcock Beach. Staff were helpful and very friendly. Close to many cafes and restaurants. The food and drink voucher for the RSL Club was a great bonus which we used. Food was good there.

Everything is within walking distance from this apartment. Eating , shopping in the Main Street, beautiful beach walks and calm and surf swimming options. Plus walk to the Sunday Markets
