Loved the accommodation, location was great, staff were lovely. Pools were great, only thing was the amount of chemicals in the pools destroyed jewellery and left our hair in terrible condition. Would definitely stay at the watermark again.

The property is perfect for families with 3 pools at different heights and 1 being heated, soa, deck at front where you can bbq, fish or just watch the world go by. The rooms where nice and clean and staff was nice

The place was spacious and view was great. The pool and spa was small and often taken up with other guest. The balcony’s all face the pool so can be noisy at times. Location was great, walkable to beach and restaurant's. Overall was a great place to stay. Only thing that let it down was noise and business of pool area

Lovely outlook onto waterway. Sheltered pool area with both heated pool and spa as well as unheated pool. Close walk into caloundra for good dining options and close to esplanade walk along to beaches. Free parking underneath the complex. Staff very nice and helpful with advice especially Kelly on our arrival.

Beautiful view from the ocean view apartment and the location is excellent, however we found the apartment itself, although tidy, was not very clean. The glasses, plates, cutlery etc needed to be washed before use; not really what you want to be doing on holiday.

This property is not what the pictures display None of the electric keys we where given worked we had to enter and exit the building threw the fire escape stair case 3rd floor with a baby and 3 other young children The room was very unclean there was little cockroaches everywhere the sliding veranda doors did not lock and the whole complex stinks And the residents that live in there permanently look like junkies WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Really enjoyed the one night stay. Room was big for a studio. Very clean and well appointed. Outside setting next to pool was a bonus and good to sit and unwind with a beverage. Reception staff was welcoming and efficient. Didnt have to ask anything as all was explained. Would highly recommend.

Great size apartment in great location. Very clean. Pool was good. Only negatives were the shower, barely any pressure and climbing in and out of a deep bath to use it. Back doors to outdoor area were extremely hard to open and close.

Property was overall enjoyable. One bedroom had no AC and a very slow fan so it was tough to sleep in there which was frustrating. Parking was a struggle with only one park assigned to a 3 bedroom apartment. View was great. Ample glasses etc but pans, bbq etc weren’t in great condition. Overall we had a great time but a few little items missing or not quite at the standard that we’d expect for the price. We were also told a few things about our group booking which weren’t the case on arrival which was very frustrating. Relief manager was lovely and the check in process was smooth.

Though the room was clean and reception friendly, the room was very disappointing. For a 4 star room it was extremely small, just above reception and overlooking the car park. Nothing like it looked in photos. Couldn't upgrade even with willing to pay more $ unless we wanted to stay 2 nights.

Clean and tidy with friendly staff. We booked on the day as our original accommodation was a nightmare that we abandoned. We are so happy to have been able to enjoy our holiday at the Watermark. It was spotlessly clean and thankfully the pool was heated to a cosy temperature. It was safe for our 1 year old to crawl around and play. We will definitely go back
