The biggest turn off was the fact that their “bar and restaurant” was 80 degrees, nobody was working at the bar, there was money and alcohol bottles, and paper left out everywhere (I took photos). One of the women working the front desk was rude and on her phone the whole time I was asking questions. The pool area smelled like rancid fish. Spend the extra $30 and stay at the hotel next door.

I love this property. I’ve stayed there 4-5 times now. Every time I go to Louisville it’s my spot. Only knock I have on it is the pool. I may have bad luck, but last 3 times I’ve been it’s been down.

The staff is incredible! The nice lady that checked us in was extremely kind and helpful. We ate dinner at the bar attached to the hotel and everyone we dealt with was amazing and the food was tremendous! The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, the pool was nice. Would definitely recommend!

Service was great. We loved our server, Max, at the bar and grill. We wished he was in duty every night during our stay. Our only complaint about our stay was the pool. We were looking forward to a nice hotel with an indoor pool we could relax in after a long day. But the pool area smelled fishy and the water was cloudy. We didn’t smell any chlorine at all in the water. And there were little bugs coming up from the dirt under the bricks around the pool in the table seating area. After 10 minutes we couldn’t take it and went back to our room. We should have told the desk clerk but we were wet and wanted to get back to our room to dress and then forgot about it at check out.

Very easy parking . Very clean & quiet. Had a wonderful breakfast buffet for free! Gave me a coupon for 4$ off a wonderful meal ! The pool was nice and warm ! Wonderful staff!

We had a great stay, on our way to visit family. Super comfortable bed and full service restaurant right in hotel. We had a wonderful dinner. Everyone was friendly and made us feel very welcome.

The hotel cancelled our reservation I’d made through the third party, and then offered us a room with a higher rate. They ended up giving us the rate that the third party booked us for, but the stress and pain we had to experience left us with sour taste. The carpet in our room was disgustingly dirty, and the pot smell in the hallway was present the entire stay.

The front staff was friendly and helpful when we brought concerns to them. Our only concern was that the housekeeping staff did not remove our trash during our stay. Each day upon returning to our room, we had to call the front desk and ask for the trash to be removed.

The hotel itself was clean, quiet and with good water pressure in the shower. AC was a bit wonky but overall room was good. However, I was VERY disappointed by the poor Customer Service response I got when I informed the manager as well as the head of Housekeeping that the house-keeping staff had inadvertently taken my sleep shirt which was hanging on a hook in my room. I went to the Front Desk on 2 separate occasions and made 2 phone calls after I got home and I felt like they kept passing me off to someone else ("I\'ll ask the manager to call you" then the manager said "I\'ll ask the Head of Housekeeping to call you".) There was no follow up and no recompense for my nightshirt, which didn\'t have high monetary value but much sentimental value. Very disappointing response. Will probably not return due to poor customer service response.

One of the receptionist is racist . She called the cops on us as we were literally in the lobby for less than 5 minutes and we had told her to give us a few minutes to finish on a call. Never again!!!

My sister and I had a very pleasant day, and it became more pleasant when Amy and Dawn at the front desk, helped us with our boarding, passes being printed out. Amy even helped me fix my Maps app which was making me crazy because it wouldn’t speak and she fixed it in about two seconds. She went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer. I was also surprised how quiet it was considering it was so close to the airport.

Clean, and close to expo center and airport. Surrounding area is semi-industrial. There is a Zaxby’s about a mile away, and a Taco Bell in walking distance, but otherwise no good eating choices. Went with my child for AAU tournament, and it suited our needs

Great place to stay, the restaurant was hotter than we could stand and didn’t eat anything at all due to the heat. There was fans but it was blowing hot air around. The room was perfect for us, the pool and gym looked nice but we didn’t use either one.
