Ideal location in the middle of Trogir, yet very quiet. Comfortable, good bed. Plumbing was a bit noisy and tired, but didn’t really affect our stay. Marin is a very welcoming host, and very fit! He bounded up the stairs with our suitcases. Yes, there are plenty of stairs. That’s what old cities are like.

This hotel was in the Old City Center in the absolute perfect location. Everything is very close and walkable, including the parking area. Our host was extremely nice and friendly. Our room overlooked two alley streets which we loved. The hotel and room were very clean, comfortable and cozy, with plenty of extra space in the room itself. There is a self laundry location a very few steps away from the hotel. The morning housekeeper and preparer for our breakfast was very nice, friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend this lodging choice.

hotel is right in heart of Trogir. So this is perfect for folks who like to be in the midst of crowd and noise throughout the night. Biggest issue with this property is parking. It says on-site parking but the parking is NOT onsite. We had to park almost a mile away and drag our bags through unpaved roads and steps on bridge. If you are a backpacker then it should not be a concern. Location wise it has all the restaurants and places within Trogir within minutes walk

The owner, Mario was very friemdly and helpful. Parking can be very expensive in the immediate area at 4 Euro per hour, but Mario advised where the parking was free. Lovely clean room and great bed for a restful sleep. Great convenient dining choices too. Thanks again for all your hospitality, Mario!

Una decepción. Llegamos y nos dieron las habitaciones del 4° piso y sin ascensor. Íbamos con mi madre y la señora apenas podía subir escaleras. La chica de recepción, solo nos dijo que perdón por las molestias... Supuse que sería porque estaba completo y era lo que había... Pero al ir subiendo por las escaleras todas las habitaciones estaban abiertas, no tenían los clientes aún, hubiera sido un detalle que al menos a ella se la hubieran cambiado...En el último piso que estábamos hacia un calor impresionante, el aire acondicionado no enfriaba lo suficiente (hacia más calor en la habitación que en la calle), lo dejamos encendido toda la noche y hasta el día siguiente al dormir no había una temperatura aceptable. Las camas horribles, te hundías y te envolvía el colchón, me desperté a media noche con dolor de espalda y me fui al suelo a dormir. Sorpresa que nadie nos hizo la habitación al día siguiente y sin avisar, sin disculparse y no siendo barata la estancia (solo hicimos dos noches). El desayuno aceptable y correcto, no necesitábamos más. Igual otros pisos no serían tan cálidos, igual al estar arriba se olvidaron de hacer nuestras habitaciones, igual los peores colchones eran los nuestros, igual con el detalle del cambio de habitación para mi madre... La ubicación perfecta en el mismo centro del casco antiguo. Sin todos los inconvenientes mi percepción igual habría sido diferente. Igual fue un cúmulo de malas coincidencias. Solo pidan que no sea el último piso.

Great location in the center of Trogir. Parking is not included and quite expensive if you park in Old Town (4 to 8€ an hour). However, I paid 10€ to the hotel for a carded lot just a few minutes walking distance from our location.

The property owner/manager was very accommodating by allowing our group to check in early. He was welcoming, very helpful and provided lots of useful tips and advice. The bedrooms were clean and spacious with comfortable mattresses and pillows. There was great water pressure and plenty of hot water in the newly renovated bathrooms. It is also ideally located within the Old City on a quiet side street.
The property owner/manager was very accommodating by allowing our group to check in early. He was welcoming, very helpful and provided lots of useful tips and advice. The room was clean and the staff were very courteous. The room was spacious. I asked for two twin beds and the beds were right next to each other and there was no way to separate the beds. It would be better if the beds could be separated and were further apart when traveling with friends. Also a kettle in the room would be nice. We enjoyed our stay, The staff were great.

We just stayed one night since fairly close to airport. Staff was very helpful in arranging taxi ride for very early flight. Location is awesome, and overall a decent comfortable room. We wished we had stayed a bit longer.

My husband and I didn’t stay long here, just for the night before flying out very early in the morning. But this hotel was so charming! The beds are so comfortable. If we do go back to Trogir we will definitely come here. The owner of the hotel was so kind and informative. The town seemed very lively, so if your looking for a place to stay with lots life at night, i recommend staying here.

My friend and I travelled by boat and were very pleased at how close the hotel was to the promenade and port. Many restaurants to choose from. We also appreciated being able to check in HOURS before 2:00pm. Marin was very helpful.

Other than the parking situation this was a FABULOUS place to stay. Marin and his staff were the absolute BEST. The went above and beyond their duties to make our stay the VERY BEST. Giving our dining recommendations and helping my daughter with shopping places to buy affordable clothes when her luggage got lost by the airlines. If/when I come to Trogir again I will definitely be staying at the Villa Fontana
Other than the parking situation this was a FABULOUS place to stay. Marin and his staff were the absolute BEST. The went above and beyond their duties to make our stay the VERY BEST. Giving our dining recommendations and helping my daughter with shopping places to buy affordable clothes when her luggage got lost by the airlines. If/when I come to Trogir again I will definitely be staying at the Villa Fontana

This hotel was in the Old City Center in the absolute perfect location. Everything is very close and walkable, including the parking area. Our host was extremely nice and friendly. Our room overlooked two alley streets which we loved. The hotel and room were very clean, comfortable and cozy, with plenty of extra space in the room itself. There is a self laundry location a very few steps away from the hotel. The morning housekeeper and preparer for our breakfast was very nice, friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend this lodging choice.

My husband and I didn’t stay long here, just for the night before flying out very early in the morning. But this hotel was so charming! The beds are so comfortable. If we do go back to Trogir we will definitely come here. The owner of the hotel was so kind and informative. The town seemed very lively, so if your looking for a place to stay with lots life at night, i recommend staying here.

Una decepción. Llegamos y nos dieron las habitaciones del 4° piso y sin ascensor. Íbamos con mi madre y la señora apenas podía subir escaleras. La chica de recepción, solo nos dijo que perdón por las molestias... Supuse que sería porque estaba completo y era lo que había... Pero al ir subiendo por las escaleras todas las habitaciones estaban abiertas, no tenían los clientes aún, hubiera sido un detalle que al menos a ella se la hubieran cambiado...En el último piso que estábamos hacia un calor impresionante, el aire acondicionado no enfriaba lo suficiente (hacia más calor en la habitación que en la calle), lo dejamos encendido toda la noche y hasta el día siguiente al dormir no había una temperatura aceptable. Las camas horribles, te hundías y te envolvía el colchón, me desperté a media noche con dolor de espalda y me fui al suelo a dormir. Sorpresa que nadie nos hizo la habitación al día siguiente y sin avisar, sin disculparse y no siendo barata la estancia (solo hicimos dos noches). El desayuno aceptable y correcto, no necesitábamos más. Igual otros pisos no serían tan cálidos, igual al estar arriba se olvidaron de hacer nuestras habitaciones, igual los peores colchones eran los nuestros, igual con el detalle del cambio de habitación para mi madre... La ubicación perfecta en el mismo centro del casco antiguo. Sin todos los inconvenientes mi percepción igual habría sido diferente. Igual fue un cúmulo de malas coincidencias. Solo pidan que no sea el último piso.

I absolutely loved this place, especially the staff. I was traveling alone and had a very large and heavy suitcase, and Marin carried it up to my room without me even having to ask! The hospitality was great. The staff always greeted me and went above and beyond to make my travel as comfortable as possible. Right in the center of Old Town Trogir, location was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend to anyone!!
