Suites Gran Vía 44

Mi estancia ha sido agradable, la ubicación es buena, aunque hay que hacer uso del parking; se agradece que tenga descuento. Eché en falta una cama de matrimonio en lugar de dos camas pequeñas, ademas de mas utensilios para comer alli, servilletas y lugar para dejar los útiles de cocina secarse.

La estancia en general bien. Complicado llegar en coche para dejar maletas. Estuvimos 5 personas en suite familiar y el último se tuvo que duchar con agua fría. La recepcionista muy amable. La situación muy buena. El sofa cama muy incomodo.

Bella struttura sia all'interno che all'esterno su via centrale, vicino alla cattedrale ed alla fermata degli autobus per l'Alhambra e le maggiori attrazioni. Negozi, ristoranti, market lungo la via. Non ha parcheggio ma ce ne sono diversi nelle vicinanze a pagamento. . Camere dotate di tutto e pulite. Personale accogliente.

Very dated and dark apartment. You can hear outside. As soon as you entered, the apartment smelled awful, not sure if it is because the apartment was on the first floor. The bed was also uncomfortable. They leave used dishwasher sponges. The only good thing was the lady who checked us in who was very friendly.

Appart hotel bien situe a 5 min de la cathedrale et du centre historique. La suite etait tres propre, accueil professionnel et lit tres confortable. Je recommande cet apparthotel que ce soit pour un court ou long sejour.

This hotel was a life saver! Myself and my friend originally booked a hotel in a different place and had to change hotels at the last minute. The Suites Gran Via 44 had an open room so we took it, and we were not disappointed! The staff were very friendly and the accommodations were very well cleaned. The room was nicely sized with a small kitchen, dinning table, medium size bedroom, and medium sized bathroom. The room overall was very nice and clean.Will defiantly be staying here again!!❤️

The Suites Gran Via is well situated to walk to many of the major sites in Granada: the Cathedral and Royal Chapel, the Albaicin area, and the Alhambra. Our room was clean and we really liked how dark it was at night when we closed the shutters. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure. However there were a series of small issues that diminished our experience: the cooktop shut off if we tried to use both burners at once so we could only use one at a time. The fan over the cook top didn’t work. There was a pod-type coffee machine but we were only provided 2 pods for a 4-night stay for 2 people. We were to receive a bottle of wine with our stay but had to ask twice before we received it. Our toilet paper was never replaced (used the last bit just before we checked out). There was no hand soap in the bathroom so we had to step into the shower to get soap from the dispenser when we wanted to wash our hands. And when we arrived the room had a very strong air freshener scent that did not dissipate till the next day. Nothing major but just small things that were annoying. But the location was so good that it made up for these things - almost. Supermercado and the Mercado San Augustin are close by, as well as a great little bodega with generous tapas directly across the street.

Very nice apartment unit. Close to everything. Front desk staff super friendly but it was not available for 24 hours which was a bit inconvenient. I booked a non-smoking room but the unit had very strong smoke smell when We first got in. It was obvious that the previous customer smoked! It was terrible, we had to open all the windows for a long time to get rid of the smoke smell. We couldn’t get a different room because we were told that was the last one available.

Fantastic stay! Check in was easy as I had filled out the forms ahead of time. Communication with the staff was also quite good. They responded quickly via Whatsapp and the check in staff was nice. Room was also very comfortable and had everything I needed. The internet connection was a little slow (5 mbps upload, 1 mbps download) but it was enough to complete a Zoom class without problems.

Buen apartamento pero el sofá cama para renovar, muy incómodo y las TV no funcionaban, solo 1 y no me dieron solución porque ya estaba cerrada la recepción, algo que tendrían que revisar antes de entregar una habitación para que esté todo correctamente.

Very practical accommodation with a well-equipped kitchenette (fridge, kettle, microwave). Central but quiet (as requested). Very welcoming and helpful staff, small problems (TV set) rapidly solved. Weak WiFi is the only downside. Highly recommended!

Appartement très agréable et bien situé, bien équipé et très propre. Accueil très agréable avec une personne qui n’a pas hésité à nous parler en français, ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas en Espagne. Pour être excellent, il manque un peu de maintenance surtout en catégorie 4*(meubles abîmés, porte savon dans la douche posé car cassé…) À l’arrivée des bouteilles d’eau nous attendaient, c’est sympathique.

We arrived later than 7pm when there was no receptionist so we received instructions to access the hotel. The instructions were initially provided in Spanish through Expedia which I had to translate. As part of that process, we also had a portal where we had to fill in some information and the bank details which didn't work so I had to contact the receptionist. Luckily Maria replied really promptly either else I would have to worry about whether we were allowed access to building. We only realised after the trip that there was mention about breakfast across the street at a bodega, but it doesn't mention whether it was complementary or not. Overall the space is really practical and we stayed in a suite with one bedroom, bathroom with great water pressure rain shower, living room with open plan kitchen. It's a bit of a mystery where we would hear water dripping sounds at night because it got so quiet. It's situated on the main street of Granada. You can't beat the convenience as everything was practically on your doorstep including buses, 20-25 mins walk to Alhambra, food choices are ample and all the other well-known landmarks are within 5-15 mins walk.

Large room. Windows to the street and to the central courtyard which brings in cool air. I forgot to write them to say we'd be arriving after 7 pm. We had to call the manager at home. Otherwise, everything went perfectly

Está descuidado. Frio. Oscuro. La cocina con implementos incompletos. Aseo deficiente. La recepcionista de la llegada poco amable .

Excellent location, very pleasant and friendly staff.

The apartment was spacious, well equipped, and very comfortable. The pillows were, in particular, spectacular! This was an excellent value for the money, and I would have been happy spending much more time there. The front desk's hours are unfortunately very limited, but the self-check-in system using the lock box in the lobby worked well. The mobile check-in and mobile key were buggy, so I would skip that next time and just use the lock-box. The staff were friendly and helpful by email and during the time they were on site.

As a Gold member that booked a VIP Access property, I was to receive a Gold Exclusive of 1 Free bottle of wine per stay, which I was never offered, but the last day I reminded them of it and explained that since I don't drink alcohol, that I would accept juice in its place, which they refused. All the could offer me was water. How is water even remotely close to replacing the value of a wine bottle? Very disappointed. I also booked an additional day as a Gold member, and guess what? Still no offering of the Free Wine bottle, not even water.

Our stay was a brief stopover but after our travels it was nice to have the luxury of a clean room and a comfy bed. Thanks to the team for the great dinner recommendations as we had a fantastic meal close to the cathedral.

Gut gelegen für die Besichtigung, sauber, sehr hilfsbereit und sehr gute Kommunikation. Allerdings relativ laut, da an zentraler Strasse.

Lovely rooms. The location is perfect, close to the cathedral, downtown shopping and the albaicin neighborhood. I would stay there again on another trip to Granada.

Very convenient for major attractions and very close to numerous bus routes. In spite of being on a major road it was very quiet. The apartment was very spacious. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. It was nicely decorated.
