This hotel is very well situated within close walking distance of Enniskillen town and Lough Erne. There is a car park for use of residents. My room was large, well furnished and equipped and clean. The public areas were modern and the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of dishes. As a town centre hotel, the view from the room was of the rear yard of the hotel and adjacent light industrial unit and there was some background noise, although I did not find this intrusive. The front of the hotel is on a quiet road but close to a major road so some road noise might be expected. Additional facilities are limited but anything you might want would be available in the town. The hotel bar is very comfortable with a good atmosphere. The evening menu was limited but with sufficient choice. An excellent choice for visiting Enniskillen and for touring the Fermanagh lakes and the Geopark.

This is a good hotel in Enniskillen, good parking, easy to find, walking distance of town centre, Rooms were very good and the cleaning staff do a brilliant job at this hotel, food, dinner was served in the bar area, my beef starter did not taste of beef, potato was the taste, my 10oz steak was cooked as ordered, and served well, i would have loved some background music, the history lecture from another table did not add to my enjoyment. Staff great, car parking very good, common areas nice, breakfast decent, bedroom a good size. Main issue was a damp and mould patch on the bathroom ceiling, the thermostats hanging off the radiator in the bathroom. I would have expected a 4 star hotel to have corrected those problems.

Great hotel, free parking and easy access. Staff are very good, friendly and helpful. Food is excellent, chicken wings and steak sandwich are the best I’ve had in years, simply delicious! Breakfast was excellent in the restaurant. Overall a great hotel, I look forward to returning again soon

- they put us in a accessible room. Fairly large, had a safe but no fridge. The button for the toilet was jiggly and the back fell off but they put it back on. Free parking. Comfortable bed. Would only give it a 7.5. Food in restaurant was excellent

The hotel was very warm and welcoming on a cold frosty evening, the lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very tastefully decorated for Christmas and made us feel very festive 🎄 Our room was extremely clean and comfortable and the en-suite was spotless. The staff left a little personalised treat in the room for my husband as it was his 60th birthday which was a lovely surprise and gesture. We stayed for 2 nights and ate in the restaurant, it was very busy and with the quality of the food I understand why it was a popular place. We will definitely be back and I would really recommend this hotel to anyone.

Most of the staff were lovely and helpful. One guy didn’t know the answer to a basic question. But the sheets were dirty, as were the cutlery and coffee cup at breakfast. Also, the shampoo and shower gel were empty when I arrived and wanted a shower. Nobody on reception so I had to go looking for a staff member to find shower products. Shame these wee things let down what is otherwise a good hotel with good staff

Lovely overnight stay , was here for wedding at nearby hotel. Very comfortable beds , room was spotless. Reception staff very friendly and had a great breakfast served by Gary , nice decor in dining room. We were welcomed so well by the girls at Reception. They were pleasant and helpful. Room was a good size, comfortable and clean. We had al most everything we needed. Spotless. Excellent black out curtains. Tea, coffee, water and biscuits provided. Good breakfast and Jacqui, who is in charge, is amazing - SO helpful and friendly. 4 small negative points: 1. The window was completely opaque - not pleasant☹️ We presume the view must have been undesirable but we would still have preferred transparent glass. 2. No body wash convenient to the bath!! 3. There were quite a few stains on the underside of the duvet cover - not good. 4. Food in the Bar area in the evening was mediocre. I had a fish cake and I would have needed a magnifying glass to find any fish supposedly pink trout???

Comfortable beds, wonderful staff, excellent restaurant. Our room was rather noisy - with the window looking out over the rooftop, which had exhaust vents running 24/7. Otherwise, nice stay and any other issues were addressed by staff immediately.

Stayed here for the weekend as a group of 6 to celebrate my sister's 50th birthday. Had some contact with the hotel prior to arrival in order to arrange to decorate her room and be there to surprise her. Staff could not have been more helpful in organising this. In fact, every staff member we encountered enhanced our stay with their courteous manner, all credit to them.
Stayed here for the weekend as a group of 6 to celebrate my sister's 50th birthday. The staff, especially Robert were really friendly, hospitality and nothing was too much for them to do every request was replied with “no bother”. We arrived earlier than the check in time and as the room was ready they checked us in. They also allowed us an extra 30 minutes late check out. The breakfast was very delicious, the smoothie was made with banana but the chefs were happy to make one for me with bananas. Overall it’s was a good stay. The staff’s pleasantness was the best.

Our stay at Westville has been the best of our stays in Ireland to date. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the staff helped us book our activities, breakfast and meals available on site or walking distance to shops. The staff were also interested in us as visitors and keen to know how we were going with our planned activities. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were excellent, went over and above to ensure we had a great stay. Lovely to get a welcome cake plate in room in arrival. This hotel is very well situated within close walking distance of Enniskillen town and Lough Erne. There is a car park for use of residents. My room was large, well furnished and equipped and clean. The public areas were modern and the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of dishes. As a town centre hotel, the view from the room was of the rear yard of the hotel and adjacent light industrial unit and there was some background noise, although I did not find this intrusive. The front of the hotel is on a quiet road but close to a major road so some road noise might be expected. Additional facilities are limited but anything you might want would be available in the town. The hotel bar is very comfortable with a good atmosphere. The evening menu was limited but with sufficient choice. An excellent choice for visiting Enniskillen and for touring the Fermanagh lakes and the Geopark.

This is a good hotel in Enniskillen, good parking, easy to find, walking distance of town centre, Rooms were very good and the cleaning staff do a brilliant job at this hotel, food, dinner was served in the bar area, my beef starter did not taste of beef, potato was the taste, my 10oz steak was cooked as ordered, and served well, i would have loved some background music, the history lecture from another table did not add to my enjoyment. But we left as fast as possible after paying £103. For dinners and drinks for two

The hotel was very warm and welcoming on a cold frosty evening, the lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very tastefully decorated for Christmas and made us feel very festive 🎄 Our room was extremely clean and comfortable and the en-suite was spotless. The staff left a little personalised treat in the room for my husband as it was his 60th birthday which was a lovely surprise and gesture. We stayed for 2 nights and ate in the restaurant, it was very busy and with the quality of the food I understand why it was a popular place. We will definitely be back and I would really recommend this hotel to anyone.

Lovely overnight stay , was here for wedding at nearby hotel. Very comfortable beds , room was spotless. Reception staff very friendly and had a great breakfast served by Gary , nice decor in dining room. Our best hotel on this tour of Ireland. Very handy for the town. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent and we ate in the hotel one evening and had a good meal. Only downside was that the shower was over a narrow bath and we did not feel comfortable using it.
