In every area there was something out of order it was dirty the continental breakfast didn't exist at all during the week causing me to spend an extra $300 for meals our room the fold-out couch was nasty nasty had dirt and something red all over it the bathroom door knob was broken the refrigerator didn't work I didn't feel safe there with my four grandkids. Not to watch the hot tub was out of order the pop machine was out of order there was glass around the hot tub area my grandson got his toe cup Pizza glass while he was swimming in the pool I would not suggest this to anybody this was a horrible horrible stay

Was dirty, reeked of marijuana and cigarette smoke. There were buckets in the hall to catch water falling from the ceiling. I tried using the hair dryer and it about caught on fire! We did not use the pool but saw the area and it looked pretty bad as well.

Highly do not recommend. The hotel is cheap, and in a good location, but those are the only two positives I have. Upon arrival, the hotel looks nice, modern lobby, but the second you go beyond the lobby you are greeted by a broken elevator and rotting wooden stairs to get to the 2nd and 3rd floors. The hallways are separated by a steel door that holds the smell of mold and mildew that’s seeped into the carpet and walls. When my friend and I walked into our room, we noticed right away the falling down popcorn ceiling. Upon further inspection and trying to get settled, I noticed hairs on the pillowcase of a bed that had been made, but sheets unchanged. Their was also dog hair all over the carpets. In the bathroom, their were all sorts of mysterious stains, no practical cabinet space, and we found a roach crawling around on the floor. See pictured. Customer service was mediocre at best, as I fought to make reservation modifications to simply change the name when my weekend trip had already been paid in full. So, we knew bringing these concerns to the attention of the front desk wouldn’t do any good. Long story short, spend the extra $20-$30 per night and go somewhere decent.

The first room had not been cleaned. Beds were unmade and trash everywhere. The second room beds were made, but there was trash in trash cans, also woke up to bed bugs. It was horrible! 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

First of all the pictures online are cat fish 2nd of all the receptionist when i checked in, gave me a freaking irritated look, like girl what did i do to you. Got in our room, carpet was dirty, hairs in the bathroom, towels has lots of stains, lamp doesnt work, windows and walls are very dusty and you can see spider webs. The worst part was a COCKROACH was crawling on me in the morning and that was the reason i was screaming and woke up yesterday. If i can rate this place -0 i would! this is the nastiest/dirtiest hotel ive ever been! Paid 77 dollars a night and it wasnt even worth it, WILL NEVER COME BACK AND PLEASE LOOK FOR OTHER HOTELS

The hotel is terribly outdated. 1st room had a huge stain on the fitted sheet. If that was acceptable to put on a bed makes me wonder what else was acceptable that didnt habe a stain. The door to the bathroom didnt close and the vanity had some sort of wax dropplets all over it. The tub still had the soap residue on the soap shelf. I would habe not stayed there if it wasnt for the lateness of check in and just needing a bed to sleep in. Will not select this hotel again

Upon check in the room was filthy. Feces on the bathroom wall. Dirty floors all over. Room smelled of pet urine. Toilet paper roll broken. No washcloths. Hole in box springs and mattress. Microwave was filthy. Refigerator frozen and not working. Phone not working to call front desk. Intake filter on AC was filthy. I cleaned it. Recliner broken. Hair dryer not working. Smell of marijuana and cigarettes through the halls. Baby cockroaches. I can’t believe I had to pay for this room. It needs a deep clean.

Mold everywhere! No blankets on the beds. Stains all over the walls. Bathroom/Bathtub tiles VERY slippery. Shady people hanging out in the hallway. Stay away from this place!

Upon checking in we got our cards and took the elevator to the third floor to room 309. The cards didn't work on the door. I left my boy friend in the hallway while I went to go get another card. I got another card and went back to the room and the new cards didn't work. I went down to the desk again and a worker followed me up to show me how to open the door with the card only the master card didn't even work. The worker went back downstairs and got new cards to a different room and we got in. The air conditioner barely worked. Cigarette burn holes in the comforter. Nothing was plugged in. And the coffee pot was filthy. The shield to the bathroom exhaust fan was tore down. I want a refund.

Great room. Clean. Friendly check in. Breakfast at 7 is too late. ALSO, biggest and really the only one id the atrocious WiFi. It didn’t work most of the time and when it did it was slow and I kept getting warnings about how insecure it was.

Room is aged and in need of repair. Card was also charged when I selected the option to pay by other means at the hotel. Since card was charged this was the excuse for not getting the advertised deal. Stayed 4 days total and paid for all 4 days. Maintenance attempted to enter room without notice mid day but doors were latched as I was in taking a nap and when I opened the door was greeted with a "I didn't know you were in here, sorry". Didn't think anything of it or the fact they were already 2 doors down by this time till later as it woke me from a nap but at a minimum not very professional and very suspect as to why/how many other occupied rooms are they going in and out of without notice? Probably will not stay here again as that experience alone was creepy at minimum

The carpet, walls and curtains are old and wore off. The door is not completely close tide. The hall way has a odor smell like dogs peep and it is so noisy in the middle of the night when people talks it can be heard clearly.

The staff at this facility was amazing! I was a little cranky coming in because is was so late. The staff handled my cranky very graciously. The next morning when i apologized they were very accepting of my apology. The hotel itself you can tell was very nice but has seen better days. Overall a great experience!!!!

It took three rooms to get it right. First room TV didn’t work, second room air conditioner didn’t work. Third room was the charm. After that everything was normal. Can’t complain too much because of the price was good.

Upon arrival the front desk agent let me know that host hotels.com had actually overbooked the property. She then told me that there were no rooms available. I had already had my credit card charged and was not about to leave without a refund. She then lets me know that she found a room. However, the room hadn’t been cleaned. I was only on a shopping trip with some friends so we made due with it. The place is right next to a strip club and I’m fairly confident that at least some of the rooms are used hourly. This place is simply nasty, throughout.

Well a couple of issues really got our attention. 1. Non smoking hotel had an odor 2. Non smoking hotel, yet employee vaping at front desk 3. Non working TV, when I called the front desk their suggestion was to walk down and get a new remote. Ummm how about bringing me a remote, I am the guest. 4. Got to witness a great game of grab ass between the staff while eating breakfast. The "assistant" manager has offered a partial credit, which I have not received any notification on.

Arrived at 4am with a paid reservation, lady greeted us with a rude "you\'re gonna have to wait 20 minutes I\'m doing an audit", 30 minutes later we get checked in. Room was hard to find, there were dirty socks on the floor, shirt in the dresser, blood stains on the curtains, hair in the shower, feces on the wall next to the toilet, trash hadnt been emptied but had a new bag on top of the trash, bedside lamp was broken, an outlet hanging from wall with exposed wires, floor hadnt been vacuumed, trash under the bed including some baggies with drug residue in them and lighter. People tried to get in our room at 5am, then several times more starting at about 9am.

There was a condom box and wrapper on the floor behind the chair. Floors needed attention, bathroom wasn’t clean. There wasn’t any housekeeping the entire time we were there. We had to fetch our own towels and toilet paper from the front desk. Bad weekend. No need to ever return. 😡

This place was a joke. First they gave me a key to someone else’s room and I walked in on them in bed. Then I went down to get another room and key. Got up to my room and in walks some stranger. They gave someone else the same room as me. Once that got all figured out, the rooms were nasty. Pubes in the bath tub and everything. Do not stay here!

The property is disorganized. I booked the rooms over one month in advance. When we arrived, the staff assigned us to a room the is already occupied by another guest. We were luck that the person did not meet us in the room, we would have to proof that we are not thieves and intruders or robbers. We could have been hurt if that person has a weapon or we could be explaining ourselves to the police. The staff at the hotel had no remorse or regret for the mess they created. We were told to go and look for another hotel after we flew about 7hrs for an event the following morning. Smoking was everywhere despite promise of a smoke free property. Worst hotel experience - The place should be black-listed.

This was a little further from I44 than I thought but I think it was worth it. While my room needed some love, it was roomy, comfortable, quiet and clean. Lots of hot water and secure. Comfortable bed. I will stay here again when I’m in the area. I think it’s a good value for the price.

Whhen we pulled in the parking lot i got out and seen needles from the parking spot to the front door. I refused to open the door to let my 8 year old to see this. Also as we pulled in cops was leaving with the k-9 and a old lady was outside the doors. You could see the place need to be clean from the mold on the outside windows. So we decided to leave before we even walked in this place.

Our room had not been cleaned/vaccuumed in a long while nor had the hallway. The old linens were still piled in the room. This is an older hotel that could be revived to a nice hotel....but it needs some pretty big renovations and new cleaning crew!!! Carpet is old. Drapes are barely hanging. Breakfast was not so great and the front desk lady touched the foos without washing her hands after being at the desk. Shall i go on?

Everything was good except the continental breakfast is a cold breakfast during the week. So cereal, yogurt and toast. They only have forks and knives. I asked for a spoon and they said they are out, so now I’m trying to eat cereal and yogurt with a fork. Cereal was very difficult and ended up throwing it away!!

Site says HOT BREAKFAST. um, NOT! Pathetic mini donuts, 2 cereals and mini yogurt. Hallway was filthy. Cigarette butts all over pool area, loud frig we unplugged, room had cutout where door was and it was like a light on the whole night from cheap shade. .. desk at checkout not friendly at all.

Wasnt super clean but was ok , not much of a breakfast selection, either manger or owner chewing out desk clerk throwing stuff in lobby while i was at front desk very unprofessional
