This is a lovely hotel, just outside palmero. We had 100 plus room hotel to just 4 people! A first for me, once through the gates, quick check and straight out to the pool with fantastic views of the valley and hills around the hotel. Room was good, bed comfy, bathroom could do with a makeover, although shower was excellent. We eat dinner at the hotel, no menu, no prices but excellent local food, drinks old fashioned measures and great wine! Quiet relaxed night…… breakfast was continental, then lunch, again no real menu but local dishes cooked perfectly (hats off to the chef!). All in all a great relaxed staff at a quiet well run hotel

We had an amazing stay at Al Balhara Resort during our visit in July and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the kindest staff. A special thank you to Luca and Federica at reception, who went above and beyond to help us. They made changing rooms effortless and even let us keep our room until it was time to leave for the airport, which meant so much to us. The resort is beautiful, with two fantastic pools and a magical waterfall. It was very peaceful during our stay, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Breakfast was good, but the lunch and dinner were outstanding! the chef is truly exceptional. We’d also like to thank the lovely Marta at the bar for always making us feel welcome. The hotel is about 20–30 minutes from Palermo by taxi. We highly recommend Giuseppe, who made every journey easy and enjoyable. Don’t miss a visit to Monreale either, it was one of the highlights of our trip, with stunning views, delicious food, and an authentic Italian atmosphere. What truly made our holiday unforgettable was the incredible staff. Their kindness and genuine hospitality made us feel at home. Thank you for such a memorable stay! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful large Arabesque 4 star fuol setvice spa resort about 20 minutes outside of Palermo. Very nicely designed, massive public areas, located in a very peaceful hilly setting, very large rooms, amazing pools and a waterfall feature. Only issue for me were the poorly maintained guestrooms, with low quality soft furnishings. My room had both shower knobs falling off after each use. A few other lack of easy required maintenence issues that really should be immediately addressed.
